Saturday night staff, (including male manager) totally unprofessional. Do not complain about any unsatisfactory service, otherwise you will get disrespected! Manager not only tolerates but also joins in this ill practice.

I love the improvements to the lanes. Better shoes, better balls, better computers on lanes, better music, better arcade, better setup. Went from decent bowling alley to one of the nicer ones I’ve been to.

MUCH improved with the new ownership. Karen the manager was great. New touch-screen Qubica scoring, couches with coffee table at settee area. Overall much cleaner and better maintained than ever before, as the machines don’t chronically freeze in mid-cycle like they did before. The only unfortunate thing is Ground Round is closed but at least Bradley Beach still has theirs, and the owner just bought that. Really enjoyed it here.

Admittedly the Center itself is in need of a bit of up-dateing to make a more comfortable and fun atmosphere..Lane equipment needs overhaul (pin re-set & ball return)..Have enjoyed meals there prepared by present cook..Don’t know her name..Over-all it’s just an OK place to socialize..

The only good thing about it was $1.50 games on mo nite. (pleasant surprise)But the place is a DIVE!! Very beat up and worn out inside and out, not very clean, Decidedly understaffed- only one dude working the counter AND snackbar, which also is case at glassboro (this, Glasboro, Bradleybeach, and Burlington are a set of 4 allies Brunswick got rid of) The computers are WAY out of date, and the machines stick A LOT!! The house was packed and only a pair of lanes open, but they insisted they weren’t available, leaving me stuck on a lane with TOO MANY balls on ball return, for the bowlers on the adjoining lane, leaving me with BARELY enough room for mine. I almost decided to pass up bowling here, as a result, had it not been for the $1.50 games.

we took our twin grand daughters bowling here and they loved it…the bumpers are moral boosters for the young! and…even for us seniors!

This place used to be my favorite. However, these lanes are now under new ownership. Sadly, they no longer accept Brunswick coupons and the regular rates aren’t very good. Avoid if possible.

My son celebrated his 7th bday at the lanes and he and his friends had a blast. There were a few issues with lanes freezing up (kid generated perhaps) and service being slow, but at the end of the day all the kids were happy and it was a fun, affordable party.

If your looking for a bowling alley that has no management skills, no good leagues not even a good house shot then this is your kind of place. Since brunswick left they prices have become reasonable and the specials are the only reason i’d bowl there however if they actully oiled the lanes and made an effort for some big money leagues, i’d bowl there. Bowling alleys nowadays are like a good used car…..outthere but you have to look around for it. Snack Bar doesn’t exist in an empty excuse for a bar. Pro Shop run by a PBA professional who can’t drill for his life. I wouldn’t bother wasting my time there.

Your just mad that you can’t fit 20 people on a single lane to save $$$. It doesn’t work like that. I understand that the price of bowling isn’t fitting your budget. So don’t take it out on the employees.

I called to to inquire if they offer a childs birthday party. It was my big mistake to do so. I got Murielon phone. She was very rude and kind of yelled at me when I asked her some questions and even yelled louder when I asked her name and said “Are you going to complain about me–go ahead and do so”-Now you decide would you like to even go there!!!!

This bowling alley is by far a good place to unwind it is less crowded / noisy then most other lanes twice it’s size also please bear in mind that although the prices are a little high they do offer some summer specials to keep people coming back ^_^

These lanes are terrible. Managers change constantly and the lanes break down all the time. Nobody seems to want to make this a better bowling alley. Very bad and getting worse.

I hate this place. No smoking, crappy lane conditions, the only positive thing is its connected to bar where you can smoke and do whatever. This place is my very last resort.

Went here for Cosmic Bowling recently and had a blast! The staff (management included) were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back for this fun, inexpensive night out.

This is a great center. The Manager is always there and willing to help. The rest of the staff is great and I go there many times and never had a problem. The place is always clean, and everyone is always very helpful.

I was there for a birthday party, what a great place compared to Hamilton Lanes. No smoking, clean, it was an awesome experience and I will try to get my league to bowl there!

I think this bowling center is terrible in their preventive maintenance along with their managing skills….What happened to the way things use to be run?
