Hey Sunday night bowler, I didn’t know you could bowl at Kens in July. You must not be a very good bowler to hold such a grudge so long after the season ended. Grow up or bowl elsewhere.

Kens Bowl is the best and toughest place to bowl. If you want to average 230, go someplace else. If you want to earn your 210 average, you know, make spares and become a better bowler. Come on down. Kens Bowl has the best bowlers in Berkshire County, bar none, because we make spares. All you so called bowlers who bowl elsewhere, bring it. Just don’t expect to beat us in our house, and a little known fact, we can beat you in your house as well.

this bowling alley could really be great if the owners would take some action and do something about the staff. Wax is very unprofessional and rude to all customers especially the league bowlers he purposely messes the oil patterns up to make people as unhappy as he is. I bowl 2 nights a week and the lanes are not even close to an actual shot some days you can see the puddles of oil on the lanes other days they are drier than the sahara. I feel that if you can’t run your bowling alley properly then sell it to someone who will we all know its a tax write off for your carnival. How bout putting some of that money into it

I was at your establishment about two weeks ago and had the honor of watching a young high school student make a 300 game. I have been looking for a write up or something on the computer since Im from NYS and do not get your local paper. I was very impressed with this young man. One so young getting a 300 game is rare. Could you tell me where I could get more information on this accomplishment.

I’ve been bowling here for over 15 years. After each year i swear i won’t go back. But the truth is that every time i go it is a challenge. I suppose the atmosphere could use some help… but why would they renovate when most of the business in pittsfield is disappearing? over the years the amount of active bowlers has dwindled. yes, the attitude of the staff could change, but it wouldn’t be the same without WAX (who is typically very sarcastic, which can be construed as rude:))

My kids are on a league here and the staff doesn’t really offer much instruction or are teaching or even talking….it’s just like 3 strings of kids going bonkers. Not organized at all and one attendant “WAX” had words and was very rude to my 71 year old grand mother and every Saturday morning is still very rude to her every time he has to deal with her. If this wasn’t the most convient alley that has kids leagues we would’t give them our business just because of our experience with that man!!!!

Great place and good prices and very clean. Management very aware of it’s condition and
keeps on top of things. Hope it never changes
as a GREAT place.

The place is large and built for house bowlers. I have been to many tournaments there, same shot everytime. The management there isn’t the best and it has not been updated in a long time. It needs to keep up with the times to compete with Mt.Greylock and Cove.
