Traveling to Ashland from Portland to see the palys, we found the Ashland lanes were gone-so we wound our way to Medford & this utterly delightful alley. The staff was very friendly, as were the other bowlers. Great deal prices & good libations. The lanes were nice to roll & the atmosphere was great. We rate this alley a ’10’, in fact, we like them even better than our home alley!

State Tournament for Women was at Roxy Ann Lanes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! The staff was terribly rude and the equipment broke down a lot. Please OSUSBC use your heads when planning state tournaments from now on!!!

Katy is gone…. WOW! how you can you let the best bartender ever leave… is Lela just worried about her own gambling time and not her employees time off…??? The bar at Roxy just got quite from the lack of customers because of loosing 1 (one) employee… this is not just my opinion.. many regulars are pissed! that she is gone! Bob still kicks a**! at the grill but he is now on days, and the nite cook is clueless… sorry Roxy, love the place but a huge mistake has been made!

I’m not sure why this happened. How it got to the extreme level it got to. Or what if anything could have or should have been done to satisfy the, what I feel, was injustice and disrespect to my wife and I on our short lived visit to Roxy Ann Lanes. Without going into detail, we arrived, got assigned a lane, put our equipment up on the ball return as we should. When a bowler on the lane next to us reached for my wifes ball, I said “thats my wifes ball”. I need to rei-terate that. “Thats my wifes ball” was all I said. I rolled my ball, exploded the pocket, left a solid nine. Walked back to the front of the approach, waited for my ball, overheard some broken conversations behind me. My ball comes back, I picked up the spare, turned around to find some “Bimbo” in my wifes face calling her every deragatory one syllable name she could think of apparently because I said “thats my wifes ball”. Again I re-iterate, “Thats my wifes ball”. What a shameful display of respect for someone elses things….. and I guess shame on Roxy Ann for letting us leave frustrated, angry. bewildered, and letting that “Bimbo” and her small minded entourage to stay without any sort of penalty for their actions.
I could only apologize to my beautiful wife for the way her birthday ended. That 30 mins. of shameful ignorance overshadowed what was a great day for us which with todays economy are few and far between.

The Head Pro-Shop guy here is, really, cool. He is very personable. And let us use his ball spinner. Thanks for everything Roxy Ann!!

The fat guy who runs the desk in the evenings is surly and rude. I’d never have that guy dealing with my customers. He’s supposed to serve the customers, not treat them like they’re bothering him.

Lela seems to be a bit rude and bossy. During events she seems to be rude to the kids, Also she seems to put forward her values for a dress code (I guess a girl in a tank top is to revealing) (as there is a 300lb lady in shorts two lanes down… and I am not exagerating!!!) Later you will find her in the bar drinking and gambling, and then behind the counter directing her emploees, and yes after drinking! Way to set an example…….

Thank you so much for not having that annoying music screaming in the background! I’m so pleased you are bringing back family time at the lanes.

Thanks to Lela and John for bringing back a family atmosphere to bowl in. I love your food and your staff is always friendly. Needless to say I’m signing up for league at your center next fall!
