My husband bowled two games plus he had a free game coupon. On Friday nights the rate is $3.75 per game. Terry charged my husband $7.00 for one game (the other game should have been covered by the coupon). My husband has his own bowling shoes because he is on a league, so he should not have been charged for shoe rental. You could not Plead your case with this woman named Terry because she refused to listen. Terrible place with the staff ripping off the customer in addition to the food being excessively high in price. Do not recommend the bowling alley!

We had a total of 17 people bowling, bought food and spent plenty of money in their bar. We bowled two games and attempted to use the bowl one game, get one free online coupons and Terry told us that we could not use a coupon per person, it was per party. Their website clearly states one coupon per person, per visit. I was paying for nine people and she rolled her eyes when we walked up with our coupons and she still charged me $54.00 for two games of bowling and one game was supposed to be free. $3.75/game x 9 people = $33.75 NOT $54.00. And we had our own shoes so I guess she got a $20 tip for being rude and rolling her eyes. She couldn’t even explain to me how the bill was $54.00, she kept walking away from the counter and going down to the bowling lanes to hang out with her friends. We sent a person from our party of 17 to go back in and ask her name and she comes outside the bowling alley to confront our party of 17 to ask if we have a problem with her. I guess she’s lucky we weren’t crazy with a gun after all she was the one that stole from us. And she did it to each person in our party. One person paid $11.00 for his one game of bowling and the other guy paid $7.00. We couldn’t get a straight answer.

The smoking during kid leagues is prohibited. The only smoking aloud is in the bar.

I like this alley, although I find it totally ridiculous that if I have a pitcher of beer after 9pm I have to pay for it and go back to the bar for a refill..I am almost 40 years old and don’t need that type of monitoring. My bar bill is insane because for every mixed drink I order there are times(depending on bartender) that my drink is made without a full shot yet I am still charge the amount of a full shot. Their sister alley at Harvester Bowling has now introduced Karioki in their bar…is this a place for the 21 crowd or adults out to talk and enjoy an evening with friends? The younger crowd might enjoy it but they aren’t old enough to be in the bar so I find it nuts, I can’t hear anything in there. If I wanted a club atmosphere that is where I would go. Maybe you don’t like smoking alley’s I understand you don’t want your kids exposed so come before 6pm and don’t have your kids out bowling at 10pm at night and you should be fine.

Please put some fans in on the upper seating area. I wish smoking could be banned from bowling alleys. It’s as bad as a bingo game.

If you have a kid who wants to join a league, the Saturday kids leagues at Cave Springs are the place to be. Fun, friendly atmosphere. A fun place for open play bowling as well. The Saturday night Rock-n-bowl is loud and frenzied and judging by the crowds, it is VERY popular.

Decent bowling alley, kinda pricey.
