Sierra lanes is a joke ! They fired some employees for no reason …… a bunch of self centered millionaires own the place who don’t even care that those people are now going on unemployment Why don’t they focus on the broken down lanes and get leagues going again. They really **ck!!!!! |

This bowling alley is a joke! I was at the bar I ordered a beer it was 3.50 not bad I had a few the bartender (a guy)got a beer for some one else. Looked like a regular he only charged him like 2 bucks I noticed him ringing it up and a couple times he put it in his tip can but he charged me 3.50 every time … he looked kinda high on something always outside smoking. And he was very rude he had no personality. What a joke. I don’t think I’ll go back. Well maybe if I become a regular ill get my beer next to nothing So maybe I will? Ill go when he doesn’t work. He’s a jerk. I heard there is a woman bartender who is awesome ill try an go when she works. Who ever the boss is, is blind cause this guy is ripping you off |

We came for a birthday party about s month ago or so. It was nice place but the lanes kept breaking we had to move lanes. It seems as though no one was in charge. I heard the place was locally owned. With all the advertisement that is displayed on each lane you think the money could help with repairs or it probably goes in there pockets. What happened to all the leagues ? Isn’t there any children leagues? I remember when the bowling alley was busy and you had to wait for a lane this place needs help. |

This place needs help. It seems like a nice bowling alley but every time we needed help there was no body at the front desk. He was at the bar area drinking a beer or outside smoking. The snack bar wasn’t open we wanted fries or some munches. We ended up leaving wasn’t what we thought it would be. Bad experience. Who owns this place? They need to know there business s*cks. Is there a manager in this place. Hmmm. |

The place needs a general manager desperately. It seems the employees have no work ethics. We came in thru the bar and I guess the bowling didn’t open for about 15 min or so.. We had kids and adults the guy at the desk wouldn’t set us up lanes until then or even turn the games on for the kids he decided texting on his phone was more important. Couldn’t understand ? The bar was open and the bartender set us up With beer and sodas Even asked the guy at the desk to get are lanes but he said not until 4. It was 5 min till 4. Wow and you wonder why the bowling alley is going in the dirt. They have bad customer service. Will never go back. |
