The manager, Connie as well as the owner, Joe, are two of the most rudest people I have ever met!! They do not know how to treat their customers well, at all. Customers are treated very unprofessionally by these two people. My son and I purposely avoid bowling when we know either one is there. Connie should really learn how to speak clearer English since most of the time she is very difficult to understand. The rest of the bowling alley staff is terrific!!! Joe, the owner, really needs to put some $$ into the alley. My son’s new bowling ball was all but destroyed by their equipment taking out large chunks and putting in deep scratches. They failed to take responsibility because I did not purchase the ball for my son from them. Talk about a bunch of bs. I know many people who have left Medford Lanes due to things such as that as well as how rudely they have been treated. The owner and management should value their customers and not treat them they way they do.

We decided to take the family bowling on Presdent’s day. Lucky we made a reservation. They were packed, but staff made it work. Nice day. No snack bar, next time we have to remember to bring snacks.

a nice little rural bowling alley. went on thu atfernoon. havent been there in 13 years. the synthetic lanes are great, as well as new seats and ball racks. the only problem is $3 a game on weekdays i think is a little much, for a smaller alley (16 lanes). however the friendly staff gave me free game coupons at the end, THANKS staff!! all in all a great place, i’ll certainly be back soon!!!

Brought the kids on MLK day. Good thing we called and got a reservation – busy. Kids had a great time. Friendly staff helped with the computer.
