anyone who says this place is smokey is retarded, and must be talking about the brunswick zone on 62 and not the XL

There is a SMOKING BAN in Illinois… so there is NO SMOKING allowed inside! Clean Family fun at it’s best!!!

I don’t come here, but two or three times per year, but I found it overall okay. It might be dirty after a particular busy
Friday night, but when we show up usually on Sundays, it is clean.
My only criticism is more of a slap at Brunswick HQ in Atlanta. Let each house control its own temp and humidity. It may be hot in Atlanta, but freezing cold in Northern Illinois. Many centers are having to share mechanics Brunswick is so cheap. Parts to fix stuff have to be approved by Atlanta. It’s Ridiculous!!!!!! The local people left after the massive layoffs in 2009 are fine, but literally work their butts off until they quit and leave.

Ok stop saying its smokey cause its not and really not dirty i busted my butt to keep brunswick shiney clean and of course Brunswick XL is going to smell better or look cleaner cause it a brand NEW building. Brunswick in near rt.25 is the best its a classic its got history quit speaking your crap you just lost your rights to speak. Go ahead and talk your crap to Liberty Lanes thats the problem thats the dirty and boring old broken down place that s*cks shreads my ball up.

The Brunswick Zone off of Randall Road had never been smokey, or dirty when I had been there for birthday parties and family outings. I was very surprised at how clean and family friendly it is, compared to the other bowling alley, also in Algonquin off of 62, near rt 25. That place used to be an old-school smokey, dirty, nasty bowling alley, before the Illinois Clean Air Act banned smoking indoors, including in the bar area on Jan 1, 2008.

Not smokey. Very tidy. Staff very nice. Fun place. The negative reviews strike me as fake.

This place was waaay too smokey and very unclean…the floors looked like they had never been vacuumed and the staff looked like they’d rather be somewhere else.NOT a good environment for my kids and I will not recommend nor will I ever come back to this place!

I used to go here all the time about 3 years ago. The workers there now have no idea what they are doing and have no personality. They need to get the people that used to work there.

I would like to comment on the hard working employee you have at the Algonquin Location. His name is Jerry (i believe he is a manager), Jerry is awesome! He not only helped us (in dire heat) inside…but when we went outside to play mini-golf he was there as well…its like you have two of him! I wanted to leave this comment because i’m sure he’s not being appreciated for all his hard and curtious work. Your lucky to have him, make sure you treat him well.
Thank you,
Megan
