I understand that owning and operating a bowling alley can be a tall task, but EG lanes are pricing themselves out of business. Everything is getting more exspensive so people might not spending a little more. With that said the only thing people dont like to put up with is the condition of the building and equipment. Bath rooms that smell, toilets that dont flush and water on the floors are disgusting and unsanitary. Not to mention the pin setting equipment constantly breaking down.
Also, I’m 42 years old and I had been bowling in leagues at EG since I was 13 until this year, I think that makes me a valued customer. I own my own business so I know a little something about customers. There two other bowling centers in this area that I feel value a customer as people not just $$$ through the door.
I hope the rumors are true about a new bowling center in the Highlands, that will give me three places to bowl my leagues.
Thank You |
