I take my little brother bowling there on the weekends. Everything is very nice and we both have a great time. Friendly and helpful staff. We have plans to go back next weekend.

Previous bad comments made by people who visited shortly after new ownership, obviously don’t have a clue what is like to try and save a business and community meeting place from non-existence.Short staffed means no xtra payroll right away for xtra staffing, which means a one man show till cash flow starts. So maybe you should try and save a business from going under yourself and see what its like and keep your negative comments to yourself.I just recently visited and the place looks great and the staff is more then willing to help. The one worker there actually come down and gave my son a impromtude bowling lesson…..If you had a bad expierence in the past, try them again. You will be pleasently surprised.

I give alot of credit to the new owners for opening and investing alot of money to make it a quality establishment. They put alot of work into it and I can say it looks great. The alleys have new scoreboards and when I bowled there I had no problems at all. Lets give credit where credit is due.

Great updates made to the center in the past year. Brighter interior, new scoring and televisions. Friendly staff willing to help.

Brought my family there, did not like it,after getting our lane it was hard getting someone to help get bumpers up for my kid.and there’s teenie bopers up in the lanes with regular shoes on, no shoes, dancing in the lane sitting in the lanes, stoping the balls and not rolling them, and then next to us were kids drinking beer the were definitely not old enough.and nothing was said.the music was so loud we couldn’t hear only between songs. So not happy.

I’ve bowled here from 1959 to 1999. It was OK then and heard it had closed. Glad to see it reopening.I now live in Florida. Wally

the few times we have been there since the new ownership the staff wasnt very friendly, and we were told to go elsewhere if we didnt like it,
most recently the kitchen staff was nowhere to be found and the front desk was empty when we needed help, in my opinion i dont see it lasting too long if this is how they run a business

This facility is under new ownership. The scoreboards have been updated, carpets replaced, lanes repaired, shoes and balls replaced(where they were needed I guess) The staff is friendly and honored coupons given by previous owner. You can’t go wrong with the price, $2.50/game. The food is decent and not bad priced. Still many more repairs going on. It looks like a new bar going in. This place is on it’s way back to where it should be. Thank you to the new owners for giving BH a chance.

I heard today that the owners of Boulevard Bowl (Scaccia?)bought Burnt Hills Lanes and are working on it now. They hope to open on November 1st(2010).
Hope they can brighten the place up and make it a nicer place to bowl.

this place is terrible ad I’m glad there shutting down. The employees are rude, and have no standards at all. the lanes are terrible the food is over priced and it doesnt even taste good. Nothing there ever seems the work. and the one guy whose in his twenties with the earring doesnt have any respect for anyone. He called me an a**h*le and shoved me for no reason at all. Told me to leave the F***in building because he doesnt like my brother. No respect and very run dow. someone else should buy it and make it worth having. anyways Burnt Hills lanes is terrible.

The service in Burnt Hills Lanes is vary poor. One guy who was working their for years brown and mustach told me to get lose when i was trying to get a ball for my girl friend.

The price is too much for the poor quality of lanes. They need to update and fix the lanes and get some decent bowling balls. The balls are cracked and the shoes are disgusting.

The service at this facility is very poor, rude employees do not value their customers. Also, the lanes are warped and the scoring equipment is always malfunctioning.
