You people who are giving this bowling alley bad reviews are idiots. No girl named Kelcy ever worked there. and yes the lanes were hard to work with sometimes but let me just say this.. that family did everything they could to make the time enjoyable.. maybe it is for regular joes or whatever but that place was an amazing place to take your kids, to have a good time, and to enjoy yourself. Its gone now. and i know for a fact that there are tons of ppl who miss it everyday!.

I think that it is very nice and well employed.

The food staff(kelsey) was extremely rude and used foul language. Also, i didn’t like the fact that she got away with hitting my boyfriend with a dust pan because of other people she didn’t like. I notice the management was poor, instead of her getting punished she got a kiss on her cheek! thats pathetic.

First impression was positive. House looked good and the wood lanes seemed very nice. After Bowling a few games with numerous machine breakdowns we became irritated. Management was slow to have the lanes fixed. Also, I’ve never been in a house where the lanes broke down as often as these did. The food was ok and the people there seemed nice.
Was an ok bowling alley for the average joe to have something to do for the weekend, but if your a serious player looking for a tournament or league house look elsewhere, for this facility lacks professionalism.

I haven’t wanted to visit Strike Zone in Southaven due to the fact that it is a non-smoking bowling alley, but we decided to try it on a Tuesday night after work. That being said, we called and asked what time they close and they said midnight during the week. We arrived at 10:10, and they were closed. Needless to say we were shocked. I think if you say 12, then that means 12. We’ve heard good things, but I can’t express how dissapointing it was to be turned away. We bowl about 4 nights out of the week…I wont go back.

I recently visited Strike Zone in Grenada and must say the lanes are nice. However, they were not manged very well at all. The owner seemed to be more involved in wanting to bowl instead of running the facilities. I think there is a serious conflict of interest which often resulted in slow bowling if the ball got stuck or if the lane was having other problems. The owner should not try to mange the facilities if he wants to bowl during regular customer hours. The only other complaint is the food. I ordered a hotdog and got one that was cooked in the microwave…

I visisted the Strike Zone in early January by random chance, I was visiting the area on a house hunting trip. My wife and I thought we would “peek” in the doors to see how far along they were, and were suprised when the manager and an owner were in there and they invited us in to give us a great tour of the facility. If even half of their enthusiasm for their new venture carries forward to the whole bowling experience, this house will be absolutely top notch. This team is truly building a house that is modeled after what it will take to bring in bowlers and keep them happy. From what we saw, this will definitely be the destination for our singles, mixed and our three youths for our league experience.
