A nice bowling alley considering the limitations of size and corporate owned & operated. Great center staff that is helpful and concerned customers have a good experience.

Lane conditions the worst in the area by far.

Of course this facility like most others caters primarily to recreational bowlers: most bowlers ARE recreational bowlers. Any facility which consistently keeps up its alleys to the standards of tour-level pro bowlers would find itself constantly dealing with the damage caused by 12-year-olds throwing their airborne 10-lb. ball halfway down the alley and cleaning up the soda spilled on lane 9. What are they going to do: screen every player by audition? Lighten up. Bowling isn’t just for pro-level players: it’s a fun and enjoyable family activity which can (and should) be enjoyed by anyone who wishes to partake. Deer Park is much nicer than many facilities I’ve been to over the years: I’ve bowled many a 200+ game there, and that’s better than many recreational bowlers. Their lanes are well enough maintained for most average bowlers. You can’t go to the local playground and complain that the baseball diamond isn’t suitable for the Mets: it’s not supposed to be. If you want to bowl with pros, enter a tournament: if you want to have fun with your family and friends, visit your local bowling center. I personally like Deer Park.

I am reading through these comments and I am not sure what some people are talking about. This center is well maintained and the staff is so good to our league. I even heard there is somebody averaging above 240 in the center this season. That is crazy if the lanes were inconsistant with the oil. Would recommend this place to everyone

I was at the same two events and they were incredibly well run. Lake Zurich High School hosted those events so I would recommend you let them know. The bowling alley just hosted the event. It was fun to see the 300 and 299 game the day of sectionals

my grandson bowled in two IHSA events at this house. He has also bowled at other Brunswick Zone houses and this is the only house that doesn’t post the results and the pictures of these events.

Like every other corporation. Only following the money trail right to the bank. As long as the sheet reads “+” we are in good shape. I believe brunswick needs to understand that if it wants to consider it self as a bowling facility, they must show it. As of right now Brunswick is trying to appeal to both the recreational bowler and the league bowler. I am very sorry to inform you but this will not prove to be a functional approach. However as a corporation it cannot help but be two-faced in a sense. Brunswick will eighther become a real bowling facility focusing on the progression of ther sport and its potential to reach more people out in the world as a professional sport or it can choose to become a recreational bowling facility where comsic bowling is there only form of revenue.

Once upon a time this place was used by the PBA tour. Problem is that this place is owned by Brunswick. Brunswick top management in Atlanta allow almost NO authority to the local manger. Manager has to call Atlanta to control the heat/ac, make a requisition to repair broken equipment, can’t do anything creative. Same problem with all other Brunswick houses in the area.

I am a league bowler and once our season is over I personally wouldn’t bowl at this center ever againor my team mates and if possible we will move our league elsewhere there are too many problems with lanes and conditions of the lanes every night

We have had multiple birthday parties at the Deer Park/Lake Zurich Brunswick Zone and have always had a good experience. We recommend this location!

I attended this Brunswick Zone with my son and his fellow Cub Scouts. The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The scorekeeping screens were easy to use, and the animations kept the kids attention. I would go there again.
