This place gets by on as little as possible as they are chinsy and do not oil the lanes. Will not be back!

Ashley, I would suggest calling or stopping by and ask for the management and let them know your concerns. This website doesn’t appear to be affilianted with the business and they may not read this. If they don’t know the problem, they can’t fix it. Just a thought.

A group of us went in to bowl last weekend and we had a great time. Bowling was great, pizza was great! So, after a healthy fun-filled night, we go into the bar for a nightcap and had the misfortune of being served by a half drunk, half wired up, skinny bartender with a very nasty attitude. We won’t be back! He ruined our otherwise perfect night. I’m leaving this note, because the management should know what goes on.

Windsor Bowl is a great place to bowl and have fun! I just recently met the new Owner and he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of bowling. I had him drill me a new ball and it is by far the best ball I have ever had, much better work than the previous pro shop guy. Also, much better atmosphere with the new owners. Never any problems with any of the bartenters, they are alway’s very friendly and curtious. And the cafe has great food! Windsor Bowl is the perfect place to go if you want to have fun!

Dear Susan,
If you don’t know Jaime well enough to spell his name right, you sure don’t know him well enough to judge him.

jamey, the owner is a very negative person and doesn’t seem to care about the place at all. i’ve seen him treat his employees like blankety blank. i still bowl there because everyone else is really nice, except that guy bartender who constantly insults people. i think his name is will. what a jerk. but bowling there is fun.

Hey Mike .Poor customer attitude ? That pretty much somes it up . Try getting some bowling lessons !

This place absolutely is the poorest lane conditions for league and even worse for open play unless you like to bowl with zero oil, chuncks of wood out of the approaches and lanes, and a poor customer attitude.

In response to Rick F’s post, I understand your frustration. League bowlers guarantee bowling centers about 50 weeks a year of bowling and in return the bowling centers agree to curtain terms with not only the league coordinators but USBC sanctioning. The reason centers don’t allow open play bowlers to bowl on freshly oiled lanes is that center has agreed to give a consistent oil pattern to the league bowlers. Once bowled on the oil would be moved around making it harder for league bowlers to score better. Double Decker Lanes in Rohnert Park will tell you the same thing.

This place s*cks so hard!!! I want to scream it to the world!! Don’t waste your time. Many other alleys near by. The employees and the owner s*ck. Very rude!

I just left Windsor Bowl after having been turned away because 13 of 24 lanes were reserved for league which was to begin in 55 minutes. In 30 minutes one of the “public” lanes would be available. When I suggested that my party play on one of the “league” lanes for 30 minutes, then switch over to one of the public lanes, I was adamantly refused because the league lanes had been “oiled”. Very unaccomodating, very bad business choice. You don’t turn people away when you have 24 lanes and only 5 or 6 are taken. Just plain stupidity.
From now on I’ll do my business at the Rhonert Park lanes.

I bowl at Windsor Bowl quite often and play in several leagues, its a good time there (let me say I DONT WORK THERE) so this is just my opinion. The staff is nice, some of the young kids are a little shy when trying to get something out of them but they eventually get it done. I think the bar is good, pool tables, full bar at that plus hell it’s close to my house! Look for my team there on Thursday nights going full throttle into another debacle….

Windsor Bowl is a good place for all ages. The experience was fun, my only complaint is that the prices are too high.

I work at Windsor Bowl and I think for the most part people do have a good time when they come there. So if there are positive comments, why would you assume that we’re posting them ourselves? We cater to the customers as best we can. If the machines are messing up, we try and make things right. We have a great bar and cafe and the pro shop is up and running again, so we’re full service. Come down and check us out!

Are you kidding me? Everyone of these sounds fake, are you the owner writing these?!!!!!!

Windsor Bowl is my absolute favorite place to hang out, Im there all the time. The staff is very nice, helpful, and fun, they are going through some major changes at the moment due to the new owner, James Pattison. The lanes (some of the last real wood lanes you’ll find anywhere)
are kept in fine shape, the machines seem to run very well and I don’t bowl anywhere else.
Hats off to Mr.Pattison for bringing Windsor Bowling Center back to life!

I always have a good time when I go to Windsor Bowl, the food is good, and they have a nice bar, the people who work there are very helpful. The only complaint I have is the pro shop is never open. I’d like to get a new ball, and maybe some shoes, but no one is ever in there.

Windsor Bowl is the greatest place ever. The staff is so awesome. Especially Lance, in the Pro Shop. He’s really cute too! Everyone that works there is so helpful. The food is really good and the bartenders are nice. You can play pool there too and I like that.

absolutely great customer service! after going to double decker lanes in rohnert park several times, windsor lanes is simply a much better place to go. these two places are on completely different spectrums… on one side you have the d*ckhead employees at DD, and at windsor you have some of the nicest people on the face of the planet.
the lanes are much drier than DD, so ur ball will actually cut.

I wish I could say something bad…But it’s clean, fun, and what can I say? Windsor Bowl is one heck of a sweet bowling experience; bumper or non bumper!
