They are cheap about oiling the lanes for league league bowler should have to bowl on dry..dry lanes! They give you every excuse in the world..there is none..take care of your league bowlers..jeezz.if your not the first league. .you never get oiled lane!! Other than that..great great place!

If you noticed, all the comments that are pro Trevi lanes have spelling and punctuation errors. This is because the type of people that inhabit the establishment are the type of people you would expect to see in a federal prison. Trevi is a horrible place to take family, bowl league, even just hang out. Just a bunch of lake Elsinore scum.

Have bowled at Cal Oaks and Trevi lanes. Prefer Cal Oaks hands down! At Trevi the lanes are not kept up. Bowled 2 diffrenet leagues there and couldn’t keep my ball on the lanes because there was NO OIL! Lane service was awful, to many thugs and weirdo’s lurking around. Nice game room but I wouldn’t let my kids play there while I bowl. Would be afraid they’d end up as missing. Cal Oaks is family oriented, good staffing and lanes are pretty consistant week to week. They could use new ball returns and move their seating area back a few feet but otherwise a very nice place to bowl.

I hate this place. Too expensive to bowl and too crowded to stay. I will go to Trevie Lane in Lake Elsinor. BTY, why is don’t have Trevie Lane on the site. That is not right. I guess there must be some secret agenda or deal they have with Cal Oak? Shame Shame Shame! Bet you won’t put this up. You coward! **NOTE** Chris, you are mistaken, Trevi Entertainment is listed. Perhaps you were not looking in the right place. What is Cal Oak? We are not familiar with that. We have no affiliation with any bowling center. simply lists bowling centers across the USA. – B2U Staff**

Hmmm. Sounds like it s*cks. Guess I won’t be taking my family there Saturday.

I just called to ask about reserving a lane, I was told to call 1 hour before I show up. So I asked if there are leagues on Thursday nights. I didn’t get an answer because not only did the girl not end the call with the customary “thank you, goodbye” but she hung up on me mid-sentence. Nice people!

i just called about how much to rent a lane. i got $50+ during cosmic bowling and $70+ without for 2 hours. that’s just stupid! no wonder bowling s*cks.
charge less and get more business. don’t rip off your customers or possible customers.

Cal Oaks is an ok alley for serious bowlers. The lanes are very very inconsistant, the returns are very old, actually older than the alley they were bought used. They will thrash your ball within a game. As for family entertainment, sure its a nice place, but im a bowler. The lanes manager carries less than a 200 average, he’s about selling their food or getting league members and not upkeep of the lanes. Although they just put in new pins woohoo. If you want to bowl got to Trevi, if you want to have a nice time go to Caloaks. By the way Trevi lanes manager carries over a 210 average, he’s a bolwer. A bowler will care about lanes and conditions.

Very crowded. Had to wait 45 minutes for a lane and others waiting were taken out of order. Desk folks rude. Too bad you cannot brings your kids somewhere to bowl with out such long wait times.

I found that it is very hard to open bowl here and the staff seems overwhelmed and outnumbered, and it shows in their attitude. As far as Trevi Lanes are concerned lanes are easier to obtain but the center itself feels ‘cheesy’ and the bowling experience doesn’t seem to be their main focus. I look forward to the day that a full service center comes to Temecula, which may help the Murrieta facility handle their obvious volume issues.

I have lived here since 1992, and I remember the days when I could go bowling at Cal Oaks anytime. Now…I rarely attend because there are never any lanes open. Yes…I could join a league, but I have children who want to bowl, and I prefer bowling at OPEN times. The center should make more time available for the general public. Otherr than this issue, the place is great. Good food, friendly staff, and always clean.

Brunswick is awesome! I have been going there for almost twenty years. It is a great place to take your family to, the staff is friendly and the arcade is good. The league bowlers are wonderful, I myself bowled on a league and I watched my parents bowl there as a kid.Trevi Zone bowling alley s*cks! It is way more of a bar, then a bowling alley. The bar takes up a huge amount of space. Their arcade for kids and teens is located about two feet away from the front door(this makes it very easy for a kidnapper to reach in a grab a kid). There one and only bathroom is loacted in the worst spot. In the far back corner where you actually have to walk through the tile food court where you pick up food on the bottom of your shoes. Not only does it ruin shoes for league bowlers but it is so far away from the lanes, that it takes forever to get there. Go to Brunswick. Trevi is a stupid place that is not for families but for people looking to get a drink at the bar.

Get a grip. Its a bowling alley of course they cater to league bowlers. Thats how they stay open. Join a league. If you go to Vegas where there are over a thousand lanes, you run into the same issues. Someone from Trevi lanes in elsinore probably wrote the complaints. Trevi is loud, has aweful service and over priced food. It’s also full of thugs. Caloaks is a great family atmosphere. You will love it and the staff.

Cal Oaks Bowl, very crowded and expensive. Too bad it is so expensive since there are very limited places for family entertainment here in Murrieta. On the weekends, most of the lanes are taken up for league teams, I have been very disappointed at the inability to get a lane. Seems they are servicing league players and not the general public.

Cal Oaks is very expensive and so crowded on the weekend, it is virtually impossible to get a lane. Now we found a new center @ Lake Elsnor call Trevi Lanes on Mission off Railroad & 15. It is “Beautiful” and about the same price. It is wonderful to have a choice now between the two centers. Hope the price will come down some as well since there might be cometition between the two centers. 🙂

Bowling Alley is very non committal in informing customers if lanes are truly open. Very popular,
very crowded, good for business. Very dissappointing
when told to show up on time only to be told there are 40 people ahead of you. 5 minutes before open bowling officially begins.

I’ve been bowling here as league bowler for 6 yrs. I’m very satisfied. Good Staff. Newly remodeled. It’s a great place. I go there twice a week.
