The first time we walked in we were amazed. Outstanding decor and surroundings. Family entertainment at its finest. Atmosphere is warm and friendly, music and high-definition plasma television programming are awesome.
Recommend to everyone!!

3.75 a pint your not a high class restaurant the bar should be doing a big business….friday nite the bowling alley’s looked empty… send a spot ck ,u corp are out of touch were in a depression, talk to the township if taxes are to high… and don’t support obummer for re election

Comment Date: 4/22/2012 Name: TONY C
i can’t imagine how any one can get intoxicated at 3.75 for a pt of beer… karaoke is a lot of fun we are senior citizens and money is tight … need to lower your price a buck…we have non drinkers for driving…ps bartenders are verrry nice

Comment Date: 8/12/2011 Name: Father of 3
I agree with the comments, place is so expensive and we can go down the street and throw a ball and knock down 10 pins for half the price. Bowling is bowling and AMF has better service

Comment Date: 6/16/2011 Name: Mommy4
We love bowling but when I called today to inquire I was aghast as to how exhorbitant the cost was: $5.95 after 5pm PER game plus $3.99 for shoes. That’s about 40 bucks for JUST ONE game for a family of 4! Now I could keep my kids up after bedtime, 9PM, for $1 a game for really nice family outing. I figure they could bowl in their pajamas. Godless greed…is the business strategy.

Comment Date: 5/22/2011 Name: Anonymous
We had a great night of bowling then we went in to the karaoke area for awhile. There were service men getting ready to shipped out to Afghanistan. We wished them well when they left and thanked them for their service to our country. Very nice evening until two guys starting kissing after they say a song. We had kids with us. You would have thought that we where in a night club….not a bowling alley…a family establishment. The ad says “The FUNNEST PLACE IN TOWN features 48 bowling lanes with automatic bumper bowling, COSMIC Bowling, 5K sq ft Lazer Tag arena, 5K sq ft of arcade games with prizes, 8 full-size billiards tables, party rooms to seat 250 people, two bars, and complete catering facilities. went to brunswick zone in lone tree on sunday may 9 2011. it is the last time i will ever go there.
there prices are extremely high and the staff well lets just say they all need replaced. the booze and the soda are watered down and prices are through the rough. 11 dollars for shot of patron thats watered down. mixed drinks that any other bar sells for 3.50-4 dollars they sell for 5.75-15 dollars. bartenders and servers actually asking for tips. the food is over priced and tastes so bad you cannot eat it and they say sorry no refunds and when you do complain they invite you to leave if you dont like the food or service.
then you have an employee running the laser tag actually encouraging customers to make up complaints about another customer. wow nothing like harassing your customer.
even worse blamming that customer for problems in laser tag when its not his fault. how can someone who is the victim of a blindsided assault be at fault. i pointed out to the employee who was working laser tag the employee being richie what happend to lead up to the assault and it was nothing more than your typical over size big guy singling out a guy less than half his size to bully and richie laughed it off and said the had it coming he deserves it and walked away. sorry but having your own employees put the saftey of you customers in danger is unexcuseable and is in reality a criminal offense. then when you ask for a manager and get told no manager cant talk right now and isnt needed anyway. well its clear employee is just trying to cover his butt and protect his job. then when you see the manager later that night talking to the employee and the employee lying to the manager about the assault and why it happend it really makes it look like the employee and brunswick zone was behind the assualt. the manager just yells at the victim threatens to ban him and woudnt listen to his side of events or any of the witnesses either.
had the manager named amy actually listend to everyone else wanting to speak up well she would have gotten the full story and would have seen the guy she yelled at was infact a victim and not the bad guy. the bad guy is a bully and the other bad guy is a power hungry punk of an employee.
my bf who was there is a lawyer and he is enouraging the victim to seek civil and criminal charges against the employee the manager and the jerk who assaulted him.
DO NOT PLAY LASER TAG IF RICHIE IS RUNNING IT YOUR SAFETY WILL BE IN EXTREME DANGER

Great lanes. Solid staff. They are usually very busy so you can’t blame them for wait times. There are a lot of kids in there and usually don’t know about lane courtesy. It can be a problem. It wouldn’t be so bad if safety wasn’t a concern. I’d be devastated if a kid stepped in front of me while I was bowling and they got hit. It’s almost happened twice since Ive been bowling there.

Comment Date: 8/7/2010 Name: Jeannie
There are just so few good places to take a group of kids these days, so I want to thank each and every one of the employees at this center for doing an EXCELLENT job with the kids. If the older groups want to bowl without kids present, I say Bah humbug. We love our Lone Tree Brunswick center. keep up the great job that you do for the kids!!!!

Comment Date: 4/9/2010 Name: Anthony
I’ve seen that many people have complained about the prices. Yes, they are quite high, but it really depends on what time you go to bowl. Nearly every night after 9pm they have some sort of deal. Mondays and Wednesdays you can have unlimited bowling for $6.99 after 9pm. Tuesday and Thursday they have $0.99 games after 9pm. Friday and Saturday from 11pm-2am (during Cosmic Bowling) you can have unlimited bowling for $10.99. These prices are of 4/9/2010 and are listed on their 2010 pricing sheet. I enjoy bowling at Brunswick and I go every Monday!

Comment Date: 8/6/2009 Name: Andy
Love the lanes. Too expensive though. I drive 30 minutes just to bowl there and there’s always 10-15 people in line with only 1 register open. Pretty messy most of the time. Can’t complain about the food. I’m there strictly to bowl but it’s usually a mad house with kids parties.
Honestly I had to stop going there. The AMF near my house jut got new lanes and it’s WAY CHEAPER!

Comment Date: 10/31/2008 Name: Nick
Anyone who rates the lanes as less than a 10 clearly has no idea what they’re talking about here. As a 210+ average bowler, Lone Tree is one of my favorite houses. The prices are high, but you’ll have more fun here than at any other houses in the local area. Lonetree at least has a working arcade, which is more than most bowling centers can vouch for. Long lines come with the good experience though. Having been to every single house in the Denver area, Lone Tree or Splits are my top picks if you’re just looking for a good time.

Brunswick Zone Lone Tree is a beautiful facility with something for every age to do. Many people including myself have been to Brunswick time & time again only to experience great service & to have a fantastic time. I am not sure there is anyplace you can go that there will not be a wait these days. Brunswick is very safe for kids & will go out of its way to meet your needs. The employees love their jobs & really do care. Yes, there will be a bad apple in the crowd their usually is at every business. If you are tight on money call for specials or sign up for coupons from bowlbrunswick.com. The group event staff will give your business full service. They have done thousands of parties since the doors have opened under the direction of Debby Morgan.
There is a sign out front when you walk in that states that Birthday Parties have had 96,000 kids in 4 years. The Cosmic Bowling is a blast for birthday parties. Kids keep asking to come back. They even do limbo, cha cha, hoola hoop, have prize giveaways for the parents etc. There is room for a 4 year old to have a party!
What a fun place to go when it is 93 degrees out and you are looking to cool down. Have your Christmas Party at Brunswick! What about all of the charity donations Brunswick gives to communities including 100’s of schools? This place is an asset to all!

The price of beer at Brunswick is taking money away from my kids college fund.

Comment Date: 8/28/2007 Name: Anonymous
I used to work here, and I would like to say that Brunswick Zone is very popular on weekends. Please don’t blame the staff for the long wait times. WE try our hardest and don’t get any respect. I worked the kids birthday parties and its very hard to make use 20 6 year olds are having fun and are taken care of. We try very hard.

Comment Date: 6/27/2007 Name: MahaC
I was very surprised with what happened last night. This place has a $1 bowling on tuesdays after 9PM. I went at 830PM – they said no tokens are being given out as there is no wait time. I went again at 845PM and they again said no tokens. I went at 848PM and I was now number 95 with a clerk telling me there were others ahead of me. Are these folks blocking space for their friends and inconveniencing the general public coming in with their kids? Very sad

We had our cheerleading holiday party at Brunswick and I could not have been more pleased. We had a group of 65 and Brunswick Zone was very flexible and helpful with coordinating this event. As soon as we walked in the door, our lanes were ready to go and someone was there to guide us along on getting the kids shoes. We also we able to use the meeting room, which the staff helped set up and carry all of the gifts and goodies to. The parents were all able to hang out there while the kids played laser tag. I thought for the great experience, the prices were very fair. We have done many different activities with large groups, and Brunswick was by far as stand out in our mind!! We will definently do it again soon. I highly recommend it for large groups.

Ok, So I love bowling and all and I used to go there all of the time for the special pack. 25$ to bring 6 people, get a liter of pop and 2 hours of free bowling. But now the prices are just WAYYYYYY too high! Not just for bowling, but for games and food too. Its over 1.00 to play a dumb freaking game! My god!!!!!!! Seriously, lower the prices

Comment Date: 11/14/2006 Name: noone who matters

ok parents listen up if you don’t like sending your kids out caused you are scared something might happen to them. well so you know the brunswick zone is very very safe for them to just go and hangout and have fun during the day they have plenty of employees there they will make sure everyone is safe and happy. and at night they have cops there all night and they are very nice people. so if your kids ask if they can go out tell them that they can go to brusnwick!!!!!

Oh yes I forgot to say something to all the drunks that keeping going into Brunswick and drinking their asses off please think about this how would you like to clean up throw up of someone you don’t even know. Its not that fun trust me I did it for 1yr it really s*cks see you can only do it if you have a strong stomach cause if you don’t a different employee is going to have to clean both up and that just blows!!!:( its gross

Comment Date: 8/8/2006 Name: BRUNSWICK BABE
Ok to start this the employees at Brunswick are awsome people all different in there own ways like Jason Chen, he is funny and a little player to and Ben, he is crazy and loves to hangout with his friends then theres Grant he is by far the best counter guy they have he always makes sure that every customer leaves happy even though he cant always make people happy he still trys his hardest to make everone happy. and Chris is one of the coolest managers ever and now he is the last good manager there but hey so you know the Brunswick Zone is the funnest place in town (besides my house of cousre). But you should just go in there and find out for yourself. And I know it cost alot of money to drink, play pool, and bowl but so you know just go in there and make friends with one the employees and maybe next time you go in they will give you some of there free games that they get for working there. Just think about it ok bye!!!

Comment Date: 8/8/2006 Name: Anonymous
ok so you love to bowl right? if you really want to have a great time and meet some cool people go to the brunswick zone in lone tree. the staff there is great and it is just all around fun. i love this place cause i met my boyfriend there and now we are gettikng merried so i know you can meet great people there. and the cops that work there are lone tree police and they are the coolest cops ever so go have some fun!!!!!

Comment Date: 8/8/2006 Name: Kristol Wal-Rath
Ok people look i use to work work for this Brunswick and to all you people that don’t think the staff is working hard go #$%* yourself they work their a**es off ok their job isn’t as easy as you think and they might be slacking now but our favorite manger got fired and that killed us cause he really cared and when that happened chris was out of town so we had noone to go to cause DON the new GM is an ass and doesn’t care about his staff or customers so that could be why they are slacking but they are a good bunch of kids i am so happy i got to work with all of them and i miss them tons so cut them some slack and it is always messy after birthday parties you try cleaning up after 200 12yr olds its not that easy!!! LOVE YOU ALL AT THE BRUNSWICK ZONE SEE YA SOON

Nice lanes, nice bar, horrible employees. Fix your video games, half of them don’t work!

Comment Date: 7/13/2006 Name: Anonymous
Nice place with many things to do. VERY expensive, especially the food and bar prices. $12 for a burned stale tasting pizza was a little much. The place was pretty clean when we were there, but the employees definitely need a lesson or two in customer service.

Comment Date: 7/12/2006 Name: Anonymous
Very expensive and not very clean. $5 a game to bowl and we get a lane with trash still piled up from the last group. Oh yea, hire some employees with just a little personality, it would be a big improvement. Lazer tag is cool though.

Comment Date: 7/10/2006 Name: Anonymous
We went here this past Saturday, and what a zoo! We took our 2 kids and 2 of their friends, it was darn near a $100 day and they only bowled 2 games!(we didn’t bowl, just the kids) The place was pretty messy and birthday parties had kids running everywhere. It is a nice place with many things for the kids to do. Overall, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the employees were not overly friendly or willing to help. We had a large pizza, which was pretty good but took nearly an hour to get. All in all it was a fun day for the kids but not sure if it was worth the money we spent.

Comment Date: 7/4/2006 Name: Anonymous
While it is a very nice place to take the kids, the prices are rediculous and the customer service is very lacking. We waitied in line almost 20 minutes to get a lane, another 10 minutes to get shoes, 45 minutes for a pizza and my wife waited nearly 15 minutes to get one drink at the bar. We ended up spending over $100 here, but considering the frustration of waiting for everything we will think twice about going back any time soon. They weren’t even that busy the day we were there, I can’t imagine what a busy day would be like????? Nice facility, but very over priced and understaffed!

Comment Date: 7/1/2006 Name: holly and kaitlin
brunswick zone was amazing! we took our 4 year old daughter there with a bunch of her friends and they just had such an amazing time! however, because the prices were so expensive, we are now bankrupt and living on the street, their prices are very misleading! it was a good time for the kids and we enjoyed checking out all the women that were walking around… hello ladies! thanks again brunswick!

Comment Date: 6/23/2006 Name: Anonymous
We use to go here all the time, but not so much anymore. They are always changing the specials and last time we went expecting to bowl on $1 night, they charged us full price which came to over $65 for 4 of us. Now this place is just over priced, not very clean with rude/lazy staff (especially the bartenders!)

Comment Date: 4/15/2006 Name: Anonymous
My four boys love Brunswick! Not only does Brunswick have disco-nights but it has lazor tag as well. And when my kids are happy, I’m happy. Thanks again Brunswick!

Comment Date: 8/8/2005 Name: Anonymous
It would be nice if you mention league nights and if you can reserve lanes.

Comment Date: 7/31/2005 Name: Alice
Forgot one thing…… NON-SMOKING! We stopped bowling at the AMF center in Highlands Ranch because of the smoking. We will never go anywhere else again simply because of the non-smoking environment that Brunswick offers. Thanks again!

Comment Date: 7/31/2005 Name: Alice
As a parent with 3 kids, I appreciate what Brunswick does for kids. The have an awesome facility that they make it affordable for kids to go to. The kids get 1 free game a day all summer, and free games for their report cards. I don’t mind paying top dollar for my husband and I, since the kids get the discounted rates. We also get coupons in the mail all the time, which makes it even more affordable for the family. Keep up the good work Brunswick!

Comment Date: 7/28/2005 Name: Bowling all the time
Lanes are very nice. Modern center. Prices are way too expensive. They nail the average bowler into paying for all the free bowling they give to the kids.

Comment Date: 7/23/2005 Name: Melissa
We had a company party here and everything was excellent! Debbie took great care of us and the staff was very friendly. The price was reasonable, we will be back.

Non-smoking bowling is the best! Jenny the bartender is awesome and plenty of eye candy on weekends! Highly recommend you vist!

Comment Date: 4/14/2005 Name: Mile High
A very nice center that is modern, clean and very family friendly. Giving free games to kids for A’s on their report card is a very nice program. They are always busy, but the kids love the laser tag and video games while we wait. While it can get expensive, our family goes for the $.99 games on Sunday morning and the cost is not that bad (cheaper than AMF!). The non-smoking all the time is awesome and why we go very frequently. The best center in Denver by far!

We have loads of fun bowling as a family and with the home school league!!!!

Very nicely maintained facility. Excellent lanes, atmosphere and additional activities. Billiard lounge very nice. The bar lounge was spectacular. The leather chairs and stone fireplace and big screens blew my mind. I’m used to the vinyl linoleum thing. All in all, Great place for an afternoon with the family.

Comment Date: 1/24/2005 Name: Rick
My spouse and I are extremely impressed with the positive support that Brunswick has towards the students in the community. It supports students and encourages high academic achievements by rewarding students with a free game of bowling for every A on a report card. Our daughter has been working hard in school and is always excited about getting a report card to earn games at Brunswick. We want to thank Brunswick for the postitive influence it is having on young students and families.

BE prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for ANYTHING!Staff needs a lot of work. Bowling is fun, but way Expen$ive.

Comment Date: 10/19/2004 Name: Michelle
Although the bowling and lazertag are fun… the staff S*CKS!!!!!! It took forever to get a lane, even longer to get shoes and almost 30 minutes for the lady to bring us a beer!! And the price – HOLY CRAP!!! I wouldn’t go again even if someone paid me.

Comment Date: 8/24/2004 Name: Kyle Lynn
The sales event or catering staff needs much improvement.

Comment Date: 8/19/2004 Name: i’m not telling
It’s a nice place to bowl. But the food prices are INSANE! Its almost a rip off. I know some people who just bring their own food!! I’ve heard many complaints about it being expensive and it being crappy. I have to say myself, it’s ridiculous. The prices are waaay overpriced for the kind of place it is. IT S*CKS! I HATE IT! but the bowling is fun…

Comment Date: 8/6/2004 Name: John
Nice lanes but it takes WAAAAAAAY to long to pay to bowl, about 20 to 30 minutes of standing around waiting to pay for a lane??? They need to hire better help. Food is overpriced even for a bowling alley and s*cks on top of it. With cheaper food prices and new help this would be a 4 1/2 star center!

GREAT BOWLINGGGG ALLEYYYY!! 😀

Comment Date: 4/23/2009 Name: lovve
I bowl alot at coal creek and in fact it is the only place i do bowl. It is very cheap and i never feel like i wasted my money. all the other bowling alleys might be bigger and fancy but who really cares when you can afford more games. Its just a bolwing alley where you bowl and have fun all the expensive places you do the same things. and I love the staff I think they are funny.

Comment Date: 3/20/2009 Name: Honest Truth
The lanes are well maintained. Most of the staff is friendly and personal. Oil pattern is great, good lines. For the most part the building is clean except the BATHROOMS. They stink and need a MAJOR overhual. Overall on a scale from 1-10, I would give them a 7.

I bowl on a league at this alley. The staff is always kind, the food is inexpensive (you get a lot for what you pay for) and its good, the alley is always clean. I’ve been to the other local alleys and none of them are this clean, or friendly.

This was the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. They upgraded? To what, the late “80s??? The smell was awful, the food was bad and the management actually made a child in our group cry by not letting him bowl.
The 10 minute drive to Splitz will be well worth it in the future.

I love the lanes! Their food is awesome, its not the normal crappy snack bar food and its affordable. the place is super clean and not creepy at all. Everybody there is nice and they have Karaoke on saturdays sometimes.

Sexy Girl sounds like the dumb blond bartender that got fired for scaring off the customers with her boring problems and kid stories who couldnt make it to work. The place is great, the food is great, Dave is a nice guy Brandon is nice, Kristy , Lisa and Jennifer are nice.

Wheat ridge lanes is by far the best bowling center in denver metro. Classy owners and the food is bomb!!!!!! If i was gonna be a bowling alley I would be wheat ridge lanes. I go twice a week. I have even considered just camping in the parking lot so I can live there!! Keep it up dave!

Comment Date: 1/17/2011 Name: Jason
The first time I went there the lanes were full and we had a drink and started to leave when one of the staff gave us 10 free game coupons. I can honestly say that is the #1 reason I bowl nowhere else. These people have always been friendly to me as a younger person. I love the older crowd that hangs out at the bar. Who cares how old people are at a bowling alley bar anyhow? Good conversation pit! Support your local alley! If you’re looking for a cheeseball $20 a game with a cosmopolitan go elsewhere.

The owner of this establishment is a complete jerk I don’t know how he stay’s in business the way he treats his customers. I bowled here one time and it will be the last time I ever bowl here again. They should close him down!!!

Wheat Ridge Lanes is AMAZING! I love going here to relax and have a great time! Dave the owner is so much fun and nice and caring. “Sexy Girl” you must have done something to really piss Dave and Kristy off because the past 10 years I have been going there they will only kick someone out if someone is getting to out of control and rowdy. This is a great family owned place and I love Dave’s daughter when she is around its a pleasure! love this place 100%!

i love wheat ridge lanes!! i practically grew up there and i love dave so much! he is the nicest guy ever (don’t listen to sexy girl). the food is good, the people are nice, and it is always a good time if you are a fun person. its a neighborhood place so most everyone knows eachother and its awesome to feel that closeness with everyone. dave keep up the amazing work you have been doing for forever now.

I live 50 yards from this Wheat Ridge Institution and I think I’ll head there right now to wet my whistle, keep up the good work Dave!

Comment Date: 8/23/2010 Name: Sexy girl
There are a lot of friendly people at the bowling alley. The owner, Dave, can be a royal pain in the butt. He doesn’t seem to like very many people and if he doesn’t like you, he will find anyway he can to come up with an excuse to kick you out. I have seen this happen to several good people who are customers. I really do not like Dave. His atitude is bad. This is really not a good place to go if you are a younger person, the average age of the customers in the bar is 50+. Friday nights is good for the car shows & free food if you bring a car. The bowling is good too as long as you don’t have to deal with Dave or Kristy, his wife.

I live in Illinois, but visit Wheat Ridge Lanes at least once, whenever I’m in town. The employees have always been great and the food is really good too. The prices are very reasonable for everything, and we always have a fun time. Well worth checking out.

Been here a couple times. The food is great for a bowling alley (better food than some restaurants actually!). Bar service is so-so, but acceptable. Bowling staff super helpful and friendly. The only bad point I have is that they don’t seem to stick to an hourly schedule; ie:close early if biz is slow or inexistent. I never know if the place is actually gonna’ be open when I get there (after 8ish). I’ve noticed this about many businesses here in Colorado though,I wonder if this just might be a Colorado thing (?). Anywho, I rate this place a 3.5 outa’ 5 stars fer sure.

I have to leave my comment about Wheat Ridge Lanes. I have been there many, many times. Dave, the owner, is very nice and fun to be around once you get to know him. The food is always great and the bartenders are always friendly….Marie can be a little grumpy at times. There is very friendly people that hang out there. And the car shows are great! I also love bowl here. Thanks Dave for having such a great place! My family and I love Wheat Ridge Lanes!!!!

Stop in Mondaay tru Friday. Good food and bar service. Marie is a true mixolist. A fringe benefit, she has to be one of the best looking and friendliest bartenders in Denver.

My brother in law and his family the Robertsons turned me on to bowling here. I have met many people who have worked here and met many customers, always a blast! Dave is hospitable and not once have we had any run ins. This club gets all fives in My book, and it is one of my great picks for entertainment.

I have known Dave for a while now and have never seen any unprofessional behavior, infact I have helped at his car show for the past few years and only see what a great guy Dave and His Father are. As for Elaine she is no longer there. So that should not even be an issue as for the food, spirits and staff I have always had good food, good drink service and the staff has always been there to serve me when I needed. Thanks Dave & Dad for all you do!!!!!!!!!

Horrible place. All the employees are rude. Horrible service. Bartender only wants to serve the people she knows. Food was Terrible. Was here 2 months ago and things were great. Will never be back. Owner needs to sell fast !!!

Comment Date: 3/4/2006 Name: McK
I’ve just started bowling there and have seen none of the behavior mentioned in previous comments. Dave and Elaine have been just fine to me and my friends. We’ve never had to wait for service and the food is pretty decent, considering they don’t have a real kitchen or restaurant. It’s a bowling alley for godssake, not LoDo. I don’t have ridiculous expections for something I do for a few hours and a few bucks.

Ever since we moved here from SoCal in 2004, Crown has been our staple alley. We go to others in the greater Denver area, but we always come back to Crown. The lanes are oiled just right, not too light, not too heavy and the patterns hold up. We like to go in for their Breakfast and Bowl specials on Sunday. 10 bux for a meal, and 3 games!! Who can beat that?

This Center is a nightmare of experience. The Management, bowling prices, lane conditions, horseshoe pits and volleyball courts are very poor. To make this a better center, is to bring in a new general manager!

Holiday Lanes Comments

I’ve bowled a handful of tournaments here, and the employees are mostly a group of a**h*l*s. They treat the local favorites like kings, but if you’re not part of their clique, they act like you don’t even exist. Like others ahev said, their house shot is way too easy – there are a bunch of guys averaging 230+. Inflated scores, inflated egos. Thumbs down to Holiday.

Comment Date: 9/29/2011 Name: Elizabeth
I’d seen this place before I walked in, nice place. The best rate for a family w/ a bunch of kids, like mine. We had lots of fun! The prices were the better than Brunswick and the food was perfect! Huge menu, ALL was very good – we ate and bowled until we had to leave. Totally suggest this place. The employee didn’t have the customer service attitude but I forgave him after they charged us so little. Peace.

Comment Date: 8/7/2010 Name: Big Bowler
I use a coupon Aug. 7th at the end of National Bowling Week. It was for one free game per person, and Bowling everywhere tried to set a World Record that day. I bowled two games. One free, one paid. I brought two friends and they forgot the coupon. They end up paying for three games each. HA. We had fun.
An employee almost did not accept this coupon as if they did not know about this specical worldwide. Gobowling.com has a list of participating bowling ally and Holiday Lanes was listed. The employee had to call someone and finally they accepted. I did not like that. It seems that the employees did not know about the specials. I hope we broke the record today.
Gobowling.com, then top screen, find a center, choose promotion, typed in my zip code, then the list showed up with coupons. Holiday Lanes had 2 promotion, one is “Free game of bowling Aug. 7th” the other is “Pepsi” I encourage the owner, manager to help spread the word about this event, that happens once a year.
Other than this minor negative, I had a good time, nice staff. Bathroom clean. Add a divider in the men’s restroom between the urinals.
Thanks. I am considering joining a league.

Comment Date: 3/18/2010 Name: Bowler
Well now that there is a new owner maybe some upgrades will get done. Like central cooling throughtout the center. Maybe the bathrooms won’t stink as bad, maybe they will cut down some of the pool hall space (it’s rarley used anyways) and make a descent nursey with air conditioning so I can let my kids be kids with the others. Or maybe even rent the old restaurant and make it a nursey with a door accessible from the inside of the center. I know several people that would bowl here if there was a descent nursery……..Can’t beat the pricing on any of the stuff. Awesonme food as well.

Comment Date: 2/21/2010 Name: Bowler
Holiday is a tournament/league house. If you don’t like it go somewhere else. That’s how the place keeps going. Plus games and shoes are cheap. Things may need to be updated but it cost money and in this day and age that’s hard to do. If you want a place to destroy go somewhere else!

Comment Date: 1/24/2010 Name: John
the owners here have no back bone and the employees act like they run the place, some treat customers like {deleted} while others are (or seem like)pedophiles but there are some that are good, constant machine break downs with no mechanic, and lots of flooding in the bathrooms (not to mention the smell)this place deff. needs alot of work the tv’s looks as old as the employees(maybe even older)and league bowlers def come first before open bolwers the only really good thing about this place is the food (some of the best in town i think!), the outside parking does suck when the asphalt hasnt been replaced in 20+ years, but for the price i guess you get what you pay for

Comment Date: 10/14/2009 Name: Bowler
I love bowling at Holiday. Sometimes the lanes are walled up as previously mentioned. But overall the house reminds me of the center I grew up in. Staff is always great with exception of a few.
The only things I would suggest is:
central air or some kind of equal system on both sides of the house. Swamp cooler on one side and AC on the other is horrible. I won’t bowl league in the summer there because of this.
Bigger nursey with AIR.
And the restrooms do tend to stink.
I do wish you could expand……cuz the parking is horrible.

Comment Date: 7/19/2009 Name: SBC
I agree with some of the others who have complained about the amount of league bowling going on, but if it’s keeping the place going, then I’m all for it. It’s mostly a hassle-free, inexpensive place close for all of our friends to come and have a good time. Won’t go anywhere else.

Comment Date: 5/21/2009 Name: Steve
I find it funny, about all of these people complaining that there are too many leagues. That is usually a sure sign of a good center, and if you are just wanting to “goof-off” bowl i.e. Cosmic Bowl, Paramount at 20th and Kipling is right for you. If the house S**ked, there would be no leagues, and the leagues are where they make the $$$ to operate.

Comment Date: 5/9/2009 Name: julie

Holiday was a great bowling center for me over the winter but the last couple times I’ve gone the owner has been so rude. I like all the employees, even Nate most of the time, but the owner s*cks. Would continue to go but only on week days because of the price jack up. $1 open bowl Sum-Thurs. then a 200% increase to $3 per game on Friday and Saturday which are prime bowling days. O also did I mention how many leagues you have to work around. Cut down on the league play please!!!

Comment Date: 1/28/2009 Name: PBA Bowler
Went on a tuesday night while in town looking to practice–there were lanes open but was told I could not bowl until all lanes were done with league–there would have a full pair between me and the leagues that were finishing–when I asked again the staff was a little rude while texting on cell phones–next time I will look elswhere for a center that actually wants my money

Comment Date: 10/26/2008 Name: Tyler E.
Holiday Lanes has the best service and i enjoy their junior leagues it rocks!!!!!

Comment Date: 2/11/2008 Name: Brian Williams
I have been bowling at Holiday for 7 years now and I think it’s a awesome bowling alley. The staff and owners are great and the food is real and not that snack bar crap you get at most bowling alleys. The leagues are fun and competitive even though sometimes the lane conditions are a little walled up, but just means you need to bowl in the harder leagues and bowl other alleys to keep on top of your game. Over all I would give Holiday a 9 out 10 for some good ole fun, friendly and laid back environment.

I just bowled here for the first time in the Mile Hi Tour event, and everyone’s scores were inflated by 10-20 pins. The lane conditions are too easy! Great for casual open bowling, but for leagues, it takes some of the thrill out of bowling a great game when everyone in the house is scoring just as high.

Well I’ve had it. Manager never there, weeds and trash all over the parking lot. Inconsistent lane conditions. DM doesn’t care

your league bowlers are wondering why each seat needs a laneside menu ? is this why its so expensive to eat and drink there? so u all can buy stuff u dont need and pay the fool who dreamed this up ?? food there aint all that what u guys dream it up to be !! your profits will not meet your goals . beer 9.50 ? combo meals 8 to 10 dollers .people that go there and bowl know its a rip off and finding indipendent lanes to spend less and get more for there money ! no wonder corpeations go under to many chiefs getting paid for there lame ideas to spend and us bowlers are tired of it !

I would like to thank Peter and Brittany and the entire staff that worked on Saturday August 4th for being so accommodating to our family while we were in Colorado. The service was outstanding and the service was greatly appreciated. God Bless You. From your new friend Denise Andrews (Minneapolis, MN) I will come to visit you again next year and bring another group of 30 in to bowl.

My family and I bowled at this alley and the staff was terrific. We worked with Brittany and Peter and they were so pleasant and patient and courteous no matter how many times we needed them to add or delete games on our lane. They were indespensible to our every need. Well trained and very friendly. We were a party of about 40 and they made our bowling experience smooth and enjoyable. The type of character they posess is irreplaceable and often unheard of in many places of business. Thanks again from Minneapolis, MN

$6.50 for pitchers at Holiday and their food is awesome and reasonable and their oil pattern week in week out is very consistant! You guys should take a page from them and make your bowlers happy !

I have bowled here for many years and I find the new manager has made many improvements and I will continue to bowl here many more years to come.

I have bowled at this alley for years. Since the new management has taken over, prices are sky high, $4 for a draw beer! Also non smoking areas are not enforced, no discounts on food or drinks for league bowlers. $7 for a cheeseburger.

Price for food and drinks marked up way too much! Your waitresses are getting hurt by it! Lanes are innconsistant week in week out. Heads of lanes blow out @ 2nd game and we the bowlers throw our arm out! Great place but can improve!

Comment Date: 9/28/2005 Name: TEDDY WALL
Lanes are inconsistent heads breakdown way too fast, no units in the mids 10 to 10! Price for pitchers are $8.50 way too expensive.
