I been going to colonial lanes since a little girl and have always had great time! The staff has alaways been awsome! Thanks for always being there, all through the years!

The training of the staff seems to be severely lacking. The lack of professionalism at this facility ruined an entire family outing. When I called to discuss the problem, the customer service just got worse and left me with no recourse but to write them off and just not do business with them again.
