This place just gets better and better. They finally have a manager who is outgoing and friendly. Kim and Pete have always made this center a fun place to go to and run it well.
This bowling alley rocks!!

Dear Long Time Bowler – it is people like you that are not needed in a bowling alley any more – i love bowling at bristol pike and if you don’t like it go to PenDel where they throw their leagues out, or to Morrisville where they throw their leagues out – if you haven’t seen a single change in the bowling alley then you are blind. Yes Kimmie the assistant is great – but the new manager is great as well – and i’m sure if you do a little research you would find out why the last manager was fired…can’t blame a corporation for protecting their money and yours.

I have bowled at this center for years. They had many General Managers there. It seems the Assistant Manager has lasted. Wonder why? She is the glue that keeps that place together. I hear she went on maternity leave. Now the place is Hell. The guy they brought in after the GM was fired and the Assistant went out on leave is horrible. They never have anything in stock. The new General Manager is rude. He never even introduced himself to my league. If the assistane manager doesn’t come back, I don’t think my league will come back either.

Thank god they got rid of that awful manager kelly. She was so rude staff had to say sorry to us for her treating us so poorly. The rest of the staff is the only reason i will return they are all wonderful!

I can’t believe you said it was “Terrible” at Bristol Pike. These places go out of their way to host our kids’ events. These places don’t have to take us and if you have complaints about how much seating is available – then talk to the tournament director – THEY choose the bowling establishment and see that before making a decision. I think Bristol did a wonderful job! And thank you for not having the bar open – it is a USBC rule!

Was at bristol for the Pepsi tournament that was hosted for the kids this year and wow it was terrible. My daughters lane kept breaking down and she finished almost a full game behind the other kids. There was not enough seating to accommodate all of the parents that were there so half the time we were either standing or being stepped on by other people. It was extremely hot in there and there were no fans near by. The food was very over prices but good. And why was the pub closed when we were there? We couldnt even go in there to sit down and eat because there were like no tables and chairs. Sorry but that was a terrible place to host a Pepsi tournament.

Kudos to Bristol Pike Lanes. Had a great time.

After bowling at Pen Hell lanes for a very long time, I was a bit dismayed that our Monday Ladies Belle-Aire league decided to move to Bristol Pike Lanes. I was WRONG. We have never been treated so nice. Obviously, Bristol rolled out the red carpet for us and it worked for me!!
The staff was great from the management to the desk man. The center was clean, the food was great and there were no breakdowns. Sorry Bristol Pike for not coming here sooner. My husband bowls in the Men’s league at pen-Hell–I think (hope) that his team and a few others will follow us to Bristol Pike.

Bowled here over the weekend with the 2 hours for $10 coupon I got in the mail and I have to say that I like it here. They had WAY more oil on the lanes than either Penndel or Levittown lanes as for the 1st time since I got back into the game I was standing 10, throwing 5 and my Black Widow pearl was coming up nicely to the pocket but not hitting with the authority I’m used to. For the 10 games I bowled I averaged just over 195 with a 146 as the first game. I’ll be back for sure, but next time I’ll bring something that moves a little more thru the soup. This is the first AMF house I can remember that I actually like!

By far the nicest bowling alley in the area. Very friendly staff.

I don’t know what all the mechanic complaints are about as this was our first time here. We had a very enjoyable experience. The man at the desk (Pete) was very helpful and kind. He helped us with the computer and got bowling balls for our kids. When we checked out, I thought it a little expensive but received BOGO coupons for our next visit. We will definately come back.

The shot isn’t that bad. Is it a great oil pattern? No. But it’s OK.

Bowled today in the battle of the houses and the place was a wreck. Machines broke…..the mechanic was a moron and the new manager was an idiot…she apparently knows nothing about bowling…thats why maybe AMF houses s*ck…thank god their team stunk too

The lane I bowled in smell like squid, what the hell was going on there.Although the heat was good..I’d better get a WII if I’m going to keep bowling ..

Comment Date: 12/4/2008 Name: wow
stop b*tching about lane conditions and learn how to bowl.

Comment Date: 3/11/2008 Name: bucksbowler
Just bowled here in a tournament, lanes were horrible, never left so many buckets or 10-pins. The manager was bowling near us in the tournament and she obviously has the lanes oiled to her liking because she bowled well. Bathroom was disgusting, this place needs a makeover and lane revamp.

if you have complaints about this center or any amf center, call this number,1-800-342-5263.the more people that call this # the also have to remember goldman-sachs,are the ones that run amf.they can make a good center run good, but its not happening because they pay lousy wages.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.dry lanes, sounds like no one cares.they just want to be paid.these days, you have to meet the customer half way, these people here, need a reality check.also mike mckinley or greg nichols are the honchos you’d want to talk to.mckinley is your best bet.he’s in charge of all centers operations.

I do not know what happen to this place but this bowling alley has gone down hill. The lanes are almost dry can not keep a ball from hooking to much, ever time I get a lane the tables are never wiped down the floor is always sticky. It just seem that they do not care about their league bowlers any more, this fall I am going to fnd a new place to bowl or just hang up the shoes for good. thanks fr the memorys bristo pike but that is in the past.
