You are treated well if you are liked by the staff but if they don’t know you, you are treated very poorly especially on the weekend nights. |

For normal, average bowlers, it is a good place to bowl and have some fun. For the serious, league bowlers, you would probably be better off somewhere else. |

Bonwood Bowl has the most excellent lanes in Utah. Friendly staff and scrumptious snack bar make this place an excellent time!!

chad, your price was good for the balls, however, when your proshop person got through with me it cost me more than buying it full retail. my friends and i will try mike hymas league next year. he claims he can do better! |

The lanes are good. The people are nice. and on Friday and Saturday nights, I put up with the teensters that don’t know bowling etiquette. The league players are always nice in the Lounge. The lounge has decent prices. Over all the place is a phenomenal bargain. |

I found the people there very nice and helpful. The snack bar was like most in bowling alleys.
We had kids with us and it was very reasonable.
I plan to return with my grandkids. |

Seems the only people that still have customer service in mond are Chad and Steve. The desk people seem to think they are doing you a favor by letting you bowl in thier facility. If it was not for the commitment to the members of my league i would avoid this place entirely. |

I am surprised at the lack of customer service there. Only Chad is friendly and seems to care for the customer. Helen is an onery joke and needs to go somewhere else. Clearly customer service is NOT their strong point. Also the snack bar is to be avoided at all costs. Service is extremely poor and when you complain, they basically tell you to shut up. I will not go back. Although the cost is a little higher elsewhere, at least I am treated well. |

where has all the fun gone from this bowling alley. all you people want is a large number of partons, some i really hate to be around, in fear of getting killed. no more real friendly atmosphere. hope it changes or your competition will get me and my bowlers |

You are to good to work in a place like this. You have much more class! The remodeling is a real joke and the pro shop operator and his children will not bowl there. He takes them to Delton Lanes. Good luck, but again you are toooooo good for this place!!!!!!!!!!!! |

It is interesting to see Mr Harms coaching at Delton Lanes in their Jr. program , where we are hurting for coaches, and has taken Bonwood Youth bowlers with him. Real GREAT LOYALITY, Mr Harms
Maybe you should move your shop to Delton, would not be a lose for Bonwood, and would get rid of a possible CONFLICT OF INTEREST!! |

I think that the skinny guy at the front desk is very friendly everytime we walk in the door. he is fast and makes sure that you have a good experience there. he also seems to be concerned with the business due to the fact that he has asked us a couple of times to join a league and we have decided to and are have a great time. |

I really like Bonwood, I can afford to take my family there to bowl where most of the other centers are just to high priced. |

I have been to Bonwood several times this past summer, I like to take my kids there due to how friendly they are their and they also have the cheapest prices in town. |

Hhhhhh must be Steve Harmms, himself. Have a real ball driller fit you and you would know what I mean. He fit two balls I got from Ball Leagues at the Bonwood, and had to have both redrilled because of sore hands

Yes, I agree that Steve is the best driller. And he makes the league kids there feel special. Go to his Pro Shop. Also, best bowling value around. |

Steve is the best ball driller in the state. THE BEST. It’s unfortunate that their shot is so walled up, that anybody can shoot a high score. |

very poor atmosphire. people at desk are non-concerned. and the skinny bleached blond, this week, asst. mgr. acts like a foooooll most of the time, very poor business person. he would be better in a childs center!!!!!!!!!! |

Do not go here unless you are in a league. They never have open lanes. Bad business!!!!!!!!! |

It’s a shame that the best fries and hamburgers in Salt Lake is a bowling alley secret! Ignacio Soriano has the best food and service at this grill that we have found. The pizza is yummy too! |
