I must say this is by far the worst bowling alley I have ever been too. Not only do the lanes constantly break down on you but My husband friends and I had gone bowling on a Saturday which by the way their was only two employees working a Saturday night ! But we bowled two games and in the middle of the second game my husbands ball and his friends ball got stuck so we paged someone to get the balls and it took forever !!! Because again their was only two people working and in the mean time both bowling balls were in the back stuck in the machine. But we finally got the balls back and our friends ball comes back all sticky and tacky with stuff all over it and my husbands ball had a huge scratch that was so deep that trailed right around the entire ball !! My husband was quite upset and went to the manager and told her and the other employee their all about it. They asked if it was his ball he said of course it is she hands him a card and says call this man who runs the pro shop. We than asked her can you please write up a letter or a receipt explaining that this incident happened here on this day at this time with her signature so when we do come back we are not held responsible to pay the fees that are going to come with this bowling ball the manger turned to me and said excuse me but no I will not do that, that she is not paying for an “old” ball and nor is she replacing it !!!! And said to us that it’s “bowl at your own risk ” Now we have been bowlers our entire lives and NEVER in my life have I ever had a bowling alley employee ever say anything like that when issues happened.. If anything they would make it right ! And this woman had no intent on making this issue right refused to right a letter until we had to push her and after bickering for 10 min with this women the other employee turned to us and said well if this is the case then we will put up a sign that says ” you cannot bring your own equipment in here” well if that’s what they are going to do I would like to see how long they will stay open … They were the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my entire life !!! Either way you twist this our equipment still got ruined so of course we would be upset however ! She could have been professional and respectful and apologetic but none of that took place instead of arguing with is like it was our fault their machines broke down and ruined our stuff they should have said ” oh my god I am so sorry we will do what ever it takes to make this right to fix this ball we will even have your games on the house we are so sorry ” SOMETHING !!! Anything !!! But none of that happened we got arguing attitude and nothing but disrespect !!!! And if this is the type of person that they are going to have run their business I want nothing to do with it ! So unprofessional and disgusting !! And I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this ! And I will be calling the owners and if need be the better business bureau . |

The pins aren’t five years old….they bought pins in a year ago- they were refurbished, so they were probably 2-3 years old. The refurbishd probably last a year or two. And didn’t Jared used to work there and never show up for his shifts? Sour grapes my man???? |

This place needs a new owner and management. I am a regular league bowler. I have been quite disappointed with the lane conditions over the past couple years. They have 5 year old pins and most of those are cracked. My average has dropped from high 220’s to low 190’s. Something has to change. I know I am better than a 190 avg bowler. |
