|This bowling center is the best running center I ever seen. Staff is nice and machines run EXCELLENT. I myself being a mechanic on pinsetters for 35 years and also before being part owner of a center can say that both REX and REIKO have done an outstanding job, Keep up the good work.|

|Today is Friday, December 22, 2006. This was our last time at Serra Bowl. The staff at the service counter had some kind of meltdown today; we will not return to experience another.
Our extended family has had an annual Christmas bowling party at Serra every year for so many. It's a fun thing for the kids and for the adults. This year we just had the kids play.
One woman behind the counter almost tore her hair out because we asked for the cost per person.
The young man next to her, who had just gotten through treating a league bowler as if he were a peasant, charged us for an extra player. He told me that he would make an adjustment after our games were finished rather than settle up there and then. At the end of the games he told us that he could not refund the money. He handed me a credit slip for two games and a shoe rental. When was I or anyone going to return to that place!? It took a heap of discussing to get those few dollars back, dollars that the young man finally tossed at my sister after being advised by a senior staff lady who whispered a lot in his ear behind a sheet of paper--another character.
Then there was Ranger Pin Boy,another staff person. He accused my sister, who was watching the kids in the observation area, of allowing the kids to switch lanes--not true. Later he came back to yell at my eleven-year-old because he dropped the ball instead of rolling it. Then he came to lecture me about not letting them drop the ball--a reasonable request that requires not yelling. Later, during the settle-up scene at the counter, he had much to say about us as if we weren't there.
This is the way personnel behave when the business is going out of business. Is this the end of Serra Bowl? What a pitiful end. |

|Too expensive at $25.00 an hour or $12.50 a half. No per game bowling except for some 3 hour specials midweek that are at inconvenient times.|
