I love Santa Clarita Lanes! Everyone there is great. Maybe the people b*tching should go to Valencia where its much easier to bowl and they can feel good about themselves and maybe they will stop crying.Always the same the people that b*tch just like to b*tch thats why they never use their name so no one ever knows who the b*tcher is.

Staff is very rude and they do not allow young children to participate in the games. No bumper bowling allowed per the staff which is what they advertise. I’ll find another place to bowl and spend my hard earned money thank you very much.

After 5 years of not bowling, I decided to get back in to it and I was VERY pleased with Santa Clarita Lanes. Its really well kept and the employees try very hard to keep up with the demand of 100+ people ALL wanting something at the same time. You people complaining about prices…… DUH! What hasn’t gone up? If you don’t want to spend the money on good fun with friends, go spend 50.00 plus on a movie night out.

I think the lanes have done a great job. Jim, Raymond, Cathy have always been great and treat yo like family! The price is the same as others but the best deal is bowling on Sundays at Valencia Lanes from 9 – 12p for $1.25 per game!

If you don’t like the place don’t go there quit your b*tching. I think the ownership is doing a great job with the alley go to any other alley the prices are the same if not higher go bowl at an AMF house and i bet you will appreciate how fair his prices are .

Pizza n Bowling on Mondays is lite, fun and full of service. My wife grew up bowling and introduced me to the sport. We have always been big fans of Santa Clarita Lanes for kid birthday party’s and a very fun family activity at any time. The bathrooms are as clean as the entire place. On these tough times I wanted to have a birthday party for myself here and the front desk made me a package offer that was very fair to all. If anyone has a problem with any part of this establishment it must be due to the fact that you drank to much or can’t afford to leave the house and should stay home. This is a well ran very respectful operation. I will be back as long as I can roll a ball. Thank you for your time.

this place has really gone downhill in the last year or so, nice facility but really uncaring, unhelpful employees. if i was shorty i would seriously consider cleaning house from the queen on down to the trash boy.

One other thing, its not that the prices went up. If any of you pay any attention to the economy.. taxes are the reason to the price increasment. Quartermania and cosmic bowling are not dangerous, and its not a time for the mongules to come out. It is primarily a chance for teens or younger adults to have a good time without the commitment of a league. Bowling alleys don’t primarily need to consist of leagues. There will bedown time, and open bowling. Tom just came up with different and more convenient alternatives to the activities in this valley. What is valencia lanes doing for that?

Every bowlingother bowling center I have ever been to have been run down, and dirty. Santa clarita lanes is extremely well maintained with a fabulous owner, managment and staff. If you have a problem with the way things are run, your customer service or any other dissatifactions you need to just take it up with Tom himself. Anyone that knows Tom you should know well enough that he will have any issue handled instantly. And those customers hanging is not to remind his employees of their duties, but to remind the customers that they are the number one priority.

Don’t waste your money or your time. Prices are sky high and continue to be increased every couple of months. Service is HORRIBLE, no other way to describe it. Staff is rude and uncaring probably a result of the overall attitude of the owner who’s morals are far from ethical.
If you want to get drunk on overpriced beer go to Santa Clarita Lanes. If you want to get mugged by the massive amount of rowdy teenagers during Quartemania go to Santa Clarita Lanes. If you want to save your hard earned money..STAY HOME with the family and pop some popcorn.

avoid this place like the plague, what a rip off this place has become. when the new owner took over he said that a bowling alley was the “poor mans country club”, well i guess this place is now the taj mahal!!!! with the constant rate increases the poor man is no longer welcome. i guess the new motto has become pay more get less and get treated poorly in the process. when you have to post signs all over the place to remind your employees that customers are the reason they have a job i’d say you have a big problem with customer service that the higher ups cant handle and trying to pry every last penny from what patrons you do have left certainly isnt going to help fix it!!! there is a reason you are no longer able to fill leagues, i guess you havent figured it out yet. the mas exodus has begun!!! one could go bowling anywhere else in so cal, probably get much better treatment and definatly bowl eat and drink at half the cost…….so long santa clarita lanes!!!! what a joke you have become.

Don’t waste your money or time. Prices are always increasing. Tom the owner has a Napoleon complex.
Employee’s are as other posters noted very rude.
Cosmic bowling brings out the real winners in the city, combined IQ of about eight.
Food is marginal at best. Bowling alley is run down and dreary.

i’m surprised at the negative comments, maybe the female bartender. i’ve been bowling there for years and found it to be very accommodating to all customers and the owner always addresses any issues league bowlers and other patrons alike have. The center is always clean. keep up the good work.

This message is for lefty and proud, if your so proud why not use your real name? We as employees are not lazy, we try to treat every customer with the utmost of respect. I’m sorry that you feel we are lazy. Try us again there are some changes coming soon.

ok so this place is nice and they have a very nice facility with an amazing pro shop and and amazing ball driller working there Jim. as for the alley itself it belongs in an alley because their prices are EXTREMELY high all of their employees are lazy except for Sergio and Stephen. i have bowled here for years but the constant price hikes and rudeness of workers are driving me over to valencia lanes and i am bowling there more often and will be bowling in leagues there soon. if you are looking for fun times while you bowl my suggestion is to go to valencia. if you need a ball drilled go to santa clarita ONLY for jim. dont even bowl there. go to valencia for your bowling. well thats at least what im doing.

I loved the Laughlin or Bust Thursday night league, great people bowling, and always had a blast. Jim at the front desk was always fun to talk to and willing to help, same with Sergio. Mel the bartender was great, always liked him as well, and showed it with my tips. However, the bar Manager is downright rude. When we were bowling she would cocktail waitress and never came to our lane to see if we wanted drinks, she would just pass by us like she couldn’t see us. She always had a look of disgust and was never pleasant to be around. After 3 weeks of her ignoring our lane we started going to the bar to get our drinks directly from Mel, who always served us with a smile. They need new management in the bar. If she hadn’t been in the bar we probably would have stayed later, or came in earlier and hung out in the bar to drink.

overall its a fairly well kept bowling alley but their prices on bowling, shoe rental, food, drinks etc. are extremely outrageous compared to other bowling establishments. the desk staff made me feel as if i was troubling them just to get a lane, the bartender(female) is just downright rude, the kitchen staff was friendly except for the elderly woman(sorry i troubled you) and they do make a good pizza but i have been to many a bowling alley and have found i can get more bang for my buck elsewhere.

Santa Clarita Lanes is an awesome place to bowl at. I always call ahead of time to see if there is lanes to bowl on because that is the best way to bowl. I am currently enlisted in the Laughlin or Bust leauge on Thursday nights and I think that they have a great way or handling their buisnees. As a customer I would come back time and time again to visit and bowl at their lanes. It’s an enjoyable place to be at while bowling. Thanks for being great guys. Jody.

This alley is slowley going down hill, with the help of there rude managers. It’s not ever, ever ok to be rude to customers. As a league bowler I spend to much money there each week to be treated so badly. My advice…go to Valencia lanes!
