What adult uses a bumper? They are for kids. The stress an adult can put on them will break them. They were designed for young kids that can not throw the ball hard enough to roll down the the lane when it hits the gutter. And Roger is the best pro shop guy around. he had many people drive great distances to have work done by him. Feel lucky that you have his vast knowledge of bowling there.

It used to be a fun place, but now adults can not bumper bowl and some of the employees are very rude. Also when they run out of coffee they do not want to make another pot. And that’s even in the middle of the day. I would not recommend this bowling alley. I left and took my family to the Richmond bowling alley. Where we always have a good time.

Woodcrest was a really nice bowling alley when Darrin owned it. But the new owners have failed in keeping it that way. They need to clean more often, everytime I bowl there the carpets are always dirty. Also it would be nice when you go in to get some pro-shop work done to be treated like a valued customer instead of a non importance. But that’s enough of negatives, the bar tenders are friendly and helpful. I love going there just a shame to see it fall from the way it was.

You bowlers there have the best man in the business, Roger. His knowledge of bowling is awesom. Get to know him. He is a great friend and a better person.

Very, very nice establishment. The most up-to-date technology on the market!! The association needs alot of work though. Still haven’t gotten all awards from the previous season. Need a new association board and maybe more people will bowl in the leagues.

Under new ownership! These people are great. The customer service is the best in the area. The pro shop is full service. Roger is the best I’ve seen in knowledge and ball drilling. As a PBA member I would recomend anyone to go see him. Trust me you will be extreamly pleased.

All the cosmic lighting and music are fine, but the owners of this bowling center need to learn how to promote all aspects of their business. They should also learn how to treat every person that walks through their door the same. This is what produces repeat customers.

They have the coolest Cosmic Bowling I have ever seen! Big screen with music videos, lasers, lights down the lanes…you have to see it to believe it!
