This is my 4th times that I spent at Mission Lane. The service were horrible. We pay for everything before bowl, but in the middle they stop the game, and tell us that we didn’t pay for it. And the front desk cashiers were horrible. Her name is Vu Nguyen, and she always gave us a meaning face. they even really races. I recommend if you see her work there at the day u come. you should not come in. because she will u very badly, and stop ur games whenever they want and ask u to pay again even u are already pay for it. I will never go there again. very bad services.

The lanes are fantastic, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, it’s clean and a great place to take family. Try their leagues. This house has the nicest bowlers anywhere. Price is a little high, but no higher than anywhere else. Definitely, the fun outweighs the cost.

I have been bowling at Mission Lanes for several years now. It is the greatest bowling alley staffed with people who are friendly, nice and considerate. The leagues are great and recently at the age of almost 70, I bowled a 728 series. The lanes are very consistent from week to week but there is some change which is challenging to the bowler. This is good as it keeps one on his/her toes. I totally recommend Mission Lanes in Milpitas if you are looking for a total bowling experience.

Yes, AMF Mission Lanes. One of the worst lanes with the worst customer service out there. A group of us about 10 visited Mission Lanes one night and paid nearly $200 to bowl. When we went to return the shoes, the man at the counter insisted that we did not pay for our games. After a long and treacherous argument with him, he finally realized that we did handed him the money prior to getting our shoes. It was ridiculous! I don’t believe that I’ve been to any bowling places that let you play before pay.

This would be the fourth time I try bowling at AMF Mission Lanes. I figure the first couple times were just bad experiences so when my nephew told me he wanted to bowl at Mission Lanes for his birthday, I thought I’d give it another chance. However, like I suspected it was a disaster! Just like every other time I was there the service was horrible. The guys at the counter were rude and helpless. I patiently waited for the sake of my nephew, but after an hour of witnessing 18 lanes (yes 18 lanes)empty I could no longer wait. I do retail, so I understand when it gets busy; however, when there are thirty people on the list and 18 lanes open, I think it’s rediculous. So I asked the guys in the front why are there so many lanes open, he responded “they are taken”. Then, I asked, “oh, well then, how come there are no players for at least an hour now?” He responded,”they’re just taken and they will start soon”. So I asked,”well, can you give me an idea of where you are at on the list and how much longer I have to wait?” He responed, “I dont know.” I have no problems waiting, but I just don’t like the idea of having to wait for hours when the lanes are not occupied. to make things worst, I see lanes with single players when they want to fit 6 people on one lane. Maybe, I don’t understand how the business works at Mission Lanes, but I do understand that when there are at least half of the lanes open for an hour and 30 people waiting on a list, it’s not good service.
