We have gone twice to this bowling alley with two very different experiences. The first time we went during the week and it was wonderful. We played our two games with no issues and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we went again on a weekend and our lane was having tons of mechanical issues. After some time of waiting we were moved to the lane right next to us. That one started having issues immediately. The counter person acted totally put out everytime we would let her know. I think we waited about one hour the last time we were waiting for the guy in back to fix it, instead of them just offering to move us to another lane completely. He ended up being unable to fix and we were told they would move us again. We finally just gave up and left.

I do’t know why a bowling center would have machines installed that are not mechanic friendly or have manuals to work on them.Stay with something that can actually be serviced and have manuals that are accessible, either BrunswickA2{Preferably} or AMF82/70;both are good machines in their own right.Again stay with a machine you can actually get parts/help for by another center that has the same machines;something you should try.good night.

This place has gone downhill and fast. Stepped in after being gone for a while and none of what made this place worth visiting is there anymore. The new assistant manager looks well past his prime and acts it too, the man should have retired a long time ago and has no business operating equipment he knows nothing about. Whoever put him there is just as much of an idiot as he is and they didn’t know what they were doing. They should have kept things the way they were there, I wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone, especially if they wanted to keep their own bowling equipment from being ruined. Stay away!

To George Z, not all true although most of it is.I am a Mendes tech for 8 years here in the east so there is a tech in the U.S. I did about 50k in re-designing these pinsetters and now they will keep up with a A2,however they need constant attention, slack off for a month and downhill they go.

It’s not your regular bowling center, the reason it cannot be maintained is because of the Mendes System, a system brought down from Canada, a system that was discontinued by Qubica/AMF, a system you cannot even locate manuals for anymore, so unless you want to go to Canada to find some long-ago mechanic, no one in the U.S. knows anything about the Mendes.

This is a typical military installation bowling center with the best equipment and not a single person on how to maintain nor use it.
