Just recently gave the bowling center another chance and the service was incredible. They seem to be under new management or something. The employees cared about me being there and even offered assistance for me because I had not bowled in while. They had an incredible food menu, the chicken sandwich was great and there was karaoke going on in the bar on friday night which was alot of fun. I would recommend to anyone to go back to this bowling alley

Terrible! Avondale is already ghetto and this alley adds to their stigma.

I’ve never been to a new bowling alley, so if you compare apples to apples, this place is okay. The food is okay, a bit on the higher end of the price scale for what youre getting, but its a business. Good deals on Sunday mornings for 10 dollar bowling for 3 hours. Neighborhood blows, but you cant pick your neighbors.

I have never experienced any problems going to this particular bowling alley. ive walked in and only a few people are playing billards while the rest are either bowling or buying rental shoes. we havent orderd at the snack bar yet but they could maybe go down a dollar in prices. the smell is ok. it smells of cigaret smoke but youll get used to it in like five minutes. i have only had the bowling alley you bowl on not work only twice but they always fix it then smile afterwards. i have always found the staff friendly and the bathrooms as clean as any public restrooms should be. me and my family bowl here and we always leave with a smile and a “i had fun” if you bowl here you will always have fun 😀
i give this place a rating of 7 and a GREAT!!!

My family has frequented this establishment on various occasions. Sometimes in the daytime, on the weekend and in the evening. And everytime we go the counter service is deploriable and berating. Never a friendly smile or any gesture of kindness. Sometimes we are even ignored until I bring the rudeness to their attention. The snack bar is okay, if it’s ever open. Aside from the customer service the bowling alley is pretty much the same as any other. I have not noticed any smell and the bathrooms are clean

AWFUL. I walked in and right away got dirty looks from the staff for no reason. the place smelled of a homeless mans rotting rear side (not that ive smelled one) and a low class nursing home. extremely poor service and awfully high priced snack bar. no star rating. 0 out of 10

If you go bowling during the nights advertised the games only cost $1 which is nice, the food is alright but steep, I agree with the comments about a foul odor, I went in the restroom and someone had clogged the toilet and there was a used condom lying in the floor. I told the worker when I walked out and she disgustedly went in to take care of it. On Friday and Saturday nights you have to pay a jukebox to play music (they used to play 98.1 f.m. and the music was free). I don’t understand the sudden change in that. The owner of the pro shop is polite however the other workers could be a little more respectful and SMILE 🙂 I come here with my friends occasionally and it is fun, but small improvements should be made. Re-evaluate the workers for friendliness and professional customer service, allow outside food and drinks, the sweep bar and the pin reset machine do malfunction quite often, maybe updated equipment such as scoring machines. They should have signs up that if you choose to bring your own bowling ball some one on the opposite side of the ball return CANNOT use it unless the ask…For example I bought my own $120.00 ball (yes I know expensive but it looked cool and I wanted MY OWN) but the fellow beside my lane picked up my ball and before I could stop him he through it down the lane and when it came back up the shoot i looked at it and it had been chipped (about a .25 inch chunk was gone. When I showed him he said it must’ve already been there before he used it. I told the staff and they wouldn’t do anything. I guess they should have signs that you can only use the house balls if you don’t bring your own…people should respect your personal belongings. Also people drive like maniacs in the parking lot, spinning out and cutting sharp turns in the parking lot…not safe at night like glow bowling

I go to this bowling alley because its in the town that I live. One thing I notice everytime I go is the extremely long time it takes to get a lane. I would guess the average time for staff to finally get a family set up on a lane is about 10 minutes. HOw long does it take to ring up games and pass out shoes?

We had a fundraiser at your establishment over the summer for the knights football team and the staff was awesome!I couldn’t bowl to save my life… but still enjoyed it. The french fries were great as well. We raised alot of money for the team thanks to the fundraising you offered. We will be doing this again for far west pop warner this month!

I have had two birthday parties here and I will be having another one there too, in two weeks. My family loved it. It’s decently priced and it is usually a lot of fun. I hope the brunswick being built closer to my house is better. My dad’s buddy also held a bowling tournament there last fall.

What’s with all the negativity! I was there about a week ago. I thought it was great. Service was great too. Keep up the good work.

I go bowling here every Friday after work and it’s a good place to come and relax. The service is awesome and the music is diverse. The price is cheap and someone I know is always there. The locals all like the place so obviously it is doing something right.

We went with a group of friends. We walked in and I felt like I had walked into Chuckie Cheese. There were so many kids walking around!!!! We were almost going to leave….we got a lane ($40 bucks for up 2 6 people) not a bad price! But the lanes and seating behind the lanes were super cramped..there were little brats rolling, yes rolling around the ground without parent supervision. There were also so many teenagers blatantly making out on the floor….it was disgusting…the bowling alley employees should censor them if they want to keep up the “family-friendly” vibe….they acted like they were shooting a porn or something…no decency what-so-ever..the food was horrible… they don’t sell pitchers of beer….the bathroom was filthy….I can go on and on….not a great experience and we will never go back.

My sister and I took our kids (3) – it was only $4.00 for all of them to bowl and the kids had a great time. Very cheap for a family to go.

When you walk in you expect a friendly place but instead you get employees who treat you like garbage. It used to be a family place until they jacked the prices up so high a kid has to have ten dollars just play one game of bowling. On Friday and Saturday nights the dj plays what he wants to hear instead of what the bowlers want to hear. This bowling alley has gone downhill and keeps going downhill.

You’re greeted with a nice large cigarish smelling tree. To the left is the overpriced snack bar and to the right is both the poorly trained employees at the counter, and the badly crowded entertainment area. The bowling – although somewhat price gouged – is mediocre. The lanes are slightly bruised but very spacious. Always busy and expensive, yet reliable. It’s good if you’re looking for a quick place to bowl. I would say:
Six out of Ten.

We frequently bowl here on Sunday nights, and while we’ve experienced problems in the past, most issues are quickly resolved. The service has greatly improved and the attitudes of the employees is much better. Yes, the lanes do have their problems but not so bad as to discontinue our patronage. Our family has a lot of fun bowling there. As for the smell, it’s nothing a little air freshener couldn’t handle.

This bowling alley s*cks!!! They were so rude to my family and me. Also, their ad in the newspaper is completely false. They let you bowl, then charge you $10.00 an hour instead of $12.00 for 2. We will never go back again and this situation has already made national news.

This bowling alley needs more Customer Service training, I was going to start being a regular there but the personnel kicked my wife and I out just because we brought in food from outside. It was our first time there and their signs were hidden in the front window about bringing food from outside. As for me I don’t mind paying a little more for the games if the service is first class, but it looks like the cheaper the games, the cheaper the service. I’m complaining about how the employee treated the situation, it made it sound like we killed someone, very rude, very blunt, very uncoopertive. VERY, VERY BAD PLACE TO GO!!!!! Until their service improves.

This bowling alley may smell bad – it’s very common to the people who live in that area. Every time I go in there, there are always people. It’s a common place for birthday parties and their service is fine.

Was visiting from California. Nothing to complain about. Smelled just fine too.

This bowling alley is terrible…smells old and the people are way too slow. Lanes also break down a lot!
