Make new friends at the bowling alley!!!

Comment Date: 4/5/2012 Name: Clarence
My family, both immediate and extended have been going here for years. Birthday parties, family fun, Nuke nights, friend gatherings, league bowl a couple of times and it has always been an enjoyable experience. The only incident I recall that I’ve witnessed occured in the parking lot near Bonita where a few punches were thrown, knocked down the liquid courage inspired fellow who was able to get back up and comment how “weak” that was. The other person, at his company encouraging withdrew and left the scence. Disappointing to see but this does not reflect on the establishment. Point is…things happen and if we don’t conduct ourselves in a civilized way, more often than not, our reaction to others can end up with negative results. This is nothing profound. Since childhood it’s something all parents or other caregivers have tried to instill in us…respect. One last comment, I think Mandy is very service oriented and a genuinely accommodating

Impulse! That’s the band you want to see/hear on a saturday nite.. They were awesome! People where having fun and lot of dancing. Impulse is the Band you want to party with on a Saturday night or when ever they are booked to play there again. You won’t regret the evening… Enjoy!

Rick and nichole- I do not believe you were mugged, we have cameras throughout the facility and there if you were Im sure there would be a police report filed with film from the cameras. If you were simply robbed when not paying attention we have film that can help you find your belongings. We run a safe facility, but it seems that people will say things openly with out cause.

The guy Call me…..Here is the way it went-
This mans bowl was damaged, he was in a rage in front of the whole tournament swearing and shouting. The lady offered to fix the ball, if it could not be fixed to his liking she would have replaced. This mans response was that he did not trust the proshop. Whats the difference if the proshop could not fix it he would get a new one, we wanted to just try. There was a 50/50 chance of it being repaired, why not take it? This man threw rational thinking out the door and decided to swear at the staff threw phone calls and visits in the following days. He ended up wanting to take the ball to another shop at which time we told him that if another shop can not fix bring it back in to us and we will see what happened, We did not say we would replace at the point, but we would discuss it because he did not fix it in our house. Ultimately he could have gotten a new ball if he would have let us try, if it worked alls well that ends well , if not then brand new ball. Does this sound like this mans actions suggest that he wanted to be fair and honest or did he just want a free ball?

I had a new ball damaged there, actually a one inch by one inch total circumvents plug taken out of it.And it was in my rolling track. The item was an Track 718.A deep pit is now in my rolling track.I was bowling a tournament there when it happen,no open play. The lady at the front desk who
is the owner could care less about my $250.00 bowl being damaged.Her attitude was she will depend on the opinion of her Pro shop? which would have been okay.But her Pro Shop is not accredited and has a less than average rating.So words were exchanged and i became upset.This Bowling center at this point may need to be held accountable.They refuse to replace the ball and even called the tournament director to complain about my behavior.I can’t comment on what they discussed with the director,for i was not a part of that conversation.But i do know a reference was made in regards to me using profanity and that the ball was not a new bowl….Yes the Ball was new, as for the language,I will not tolerate anyone shouting at me.Which is what the Pro Shop worker did do.If yourself are anyone you know has had a ball damaged at Chaparral lanes please call me at {So sorry, no phone numbers – B2U Staff}

I love this place!! Work && hang out there all the time.. Best bowling alley EVER!! Just to let you know that “indian lady” her name is Mandy… DON’T forget it!!

Comment Date: 12/3/2010 Name: New Chapparal Bowler
I visited recently. I don’t know much about the place except for the fact that there was an Indian lady helping us and she was pretty rude/unfriendly.

Comment Date: 10/28/2010 Name: This is how it really is…
To everyone commenting on the owner being Indian: This lady is nice, she cares for her business , most likely you wanted something for free and didnt get it. If your ball was damaged she would fix it or pay for the depreciated value of the one you lost. You dont get a new one because this is America and since the item was used you are not entitled to a brand new one. If you cant understand this concept you are in the wrong country. As for the staff, they are the best, this place is the best. Lanes break down , balls get damaged, but this place is the only place that cares when it happens. They listen to what customers say and think. They spend money on improving this place for its patrons. I dont see any other house spending anything to make their alleys better. Also, Customers are not just league bowlers, so dont feel like you are the most important person in the world, this bowling alley is everyones in this community and me and my kids are just as important to their business leagues are. I dont care to much for lane conditions, I care about a safe and clean place for me and my family. If your whole goal is to be a racist and a bigot go bowl at a brunswick, who by the way dont care about your damaged ball or clean safe places for people to visit.

For what we come to this place. Have a Good time, that is all. The owners (Indian lady and her man) hate us. Don’t care about ethnic difference because we are here in US. They need to act like it or get out! The best way to hurt them, don’t come to this bowling alley! Let them bankrupt……

Comment Date: 1/29/2010 Name: Simon, Not Better!
Aqua! Aqua! This is not the way. Just because she has the MONEY to remodel this {deleted}, does not mean she can treat us like lower class citizen. I and all my amigos should stop bowling at this place, period!

Comment Date: 1/29/2010 Name: Rick
I have bowled a league here fridays and the service is ok the Employees are kind but sadly the owner is just, she has no respect she is planning to raise our fee to 30 dollars a week, So our leagued director decided to move to oak tree and it was a best move ever 18 dollars a week is not that bad? when you enter just keep a watchful eye of what her husband can do

Comment Date: 1/28/2010 Name: Anonymous
I have been bowling here over the past few years. It has gone through a major renovation and think it is much better. The management seems friendly and my family enjoyed their experience. It is extremely clean and feel that our needs were meant.

Comment Date: 1/21/2010 Name: Orale!
She hates US! Don’t bowl there. We are all dishwasher and janitor to her! Yeh, the Indian Lady sitting at the front desk, that’s who!@

Getting back to the Walter Ray moron, synthetic lanes do not get re-surfaced! Try re-sufacing a synthetic lane and watch what happens. Ooops, have to buy new lanes!

Comment Date: 1/2/2010 Name: Anderson Cooper
Well, I guess you can’t speak the truth anymore without someone angry at you. After I read the posting, I had pay more attention to my surrounding and do realize how unsafe this place is! Nothing to do with the lady behind the counter, but her ways of business does not help either. Sweet? Are you kidding! Have you seen her face after your turn around? I did! I had a feeling I was once again back in the 40’s on a bus trying to sit in the front and being black! The look on her face was just {deleted}! Guys, if you don’t believe me, turn back and look! You will see…… As for the place, Arcadia is the best. A bit more money but it is SAFE! I think my family deserve the extra money they ask for!

Comment Date: 12/30/2009 Name: SGV Guy
OK, I read the reviews here and it seems like the negatives about Chaparral are coming from one guy posting under several names. He’s full of it. The place is nice, clean, and friendly. The lanes are good although we have had a few problems with the stuck balls (mostly my wife’s 10lb’r). On at least two lanes it appears that pinsetter was not registering the pins correctly after the 1st ball, On stuck balls it was a little annoying that the mechanic was resetting a full rack for the 2nd half of the frame. Anytime we had a stuck ball that frame scored as a spare. A word to the desk about this resolved it instantly. The crowd is fine. I’ve been bowling there 3 times a week after trying out a few other places in the area the last couple months. Covina was awful. Arcadia was really dry and cost over twice as much on weeknights. I haven’t noticed any “bad elements” hanging out there and have never once been in fear for my life. As for the little woman behind the counter… well she’s been sweet to us and we haven’t seen her hit any of her employees. As a former B-Mechanic and league bowler, I’ve seen much worse lanes and few I like better.

Comment Date: 12/19/2009 Name: John Smith
When a place this bad is allowed to stay in business, it is the fault of the community. Not sure how many crimes are being committed within this location but am sure many “BAD” elements are surely present. I can’t imagine people actually bring theirs kids to this location. What are they thinking? All it takes is ONE and you will regret for the rest of your life! You can claim this place is OK for all you want But once you step inside and look around, then all the truth come out. Just say NO! Why chance with you and your loved ones life!!!!

so now you are posing as a tennis player (Tommy Haas ). But you learned how to spell I see. (clap Clap). Idiot

Comment Date: 11/19/2009 Name: Tommy Haas
There is no words to describe how I hate this place. From start to finish, this bowling alley achieved every way possible to piss me off! Bottom line, if you are normal family man with a family you love, Don’t go there. Step inside, you will find all the hardcore “outlaw” low life drooling over your wife and kids, T-Trash and gypsy eyeing your wallet and the Indian Owner trying to short change you 25 cents. All in all, if you value your normal life, don’t go to this bowling alley!

Comment Date: 10/8/2009 Name: To Walter
I dont think you are Walter Ray, Something tells me he would know how to spell and wouldnt be bowling in San Dimas California

Dear Walter,
You are an idiot. Please make sense or repeat grades 1 through 5. I am sure that no one was hit, there was no hair in your food, and your ball did not crack. Are you mad. If you want to lie stick to one , I dont think your brain can support more than that.
Walter is an idiot

Comment Date: 9/28/2009 Name: Walter ray williams JR
I went to bowl in every alley in california and by far this is the most low end bowling alley all the other bowling alleys have been resurfacing thier lanes evry four years(besides oak tree) well, when i went ther I ate thier food and next thing you know i found a piece of hair in it while I was there my new track p rising bowling ball got scratched in the first game then eventually cracked so yeah it was dim and weird experience and by the way the little indian lady started cursing and she hit one of her employes and I was givin disrespect all because I wanted to bowl

WOW!!!!! Fridays and Saturdays is HoTT!! THE DJ ROCKS non-stop and plays all requests , but aside from that he has it going like a club in there. Me and friends went there Friday and we had such a good time that we went back with more friends the next day. Customer Service was good and the bartender was really friendly!!! We will keep going back- We had a great time at Nuke bowling and experienced a really great time.

Chapparal Lanes is In rough condition DO NOT BOWL THIER IF YOU LIKE YOUR BALL my ball got cracked over there plus the liitle indian lady abuses her employes and plus that this place is so horrible that already in the past two months 8 leagues moved to another center

Comment Date: 6/14/2009 Name: Chris M
I occasionally go here for practice because its close to my home in San Dimas. But what is sad is the whole experience: the place is dimly lit and dirty, the lanes are in poor condition, teenagers run amuck (more than just teens being teens) with no bowling etiquette, the bartender is rude, the owners are hard to understand their english, prices are too high. I could go on, but look at their website and check lane availability, hardly any leagues and a lot of open play. Go to DeerCreek Lanes in Cucamonga any day/night of the week. You’ll see a whole different bowling experience. The drive is worth it. The only people who bowl at Chaparral are the hard core locals who live close and put up with the conditions. Management doesn’t care what goes on… my opinion, you can do much better elsewhere.

Comment Date: 2/4/2009 Name: Jeremy
I have not been in your bar for awhile. I came in Saturday night with my friends and see that you still have the same pushy and unfriendly bartender. Apparently the owners dont believe in customer satisfaction
My friends and I wont be back until it appears that management cares.

I heard that chapparal lanes is doing a full maintenance check thiey are going to resurface tha lanes and even up the gutters and they got new pins and oil machines and thier fixing the pin seteers they are getting people from brunswick to check if thiers anything wrong. The total cost was 2 million dollars i moght as well buy a new bowling alley

Everyone keeps saying this place is dirty. Went the other day and thought it was Spotless. The bar looks like it wasnt all that great but most bars ive been in look worse. Bowling area and food court looked very well maintained. The asian bartender was funny. Think his name was mark. they also had a lane waitress for a while but i think she was only serving a league or something. But it was still a good time

The bar customer who complained about the bartender, I believe is way off base. There is no bartender with the name Vale, but there is a bartender with a simular name. I have known this bartender for many years as a customer, and employee of Chaparral Lanes . She is a good friend and dedicated worker who care about her friends and bar customers. She may have had a bad day, we all do. Dont give up on the bar, its a great place and so our the bartenders. See you there.

Thank you for posting your concerns. I will try to answer all of your concerns and questions. Tim and Chris, . Chaparral lanes customer service works very hard to provide a safe, clean bowling environment. I have addressed your ball return and deadwood concerns with our staff. If you have a concern while bowling.. Please contact the front desk who will be happy to address your concerns immediately..
Jeremy, Its to bad that you admit being a thief and a vandal, we can only hope you are arrested and prosecuted before you hurt someone.
Former PBA bowlers, you are correct, it is very hard to bowl when bowlers do not have consideration for others. We do not allow horseplay and will turn off lanes with no refund if horseplay is observed.
And finally ABT, we have never held a Jr. Pro Am, it has been sometime since Chaparral Lanes hosted a Pro Am tournament but we will look into hosting this type of tournament. Thank You.

I have been a regular in your bar for quite a lomg time. I had a problem with ome of the female bartenders. She was very rude and short with me. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the new bar manger. Her name was Vale. I have alway felt confortable until now. No one likes rude people. I thought I would let you know she is going to chase customers away if her attitude does not change. JB

Nick, I appreciate your comment’s but you are incorrect with several of your statements. Chaparral Lanes is USBC certified. In fact most of our leagues are USBC sanctioned. Several weeks ago, the local USBC association held a tournment at our center. Last week we hosted a tournament with all 48 lanes being used with zero problems.
The pro shop is leased and not under our control but the owners have aways been very helpful to there customers. We have a new DJ and have had very good feedback. Music is never started until the final ball is played during league play unless the league secretary requests music.
Please contact us at the front desk and we will be glad to listen to your concerns

Comment Date: 8/27/2008 Name: nick
this is to everybody i bowl there every friday all the machines are crappy and the lane isnt usbc certified neither is the pins the indian owner yells at the janitors and stufff the floor is dirty. they start music during the league play and the dj s*cks it jacked up my my new wido and the pro drilled my ball wrong they just want it for the money the old owners took care of the bowlers and stuff if there was a problem they would move us into a different lanes they wouldnt wouldnt make us wait PLEASE DONT BOWL THERE IT S*CKS

I am at Chaparral Lanes every Friday evening for Cosmic Bowling and some Saturdays.
My major irritation is with the DJ.
The music he plays isn’t always the greatest.
The videos he plays are obviously rather old. The video quality is not very high and that makes it difficult to watch these videos.
Also, the video and audio is not in sync making watching the videos like watching badly dubbed foreign movies.
Finally, the DJ has recently demanded that you leave a tip if you want a particular song played. A tip is supposed to be voluntary from a customer who appreciates great service, not to guarantee a certain song be played.
This is unfair to the customer and makes the Center look bad.
The DJ needs to play more current music and have better quality videos to improve what would be an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Comment Date: 8/1/2008 Name: Joe Smith
Took my family there last Saturday, going back today, I actually recall requesting songs from this black guy (their dj) and he didnt ask me for a tip as a matter a fact he played it like 3 songs after I requested it. Beats me…..That chick is trippin

Comment Date: 7/29/2008 Name: Peter
I agree with Jennifer, cosmic use to jam before. I think that the DJ is lousy, he plays to much rap and no new rock songs. The music is distorted and to loud. Otherwise Cosmic rocks.

We would like to thank everyone who has posted comment’s. Your positive or negative comment’s have help us make changes and improve out bowling center for all to enjoy.
Our Nuke at Night ( Cosmic Bowling ) is a very important to us. We have improved out laser lighting and sound system. We were unaware that our DJ was charging for requested music. We have stopped this practice and our DJ will play all music requested,it must be radio approved and not offensive to others. If you do not hear the type of music you enjoy, please let us know at the front desk and we will be glad to assist you.
We look forward to seeing you and please keep posting your comment;s for all to see.
Thank You

I was at Cosmic Bowling saturday night and notice that it has changed alot since the last time I was there. Their use to be long lines and a lot of young people. Where did they all go. Great place to bowl and hang out.
The lighting is great, maybe the music needs to change. Its ok if you like R&B.; I also notice that the DJ charges you if you request a song. I thought the cover charge covered all cost except food and drink.
My friends and I live in San Dimas and enjoy bowling at Chaparral Lanes but we are thinking of trying Oak Tree Cosmic Bowling or Covina Bowl.
I hope things change because Chaparral is closer for us and gas is making it to expensive to travel.
Thank You

My lane was having some problems and I complained to the desk. The short lady at the desk was not very friendly. i asked for help and then for a refund abd she refused. All she would talk aboutis her bills. I dont know about most people but when i go out, I want to relax and enjoy myself I dont want or need to hear about other peoples problems, I have my own. I only expect to pay a fair price for the games I pay for. Chaparral lanes is a nice bowling center. I have met the owner Mike and he is a nixe and trys to help i wish his staff would keep their problems to themselves. We all need to have a nixe time.

I think the new owners put up with negative customers to avoid confrontaion. Ive been drunk many times there and they handled me well even though i was an idiot. I thank them for not takeing actions further than they did and i vow to behave better. Id like to say that this bowling ally is three that are close to me. It has one of the best enviroments next to west covina’s Brunswick but hands down the better place to go and drink. keep up the good work and down the prices.

Tim, I am also a league bowler at Chaparral Lanes. It to bad that you can not see the differece and improvements in the bowling center.
Ball damage happens at any bowling center, it happens. As you know Chaparral Lanes just replaced ( january) all ball returns with the latest new ball return equipment. What else can the owners do. I understand new lanes and gutters are next on the owners plans. If you have ball damage the owners will repair or replace your ball at no cost to you. Not bad. Tim, Bowling is suppose to be fun. if you dont like Chaparral and are not having fun, you should find some place else. I dont believe there is any bowling center in Southern California better. Thank You

i have been a league bowler at chaparral lanes for the past four years. when i first started, the workers were friendly, and i had a great time. when it became under new management, everything went downhill. the owners have no respect for anyone or anything, and care only about money. the only reason i have stayed is because i love the game and chaparral is the nearest bowling center to me. just recently, i purchased a 253 dollar ball. after only 6 games played with the ball, the return damaged my ball. i am very disatisfied and do not recommend bowling there whatsoever. at least not when the rude owner “mandy” is working.

I’m going to Chaparral Lanes tomorrow. I’ve never been there, but I’ll be happy to post a comment once we’ve finished. I’m expecting to have a great time, and if it’s similar to any other bowling alley I’ve been to then the floors will be sticky, the carpet will be worn, and we won’t be sure of how sanitary things are. But most bowling alleys have a well stocked and cleaned bathroom, there’s always enough balls and lanes, and the games are decently priced.
I work for the University of La Verne, and the classified staff always use Chaparral Lanes for the employees. I’ve heard nothing but good comments from those employees that attend.
I also remember the days when smoking was legal anywhere. I don’t like being near smoke; I’m not one of those who cares if you smoke or not, but my father was a chain smoker and I was constantly sick because of it, so anytime I’m near it I get sick. I’m just happy that bowling alleys are smoke free.

I currently bowl and have also worked in the past for Chaparral lanes. The current owners are getting a bad rap. Yhey have tried veru hard to make chaparral a great bowling center. Most Chaparrral bowlers know they purchased a badly neglected bowling center and its going to take time.
Since they purchase this center the have made over a 1/2 million dollars in repairs and improvements with more planned.
Also the employee who posted a statement about the owners was terminated for inappropriate employnent practices. The owners had no choice.but to put the customers safety first. This employee should get over it and move on.
Thank you

I really dont like bowling here just because of the fact that the owner is very rude and inconsiderate of her customers that walk in and when people make complaints about the bowling alley or about the lanes etc. she gets all mad and ignores the customers. When you ask for something more than once she says you are demanding too much or i’ll take care of it right now and it doesnt get done. The people at the bowling alley are great but the lanes and the owners are not. I wouldnt recommend this bowling alley to anyone…go to covina lanes they are alot more nicer and they keep the lanes in shape!!

I have been bowling for at least 20 yrs. I have bowled at Chaparral Lanes since it opened. I have seen three different owners come and go and many changes.
The current owners are really trying to make this center the number one bowling center in So California. It takes time to modernize a business, but for the first time I believe they really care about there business and customers. Try cosmic bowling, it is the best around, great bar and snack bar. Customer service still needs work and the place is very busy and need better care in rest rooms. Otherwise this is a 5 star center.

In the past two years the new owners have really tried to update this bowlings center. Customer Service is weak.
We have a great time at Cosmic Bowling on Fridau and Saturday night. The bar is great with Kareoke and six pool table.
The only problem is that the lanes break down and the desk lady will give you a bad time if you complain otherwise this place is great,

Just went there with a big party. The lanes kept breaking down and the keypads (to type in names) weren’t working on two of our lanes. We had to switch lanes two times because nothing seemed to work. The second time our game just shut off completely in the middle of the 6th frame and we lost all the scores. We went to the woman behind the counter and she had a really bad attitude. When we asked her to start the games but move us to lanes that actually worked, she told me I was “demanding too much.” Being able to play the games we paid for didn’t seem like too much of a demand to me, but apparently that was too much to ask of her. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This bowling alley s*cks.

Comment Date: 12/7/2007 Name: Vinnie
For the better than average bowler this house s*cks. The floors are dirty and dirts stays on your shoes. Some lanes are in bad need of repair. DONT BOWL LEAGUE HERE and the Indian owners are only out for money nothing else.

I have not been there in awhile. It has always been a good place to bowl. I heard the karaoke has started back up. Does anyone know who the karaoke host are. Might start going back to bowl and enjoy the bar.

Every time i come and bring my family to bowl we always have a good time. Sometimes yes the lanes do break down and yes the owners do need to put more money into the machines instead of all this other stuff. The staff is always friendly and easy-going. I dont recommend parents to leave their kids unsupervised during cosmic. For the most part It’s a good place to have fun and spend time with your family and friends

I tried Chaparral Lanes on Sat, found them by this listing, had a very bad time, the ball return is so screwed up, I was so fearfull that I would lose my ball forever, glad I only played a couple of games or I would of still been there waiting for someone to go get my ball. All the help had to say is oh sorry the guy called in sick, so the intercom didn’t work, so you had to run around looking for the guy vacuming to go get you ball, stupid !! I won’t go back!!

I don’t bowl, but it always looks that the bowlers are having a great time. They have a DJ on the weekend as well.
I go to Chaparral Lanes for Karaoke night on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights starting at 9PM. Friday night gets the best crowd, but the other nights are good too.
The karaoke hosts and the bartenders are great. Lots of seating, 6 pool tables, brand new juke box, darts, and a “No Smoking” environment.
Come out and enjoy the fun!

One of the best bowling alleys around. good environment and they keep the bowling alley in good condition to bowl and have fun!

Lanes are fine, Machines are fine. Just bowl better. League bowlers at this place complain way too much. The other houses around here are far worse for league bowlers than here

Comment Date: 3/28/2007 Name: <3 Chaparral
You’re throwing a bowl at some pins and a wall, and have a machine deliver it back to you. Unless you 10 and under you may not realize that the ball is going to get damaged. If it was the machines fault it would happen everytime you throw the ball. Think before you write.

I don’t think anyone will disagree that the new owners are trying to restore the bowling alley to like new condition. They do, however, have a lot of work to do as the previous league bowler has already mentioned. The fact that the center doesn’t have a scratch league and isn’t fit to host a professional tournament does bolster the case that they cater to open bowling rather than to league bowlers who tend to be more critical about the lanes and their condition.
I remember a Chaparral Lanes that had at least two great scratch leagues and hosted the Robby’s Doubles professional tournament. A lot of the demise of Chaparral can actually be traced back to previous ownership who did nothing but take from the customers without giving anything in return. The pinsetters were simply jerry-rigged for so many years it is amazing that they actually work today.
If you would like to see how an entrepreneur owns a bowling alley (Chaparral) and doesn’t fix things, files bankruptcy (where did the money go?), and then buys another center that is doing great, see Fountain Bowl.

From the comments, it appears this center caters to open bowlers at the expense of its loyal league bowlers. This is the wrong approach. The lanes are so dry that they don’t adequately prepare you for bowling in Vegas or other, better-managed centers. The ball returns are a complete joke and frequently damage bowling balls. Management has spent many thousands on cosmetic changes but hasn’t ever given a thought to replacing the important things: the lane equipment.
Good for a party, bad for a serious bowler!

This is the greatest Bowling center, bar none! The New Owner, Mr. Habibi is Great. Their whole family works in the center and really take good care of us! Guys, if you are looking for a good place to bowl. This is it!

I don’t know what that other guy is talking about. The service here is great, the owner is really nice and puts up with league bowlers day in and out. If you dont know league bowlers are just plain rude. If they are rude I dont expect any owner to put up with it. Other than that guy everyone I know loves it and so do I. Good food , cheap drinks, and high scoring lanes. They even have kereokee on Fridays. Good time all around, especially since there isn’t anything to do in this city.

what time does cosmic bowling start at?

Comment Date: 1/22/2007 Name: a paying customers
this place has been a great spot for a long time. It has changed owner for the last couple of years and made some good improvements. I love this bowling alley. Although I have been imensely dissapointed with the customer service on a regular basis. I feel the owner do not respect thier paying and loyal customers. I recently witnessed an episode in which the owner was so rude and demeaning to a customer I was appalled. I cannot say whether or not I will be returning along with my family and friends becasue I was so outraged by this incident. A business owner is indebted to their paying customers as they are their livelyhood. Maybe they should learn how to treat their customers!!!

This is my favorite bowling alley. I’ve been going here since I was about 17 and I am now 24. I used to work here as a DJ on cosmic bowling nights and also as undercover security. Now I enjoy the atmosphere as a patron who bowls on Wednesday nights and comes for karaoke and some bowling on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. It really is a great place for the entire family to come and enjoy. If you’re 21+ come for karaoke to play pool, drink, and enjoy the music. If you’re any age come for the bowling, music and great food. The staff is perhaps the most cooperative staff I’ve ever met. From the Owner/Manager Mandy to Matt to the great bartender Lorraine, Head Security Chuck, and Snack Bar runner Jose. Come out, have fun, and relax. After all bowling has always been about having fun and this place is a family fun center!
