this place is very nice, if you don’t like it, remember you are in the middle of a cow town. too bad it had to shut down for the bank to make offices…bunch of crap |

I went bowling here once while traveling west for a tournament. The lanes are par at best and in a dingy basement. Good luck getting to the juke box during a kids birthday party, unless you like listening to Kidz Bopz. If you’re lucky you might find some available moms to bowl with. The Birthday cake was sub-par as well. |

This center is a nice older-style center. Mr. Wilcox’s legacy is certainly well known. But personally I found him rather coarse, and not very personable. |

This is one of the nicest centers in the state, and I’ve been to about 100 of them.
John Wilcox Jr in his prime one of the best bowlers in the world, winning PBA titles, and held world records for award games, and series. He presently still bowls an occasional 300 or 800 series.
He is one of the best teachers and coaches in the game, having led me to winning the Pennsylvania State Bowling Association Singles Championship in 1990.
He is also one of the best and most knowledgable ball drilling mechanics in the world, having done work for many PBA members.
If you take bowling seriously, you MUST seek out John to improve your game. |
