Great Place, no monitor or ball return problems for me as of yet been bowling there a couple years in short in between season leagues, pro shop is pricey tho so steer clear

I’ve been to Crossgate several times, both before and after the statewide smoking ban. No offense intended to smokers, but since the ban, our family (with kids) goes bowling now; before the ban, we never did. The kids love Crossgate. We haven’t had problems with the ball return, for what that’s worth.

The center was not very well lit. And a little dirty. The lanes were ok, pro shop is great.

Well there might be a few minor problems but the worst would be the lighting. I mean the lanes are fairly lit up, but behind that foul line its pretty dark. Otherwise the people are nice and so are the lanes.

Very poor pin machines and Ball return machines. I bowled in a league there this spring and had my ball chewed up twice, and I mean chewed up. (They did fix it for free). Then I had my ball returned with thick black tar marks on it like it had gotten stuck in a belt or something took me for ever to get it cleaned off.
This was a Have-A-Ball league. We were told that we would have are balls before the league was over. To our surprise we did not get them until the week after the league had finished. My wife still has not received her ball. They said it was in and when we went to pick it up, it was the wrong ball. They tried to brush it off and convince her to take the ball. We opted to have them order the right ball. They we’re not happy.
The woman running the league was very rude, mean and never their during league times. One of our team members bowled a 300 and we had to go up to the bar 3 time just to get them to announce his accomplishment.
The center as a whole is in poor shape and needs updating. The overhead scoring monitors would black out all the time. We even had one time where the overhead and terminal monitor went black.
Steer clear of this bowling center if you ask me.

Pretty good I liked it 🙂 Very crappy place a lot of smoking but the rush of the game beats that.
