Tiffany Lanes is the WORST place I have EVER been! DO NOT waste your time and money! We spent ALOT of money on games.. And without warning, the counter person shut our game off in the middle of playing, with NO warning at 10PM saying our lanes were reserved at 10. I get it. I’d have been FINE with that — with SOME notification!!! NONE. The time before this I have gone.. We TRIED to order a pizza, as it’s ON the menu.. We were DENIED pizza because the very RUDE person said there was a party going on, and they had to make sure the party had enough, and be served first, so we couldn’t have any. No sign that pizza was “out”, or anything. I WILL NEVER return. It’s old, dingy, the service is AWFUL, people are RUDE, and overall I’m DISGUSTED about my experiences there. I CANNOT BELIEVE the customer service there. It TRULLY needs an over haul for ATTITUDE adjustments!

I took my 3 kids bowling there today. We had a nice time. I thought the gentleman working the counter was polite and attentive. The building itself was old but clean and the lanes were fine. Everything worked properly. I think most 70/80s era bowling alleys are the same. This one has definitely had some upgrades in recent years, new carpet, flooring. It didn’t smell musty and smokey like most of them do.

Did I hit a nerve??? So what if the place is old! I have heard from many people that this place isn’t as bad as you people say it is! Neither is the staff. And for somebody to say its because they live in new orleans is a little discriminated! Like people around here ha e some kind of problem with the other side of the lake. I heard this at work all the time by the way. And its ridiculous. When it is people around here that are too judgmental, cant drive, have to be on their phones everywhere they go, if its when they’re driving, in the stores, whatever! I read some of these reviews hun, and YES I will say this again. They just don’t appreciate anything! Not all of them are rich, it just has to do with the majority of these people being a**h*l*s! If you don’t like the bowling alley, stop whining and don’t go! Don’t ruin the fun for the ones who actually like the place. Ok?! Have a great day! And by the way, I moved down here because of new orleans. It just so happens that the apartments are cheaper over here

A couple of months ago Tiffany hired a new mechanic. The change is quite noticeable. The pin setters and ball returns are MUCH more reliable than they were before and ball wear and damage is greatly reduced. If the ball damage and unreliable equipment was keeping you away, you might want to give Tiffany another chance. Snack bar is average for a suburban bowling alley, and while Tiffany tends to be a little understaffed and can be overwhelmed by large crowds, I haven’t seen the “rudeness” that some people are reporting here. I have no idea what’s up with their pro-shop; it’s hardly ever open and has minimal selection. Lanes are well oiled and correctly oiled for league play, but do tend to get really dry toward the end of a weekend of casual play, but that’s pretty typical of ANY bowling center.

Comment Date: 10/17/2011 Name: Anonymous
@breeproud: You are rude, crude and way off base with your complaints. The posters on here are mainly saying that the lanes aren’t oiled, there are too many problems with returns, shoes are old, and the staff is rude. You do not have to be rich, poor, or anything in between to see that those things are a problem. Nobody was asking for it to be ‘childproofed’, just clean and in proper working order. And it doesn’t matter where you are from or where you work, staff should never be rude. I didn’t see everyone putting down individuals for being poor or low class, they were complaining about the establishment being old and not well-kept. YOU are the one putting down other people. YOU are the one being rude and hateful. YOU are the one who is bullying. If you can’t afford NO, why did you move here? Not cheap! If you are so miserable, move somewhere else because there are plenty of neighborhoods outside of Mandeville where life is cheaper. expensive.

Ok so I have never been to this bowling alley but as far as I’m reading from all yall is mostly your OWN problems. Just because the employees live in new orleans and don’t own like 20 cars like the rest of you stuck up rich snobs of mandeville do, does NOT make them trashy. And there probably always pissed off because they have to deal with little {deleted} like yourselves! And yes, I just recently moved to mandeville last year. Only because I can’t afford to live on the other side of the lake. But a lot of you {deleted} need to grow up! I understand the most of you want your kids to be safe, but let them be kids! You can’t force the place to safety proof every inch of their bodies with pillows and what not…yalls problem is this place isn’t good enough for yall! So quit whining and go back to your {deleted} mansions, pull that stick out of your *ss*s, drink your whine and and {deleted}! Apparently some people think they are good. Or else they wouldn’t still be in business! You people piss me off

I took my grandchildren to the Tiffany Lanes yesterday. They had a good time. There were lots of kids and parents bowling and enjoying themselves. We did not eat nor get a snack. The restrooms were old but clean. The lanes were ok and the service was ok. If you want to bowl these lanes are good for entertaining the kids. We had a positive experience.

I have been in worse establishments (the Old Rock n Bowl) but there is much room for improvement. The bar really is a deserted storage area, and the snack counter is a joke. There is usually no employee manning the counter, and if there is, they are sitting in the back reading a book! The lanes are BONE DRY, and are only oiled for league play as far too many alleys do. The lanes are all synthetic, no maple in sight. Ball return requests are too frequent and take some of the enjoyment out of the game. The so called “pro shop” is also a complete joke. They have very little product in stock, and the stuff they do have is dated. (The shop is also trashed, and looks like you need a tetanis shot to walk in there.) I had a few minor run ins with the employees, but nothing that serious. A few are very personable, but at least two are real battle axes. If another alley opens in Covington I will no longer bowl at Tiffany.

i was going to say anything but it seems like the owner have to hear it. first the lanes are always dry. the desk ladies always rude unfriendly and seems to hate her job.the lane machines always seem to get stuck.the house balls are no good.not enough shoes. the arcade is just a blinking light show becuase there always broke. a bar that’s just a storage.bathrooms that look like a truck stop in pakistan. parking lot you can’t see good around at night.a backup sewer smell when you first walk in. the might seem harsh but true see for your self they don’t try to hide any of this they don’t care.

Comment Date: 5/2/2011 Name: league bowler
i bowl there on league and for enjoyment probably spend sixty bucks a week for a couple of years now. but recently changed my mind it seems staff change makes it a more unstable place if your a league bowler and you spend a good bit of money you think you would get treated good right wrong unless your related to someone who works or manages there!!! i rather spend my money and drive out of my way to another bowling center were you are respected for your buisness

ive been there a few times. kind of a dirty place. not the greatest if ur really into bowling, and definatly not a place to impress ur girl. but if ur just looking to have some with ur friends, it will do just fine.

Comment Date: 3/26/2011 Name: person who bowled there last night on 3/25/11
well just like many of you i had a bad experience. i brought my own bowl which with spin catches well apparently not on these lanes. then my ball would get stuck frequently so i asked if there is a problem with bringing your own ball. the response blew my mind. yes it does that to shiny balls well i forgot i was bowling so yeah that was my experience.

I searched to find an owner for this horrible “establishment”, or at least someone who is in charge that may care. All I found was websites that have horrible comments about this disgusting place. If you screw me over its one thing but to screw the kids over just dumbfounds me. How can a woman be so rude and refuse to put up the bumpers for a 5 and 6 year old. I would like to know who pissed in that mean old hags fruit loops. If anybody knows who is over her please let me know. Something has got to be done.

Comment Date: 12/18/2010 Name: ebonite76
i bowled here on a travel league and the 1970’s machines destroyed a priceful ball i looked at the house balls on the shelf they had more holes then the streets in new orleans you do better throwing you ball down the highway with less damage

The weak link at Tiffany is the employees. I find the place clean, and the lanes OK. There are two establishments in the N.O. area “with attitude” and this is one of them. Colonial Lanes is run by these two dwarf brothers who treat people with disrespect like at Tiffany. This employee problem is easy enough to fix, but I guess management does give a rip. If an alley opens in Covington, I will kiss Tiffany goodby.

YALL ARE ALL WRONG! Tiffany Lanes is not that bad its really cool the best time to go is at like 10 at night. the only bad part is that you have to wait if you dont have a reservation.

I called to ask some general questions. The employee who answered the phone was very short with me, abrupt, and came off as very noncaring and rude. They can keep their bad attitudes, and we won’t be going to Tiffany Lanes!

after reading a few of these comments and expierienncing the actual place i think that it’s just awful. Although the place has gone through a few renovations doesent mean its like a new candy store. the Staff are quite rude and the food is pretty much unbearable. the shoes are disgusting and are probably 10-20 years old. (Not that rented bowling shoes are cleaned daily and shined to perfection)…. all and all Tiffany Lanes needs to pull it together. I really think that there needs to be something done about this. but its quite impossible with the staff there as a matter of fact.

Comment Date: 7/20/2010 Name: anonymous
After reading the reviews, and not really wanting to go, but trying to find something for my kids to do on a summer day, i called to find out about their rates, and before I even got to ask, the person who answered the phone gave me a terrible greeting, “YES!!!” was her greeting, then” Tiffany Lanes, what do you want?” I answered, “Never mind,” She said, ‘FINE!..WHATEVER!” I don’t think I need to see the inside of the place to know how I would feel about it. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

The customer service isnt that great and it is a run down bowling center. The only person there who is knows the the heck is going on and the only one who displays the BEST customer service is Billy. I do bowl there because it is the only one in the area. Like a monopoly. In summary, it is good enough for what we have, but if another place opened, I would go there.

Comment Date: 5/21/2010 Name: Anonymous
This bowling alley is the worst I have ever been to. The staff is not friendly. The shoes, balls, etc. Are filthy and both of my children got sick from it. The food was awful and it’s a little over priced for what you receive in return. I am very unhappy that we do not have another option for bowling without drivng 30 mins. I will not return here until they get it together. Also they should post signs about the very slippery floors. 2 people slipped and were hurt here due to lack of warning signs. And no… Not all people are aware that the floors are slippery.

This place is one of the worst bowling alleys, with a group of the worst employees. Also, they canceled their Friday night midnight bowling, one of their few attractions. Its like this place doesn’t want to make money.

I brought my grandson to a birthday party for our 8 year old great-niece last week; it had been about 5 years since my last visit there. At first I was pleased with what they had done to remodel the place. After being around some of the employees I quickly changed my mind. They were a bunch of uneducated, trashy people. The kids were having a great time until one of the smaller kids tried to roll the ball down the alley and it got stuck half way down. The side rails that were up to prevent gutter balls went down and I was trying to bring them upright when one of the 8 year olds took it upon herself to walk down the alley to get the ball. Before I could stop her she was already on her way back when all of a sudden a male employee (manager) came running up to me and yelled into my face, “what do you think you’re doing sending that little girl down the alley!!!” I preceded to tell him that I had NOT sent her down the alley. He was practically touching my nose he was so close to me YELLING. I was in shock. I told him to get out of my face and that maybe he should join an Anger Management class. This would have been all avoided if they would have a representative assigned to each party and tell the little ones in the beginning of the party, “do not go down the alley after a ball”.
The pizza was terrible. The woman at the front desk was very rude and trashy. It is a shame that a nice bowling alley has to be critized because the owners refuse to get quality employees.

Wow, after reading just a few of these comments I got really mad. To you people who think it’s so horrible atleast it’s something and if they knock it down I’m pretty sure they’re not going to build another bowling alley there. Tell me how many times you see that happen? I love that place and always will. You don’t find alot of bowling alleys. And it’s mandeville, there’s not alot to do here so why ruin the kids and adults who love this place and love to bowl just because you think it’s bad.?

After reading the horrible reviews about Tiffany Lanes, I went there expecting to find a dump. Tifanny Lanes is far from a dump. It is actually quite nice. It is smoke free, looks recently renovated, and most importantly the bathrooms were clean. The staff were not overly nice, but they certainly were not rude. The times we had to get the front desk girl’s attention because our bowling ball got stuck or the pin setter didn’t go back up, she called someone within a few minutes to fix the problem. These problems happen at EVERY bowling center, even the best ones. I don’t think that some of the people making comments realize how much shoes, bowling balls, etc. cost. It looks as if they put alot of money into renovating Tiffany Lanes. Maybe once they’ve made a better profit margin they could afford to buy better rental shoes and lighter “kids” balls. Until then, buy your own shoes and bring them with you. It’s a more sanitary option anyway…

I remember going to Tiffany Lanes as a small child-like creature. I loved the broken sink in the men’s room. I also liked watching the two heavy women wearing matching “Braves” jackets. One had a mustache (may have been a man) The other looked like a fat gorilla with popcorn kernels for teeth, or as some say, “TEEF.” Her breath smelled like the other lady’s mustache. I guess that’s her favorite cuisine.

well, I have experienced this place more than any person should and oh what a waste of time that place is…
If you want good staffing first off fire the current employees, pay more, and drug test them and not hire children. It’s a start, but it has to start at that. Make sure every employee has at least a g.e.d. completion or high school diploma.
secondly; start off by training the employees correctly in the field the job they will be doing, it’s not rocket science to operate a fryer, computer, or even clean a table properly.
third; have leagues they operate correctly, not by some ‘house’ that doesn’t know what they are doing.
That is all.

I read a few of the responses to the quality of this bowling alley. As far as the Louisiana comment, that is sad. We need to take more responsibility for the place we live. “It’s Louisiana, what do you expect?” is a cop out. I caught wind of a new bowling alley coming up in Covington. If we, as consumers, can cause a large enough impact i.e. boycott Tiffany Lanes, they will go out of business and we can be sure not to have to put up with this kind of horrible service. I’m not even going to get started on my experiences, as they are numerous and very similar to the ones listed here. We can make it to where this site is the only memory of that place. When the new bowling alley springs up, please be sure to direct your disposable income there. I have no idea who the owner is, and couldn’t care less about the success of someone else’s business who I have never met. I am unbiased, but regardless, I’m sure someone can relate to my input. If Louisiana has a bad reputation, let’s make it a little better by forcing a higher standard by which we live.

The only good thing about this place is that it is non smoking. The owners can not be from the North Shore or any place with class.I recently took my family for midnight bowling and even though they had a lot of lanes open we could not start or even practice bowling until 10:00pm. You pay 50.00 per lane max 4 bowlers for midnight bowling and as I said earlier you cant start 1 minn early but when it is over they will shut the lanes down about 5 minn early. We dont bowl often but we were having a big family fun compitition and our last bowler was on the last frame and they threatened to put us in jail if we finished, yes at 11:55.I live in Covington and I will never step foot in this white trash ran establishment again. There is a place in Hammond (Tangi Lanes) stays open until 2:00 am on weekends and is ran so much better.

What I really should have said is that they “act” like they’re from Jerry Springer Show, not “look” like it. And the reason I say that is because of the rude attitiude. I would recommend to the owners that they have the employees go through courses in customer service. It would benefit their business and attract the many families that live in this community.

Comment Date: 1/19/2009 Name: flabbergasted
I never post reviews online, but after our experience last night at
Tiffany Lanes, I am just shocked that the place is still running because of the terrible service.
I noticed someone comment that the staff looks like they are from the Jerry Springer show. Well I totally agree.. It’s a shame because this is a very classy and family oriented community, and it seems that families are very turned off by Tiffany Lanes and bringing their business elsewhere. Oh well, too bad for Tiffany Lanes. They are losing so much potential profit.
I, my husband, and my kids will never step foot into that place again. The girl behind the concession stand treats her customers like they are a total inconvenience. When I first went up to the counter, she just sat there doing who knows what. It looked like she was on the phone. It was hard to tell because there was a privacy wall, yet I could see through it and I knew she saw me standing there because she was facing me. It was about five minutes before she took my order. Then when we picked up our order, she didn’t give us our pitcher of coke. Ok, simple mistake, right? Well when my husband KINDLY told her, and she gave it to us, then asked how many cups we needed, then slammed them on the counter with an attitude. The entire night the girl had an attitude. On top of being rude, the food service was also very slow. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that she served my son a burnt hot dog.
The bowling experience was even worse than that. The lane we were on needed serious maintenance. It was messing up our game big time. It was skipping turns. it was just a big mess. The bar that clears the pins would sometimes just come down in the middle of someone’s turn and it would just sit there for 3 minutes and not go back up, then would clear the pins…. right in the middle of someone’s turn, before they even rolled the ball or while in the middle of rolling the ball! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
When my husband told the girl at the front counter, he waited about 15 minutes before she fixed the problem. He was just standing there at the counter while people walked in for service and instead of tending to my husband, who ALREADY paid, she decided to help customer after customer who walked in the door and she just ignored him.
So a little later, as we were still playing our first game, we decided that we were going to cancel to second one because we just didn’t want to stay in the hell hole much longer, so when I went to the counter to tell her we wanted to cancel the SECOND game, she refunded us. But she didn’t only cancel our second game. She also cancelled the first one that we were still in the middle of playing!!!!!!! Right in the middle of our game, it just shut down. I felt bad for my children. We were trying to have a family fun night.
Oh and I forgot to mention that early on in the middle of our game, one of the men that worked there took the balls off of people’s lanes without asking or saying anything, and gave them to other customers. HE TOOK MY FOUR YEAR OLD AND TWO YEAR OLDS LIGHT WEIGHTED BALLS AWAY!!!!!!!
More than half of the candy machines did not work, the pool table did not work, the cash machine did not work and it was the same way when we went there 3 years ago.
Funny thing is, I went there once last year and the food service was slow and they burnt our pizza and I had to wait extra long for another one. I let it slide and figured accidents like that happen. But now I see it is a consistent problem.
I figure that all the employees must be related to the owners because I couldn’t imagine any employer keeping them on so long.

Comment Date: 1/17/2009 Name: Mandevillelady
I have gone to Tiffany Lanes several times recently ONLY because my 4 yr old nephew has had such a great time. If it were my choice I would try and find some other bowling alley but this one is really convenient. The people are very rude and the person working behind the food counter is extremely rude. I’m not sure if it is male or female. They also have young teenagers working the food counter which I don’t agree with. The young girl rubbed her hand through her hair then went to fix my food. I asked her to please make some more fresh fries because her hands touched the ones she just made right after rubbing her hair. YUKKY!!!
I wish the owner would clean up the bowling alley and put his employees in a professionl customer service class so they can learn manners.

when I read all of the reviews I was reluctant to go but I was happy that I did. It was clean, all of the lanes were in good shape and none broke down that we saw. We did not eat anything but they offer snacks. The only thing I would like to see is a different variety of music on the juke box. We had a good time!

As for bowling – this is the only thing in the Mand/Cov. area, however there are several other family entertainment places. I would suggest the bounce house, animal land, or the best of the three Funland Golf & Games. All offer a better, cleaner, and more fun environment than this place, and although none of them offer bowling – I would say I’d rather visit any of them than waste my money at this place!

I went to this alley today and it is the worst one I have every been to. The lady (1) that was working the counter had a really bad attitude and was not a very pleasant person. I paid $30.00 for two games of pool with two (2) adults and my one (1) four year old son. It was not a very clean place and when I left the lady was arguing with a large group of people that they had to pay a large some to bowl. I do not recommend this alley I will continue to go to Tangi Lanes in Hammond.

Went to counter, found porter (so called helping the counter person, by the way this is during LEAGUE when there was only 4 lanes of open bowling) playing video games on new computers (which by the way controls all scoring in center). Told him to get out program and get from behind the counter. That was just protecting scoring computers. If he was doing his job, this would of Never happened.

I recently took my family of 5 and the neighbors across the street (party of 8) to go bowling at Tiffany lanes after calling ahead to ensure there were lanes open. When we arrived they wouldnt give me a lane, when there were several open, because they said they had several parties booked starting in an hour. When I mentioned that I had called not 45 minutes ago and was told to come ahead they had plenty of open lanes the girl behind the desk said “well you didnt talk to me”. We decided to go ahead and wait for a lane and get something to eat while waiting. When I went to the counter to order there was one lady back there cooking, she looked over at me and said “come back later, I’m too busy”. I complained to the manager about all that was taking place and she took very good care of my party, she brought us our drinks, took our order and arranged for us to have 2 lanes side by side as soon as we finished eating. I like what they have done with the remodel since the storm but it does look like they ran out of money and there is still a lot they could do to make it look better. They definitely need to invest in some more balls, seems like every time I go there are less and less and what is there is in very poor condition. I am a smoker myself but do not smoke indoors (havent since the birth of our 1st, 23 years ago) and really like the no inside smoking policy. As this is basically the only form of entertainment on this end of town and is the only bowling alley around I would like to see them step up and complete the improvements, open up the pro shop, step up on the games, more courteous personnel, hell maybe even knock out the wall on the end of the bar by the bathroom and turn that bar into a “Rock and Bowl” type thing. The whole place has potential to really be something but they need to get started because if they wait the way things are growing around us something else bigger / nicer will eventually build close by. All in all its the only game in town and still can be a fun place to go.

I come to this bowling alley frequently and things have been ok up until just recently. I was sitting at a table watching one of my family members bowl. All of a sudden this guy comes storming at the counter. I hear a guy at the counter screaming at the porter that seemed to be helping out the lady behind the desk because there were customers pilling up on her. I found that very disturbing.I asked for his name and they told me that he actually works there. His name is Billy Ingram, he should be told about his attitude toward his co-workers. I hope who ever is higher that him takes disiplinary actions against him. I also called bowlingusa and complained against him, so hopfully someone does something so this never happens to another employee again.

I want to know when the management/owner of this facility is going to step-up and do something about this place. This is the only bowling facility in this small community. And it’s a tragedy that it is in the condition that it is, and being operated by a rude, low-class staff. What a poor reflection on the city of Mandeville.

I am not an avid bowler, and i don’t bowl for my high school although i am pretty good. However i behold enough sense to see that this bowling alley is in the dumps. Lets start of though on the good things about this alley. Number one the food is great, low prices, the hurricane remodeling is good, and its a fun place. Now the bad. Number one the alleys stink, the are never properly waxed so if u want a good curving ball i hope you r extreamly flexible. Also almost all the balls have cracks and holes in them. Third off the pin setter knocks the pins down for u sometimes and the scorer always messes up and skips. The service is bad to, the employes are snobby and mean. They have no intensions on helping you. I once had to wait 15 minutes for a women to press a button on the desk compurter to fix my game that just shut off. They are also very slow. There is this one old timer who works at the front of the desk and takes littarly 45 mins to get your games right. Also the weomen that cooks the food just smokes and cooks without washing your hands. And if u got on leauge night be prepared to bring a breathing aperadas because the smoke is so bad, or you can just die of second hand smoke. Thats it about this place i rate it a 1 out of 10 peace!

First off , its a bowling alley, not a health club , so if someone wants to smoke then they can do so if they please, im not a smoker but i don’t mind it because honestly it is not that bad! I do agree that the alley needs to buy about 50 more balls and throw 75% of the balls they have now in the dumpster. The renovations that they have done look alot better than before but i would like to see more tables added and the cieling fixed bacause it looks like they just ran out of money and didnt finish the cieling. Also turning the air conditioner lower wouldnt be a bad idea, it has to be around 80 degrees in there at the coolest. Thanks alot and see yall every sunday at 5,The whole crew will be there

I attended a B-day party today for my daughters friend at Tiffany Lanes and was shocked. They initially appeared to be under-staffed, (something that we all are dealing with since the hurricane so we are used to this) but quickly becamed concerned that along with few VISABLE staff, there was very young girl in charge of the food concessions, there was a 12 yr old girl taking orders, money, running the cash register. Needless to say we waited 45 minutes for our food, which I was patient, she did say she was only 12 and was not being paid ( I asked her) When our 4 girls finished eating and were ready to bowl we were informed that we only had 12 minutes left to bowl. The girl that took the b-day order did not tell us to bowl 1st- and they watched us sit there and eat,we are hard to miss- 3 of the girls are in wheelchairs, they all have Cerebal Palsy. The person working behind the register would not let us start our hour over. We had to pay per person to play 1 game, they are all physically challenged, and use the bumpers and a ramp. These girls LOVE to bowl, it’s a sport that they can be very sucessful playing! I of course became defensive with this girl who was rude- didn’t care that we weren’t informed of the time restraint, we recieved poor service from the staff- 1 mother WITNESSED the older girl at concessions walk out of a bathroom stall and leave without washing her hands, they all glared at us after the confrontation about the lack of information, the extra money required nevermind the sheer lack of consideration, and all of this when 10 other lanes were open the entire time! I don’t know who is “running” this business, but I will NOT return. The staff is un-professional in attitude and appearance. And it breaks my heart because our girls bowl frequently with school, and it’s one of their favorite places. We were not asking for special treatment, free bowling, or anything extra. They didn’t even bring us paper plates for the girls hotdogs! Someone needs to be aware of these conditions, I won’t even let my 15 yr old son go there by himself after today.

This bowling alley does have a huge smoke smell to it but once you get used to it, it’s not ridiculous. The price is like any other bowling alley, moderate. The new remake of the bowling alley is fantastic. I suggest you bring your own ball though because the bowling balls are kind of out of shape. But out of 5 I would give this bowling alley a 4.

Totally agree with previous comments. They have done a lot of work since the storm, but could do more. And the smoke has got to go….I try to go early with my son, but it never fails…there is always someone nearby smoking like a chimney.

Needs to be completely refurbished and hopefully become a non-smoking bowling alley in this part of town where good, clean, family fun is a MUST. Children should not be exposed to smoke and as much as I’d love to take my family there for weekend family outings, I cannot stand the overwhelming amount of smoke in the air inside the facility. Thank you for listening.
