This was the first time in 10 years that I have been bowling… and I can say that the management and customer service was HORRIBLE… never in my life have I been followed into a restroom and been asked to pay for my bill… NEVER! I will be taking this complaint with much more detail… to the BBB as well. |

I can write a whole huge story about the way my friends and I were treated las nigh at this horrible bowling alley. But I am going to take my story to the Better Business Bureau. All I have to say on behalf of my self and my friends, is their service is horrid! Extremely poor customer service and very very very rude staff along with the very unprofessional management. |

I really hope that whomever is a decision maker in managing Oakridge/300 takes a look at the complaints regarding their clients comments. First off the music that they play is so loud that you can harldy talk to the person at your table without having to really raise your voice. The service is bad – you have to wait almost 30 minutes before you get your drinks/food. I was really offended that while still bowling in the middle of the third game that a screen came down in the next lane which was very distracting and my last complaint is that our server actually tried to remove our drinks that were not empy during the middle of our last game! |

Customer service is at the lowest in this center. League bowlers are not welcomed there and it ‘s all about the money for this center. They need to close up this center |

This place really isn’t that great. Since I average a 215 and everytime I play there I tend to 190. 190 is for losers….I’m sorry. |

One of the best houses I have ever bowled in. Great lanes, great staff and the best Pro Shop in the valley. |

Overall ok, decent lanes, but always crowded on the weekends. |
