On 5-6-12, Jessica Kooi tookmy keys and I caught Tommy Genovese moving my car from around the corner to the side doors of the alley. After getting into my car, my seat wouldn’t move back at all, and someone had written “I like little”…….on my trunk! If this is not resolved in the next week, after having Tommy saying on my tape recorder that he himself had moved my car…….illegally……I will be forced to press charges and collect damages!!!!!!!!

my boys and i went to this bowling alley on a friday afternoon. we bowled from 1:00 to 3:00. it was nice and clean. we enjoyed ourselves. i just wish that they could setup the lanes for children between the ages of 6-9. also, it’s not that expensive. we will be back and the staff was really nice. try it you will like it.

Dale is {deleted}. They were hiring at the time I asked for an application and he simply said “no I’m not giving you one because I don’t want to”. He then threatened to call the cops and kicked me out merely for talking to the girl behind the counter, who happened to be a long time friend of mine. I’d love to see him act that tough outside of daddy’s little bowling alley.

The bathrooms seem fine to me. Yes the ball return is in the way. The best kept lanes i have bowled on.

Old lanes, heavy pins make for crazy undeserved splits and strikes. very small, and the owner’s league hets the lanes near the bar while others suffer. you bowling shoes will constantly get wet wherever you go.

once again…dale just grabbed me by the shoulder and asked me to leave. i was sitting and talking with my friends eddie and bill monday night when dale heard the wrong thing and threw me out. i will tell don (his father) about this and hopefully something will be worked out! i am tired of dale treating me like {deleted} without don knowing!!!!!

The Mens bathrooms are disgusting! The oder permeates into the hall. The urinal trickles about a tablespoon of water as a flush. Gross smelling! The lanes are old and the return gets in the way. I accidently tap it while throwing often. The staff is very nice. One of the ball boys did clean the toilet for me so I could let my young daughter use it. still I shouldn’t have to ask.

Dale seems kinda like a jag, b/c thats {wrong} to kick someone out for that reason.
and idt people are gettin paid enough and don is keepin it to himself. i saw his new cadillac just the other day.
But, i hate the pins–they’re too heavy–and the lanes are so oily so i’ll like put the ball right in the pocket, but ill get a solid 5 or 7 or 10 pin–or even a split. also, the food is a lil overpriced and dont get ur money’s worth–except the fries which are really good. another thing that i hate is the ball return which is in the way of us bowlers and my foot hits it, and ill miss my 10 pin pick up (which i left when i should’ve had a perfect strike) and then ill kick it again. lol
$3 games–screw that. those lanes arent even worth playing on for anymore than a dollar. i think they shouldve focused on their lanes and pins rather than getting new chairs.

Dale Genovese kicked me out of the bar, even though I had spent $50 on pizza, nachos and beer, just because i was routing for the cowboys!
Talk about your loser bowling alley freaks!!! Poor Bears!!!!! Wah Wah Wah!!!

Needs updating; ball returns in the way of the bowler, scoring needs updating (old screen program) very small bowling alley (16 lanes) small parking lot.

Lan Oak is the toughest center in the south Chicago Area. If someone doesn’t believe me, go see for yourself

Lan Oak Lanes is the best bowling alley in the world! I love Lan Oak Lanes! I bowl there all the time!

I have been bowling in a league there for about 12 years. Everybody gets a lot of bad breaks. A lot of 5-7, 5-10 and 8-10 splits are left when somebody hits the pocket. They need new ball returns. They also need new score monitors.
