Went there for the firstt ime the other day. Pretty impressive. Very costly compared to candlepin bowling. Our lane had technical issues and it was almost impossible to get someone to help us. Other than that, it was fun.

I just recently got back from this place. I want to say the prices are horrible. The service people are horrible they are un- welcoming and dont have any enthusiasm. secondly the prices are 4.50 per game per person and the soda is 2.50 out of a vending machine which is outrageous. Secondly my name is vance and was named after my dad who’s name is vance. so we put in Vance twice to reperest both of us. however they thought it was just one of us twice so they tacked on another 4.50 we tried to dispute it but they wouldn’t
listen. I would strongly not recommend this place

I took my dad out for his 65th birthday with some of my family. he use to be a professional bowler so this was a great idea. however, once we got there the service got worst by the hour. I asked the guy for a size 4.5 and he gave me a 3 saying it would fit. I knew it wouldn’t but i tried it anyway. Then I asked him for a bigger size he started to get upset and pick a fight. Then, once we were in our lane the lane continuously would stop and we had to keep resetting the lane. During our last frame our lane completely turned off and the guy said the league had the lane now!!! I was so pissed off and we started arguing with the “manager” named anthony who said to call the number on his card and if we didn’t like the service then we can leave and said “in fact don’t come back.” I flipped out and started yelling at him, too bad he didn’t realize that myself and a LARGE group of friends go there almost every weekend. And then he trioed to apologize. The service there is horrible, the bouncers think that they are “tough” just because they can excuse you from the building, and the people there are rude.

We went on a Saturday night and were very pleased. Both in price and in service. The music was up to date. It is only $2.50 Monday through Thursday. It is $4 or $5 at other places. I was suprised at some of the other comments. Nice place to go bowling.

went to bowl on sat night first time i had been there excited…i love to bowl…i was put beside obnoxious people. who kept taking my ball… and was cussing and dirty dancing beside of me. wouldn’t wait for their turn to bowl i was scared i was going to hit them when i bowled. i went and complained to the manager… i ask to speak to the owner about moving to another lane.. he laughed at me…said he was the only one in charge there tonight… and then out came the owner his name is anthony decotis his cell number on his card is (Phone number deleted}.i don;t know this is the truly the owner after the manager lied to me. i ask could i be put on a different lane and anthony said the line was out the door. i told him i spent my 30 min in line to bowl,….and that is all iwanted to do….but anthony wouldn;t help me until i told him i was leaving…..please don;t take your family to cosmic bowling if you have a family..
apparently this is the night for drunks and people who are under the influece and there is no one going to stand up for customer service at this bowling alley.. so get out your 25 and hour to bowl and not have a good time..because all the staff and owner is taught to do is hand out dirty bowling shoes and being jerks……10 bo

One more thing, they are very high priced unless your on a league from there, then they will offer you a discount but it is pricy it’s a shame they don’t hire more friendly staff it would be a little more tolerable. Also On the first couple of ally’s you can drink, they have a bar maid from the club next door RAIN that delivers your drink and there is a phone that you pick up that connects to the dest so you can order drinks. It was a lot of fun but the PRICES and staff keep me away truly !

I had a lot of fun here they have Glow ball night and the music was playing and the little food appetizers they have are what they are and not bad. The people behind the counter are snobish and the two times I went in a 3 month period I couldn’t get them to print the scores becasue the Printer was Broke !! I replied “you said that 3 months agao!” No real answer ! I am not a real big ball fan I like candlepin bowling, more of a challenge, more of a skill, I would say actualy it is art. You have the wood to play off of and any thing goes, not a big ball aiming at big pins. Just an opinion please don’t take any offence ! But I actually scored the highest the first time in big ball out of my group with a 178 and then a 208 not bad ! ha ha ha I really did have fun minus the blister on my themb and the nail that broke off ! I have been back a couple of times!

i went there in September and I didn’t like it because the pin setter stopped twice while we were playing and then the third time they asked us to move to the next lane and then the whole power shut off and we couldn’t take it anymore so we wanted to leave and they wanted us to pay the one hour price but we barely got to play for an hour and they made it look as if we were being unreasonable for not wanting to pay the full price . I do suggest going there if you don’t go through the night that we did and if your thinking of using a ball that’s under 10 pounds go a little earlier because they don’t have enough for every lane.

The service here was absolutely horrible. The big guy behind the desk was the rudest, most stuck-up person I have ever met. He drove me away from coming there ever again. The prices are outrageous compared to other centers I’ve been at. Definitely one of the worst centers I’ve ever been to.

Townline is alot of fun for all ages. If you’re 21+ next door is the club rain which is also fun. There are plenty of bowling lanes… There’s pool tables, video games, air hockey, and the music is bumping. The prices aren’t outrageous either. Friday night’s they’re open until 1:00 am.
