I've been to North Bowl several times for different parties - birthdays and such - and there has never been an issue. I don't know when the so called "new owners" came in, but the commitment to service seems to be on a steep incline, and the building and lanes are continually being upgraded. Bowling is a great sport and North Bowl is a gem in Spokane. I will continue to bowl there. Keep up the good work North Bowl.

It is always humorous to read the guest comments about a center that they have been bowling at for years and out of the blue or would it be out with the old and in with the new? A diffrent owner takes over and the regulars feel they need to bash these people. I was an out of state vistor to North Bowl and you know what...the new owners know what they are doing because if these new owners did not know how to manage a center then guess what....the old management would still be there. The lanes would still be poor but you know bowling is a lot like golf in the way that a golfer will need to know how to roll the rock of different types of grass, well the same goes for a good league bowler; they should be able to roll the rock of different types of lanes. It sounds to me that some of us can not except change even if it is for the best. I would rather have a new management team come into a center and stummble a little but fix the issues at hand rather than having the same complacent management crew run the center into the ground. I am just glad that the very very polite team at North bowl is just that A TEAM. Thank you for assisting me and my wife while we were visiting your beutiful center as well as your beautiful state/city. Thanks again for the directions to the camp sites.

My wife and I took our 3 kids bowling during their cosmic light show. The employees here were so nice! They helped my 4 year old son get everything he needed without being asked. My son got his first strike ever, and the manager gave him a bowling pin with his name on it. He hasn't put that down in days! Thanks again Mike and Andy for all you did for us! Keep up the good work!!!! We will be back!

I really like North Bowl because they encourage youth bowling by offering a free game EVERY DAY to kids under 18 if they have a special pass. Also Penny is really nice. Great job North Bowl!

I'm a regular customer who does the whole enchilada bowling on sunday's but last sunday marked the last of that. the front end man, believe hi name is mike, rudely embarrassed me in front of my friends, calling me a liar and tellin me i'm blind because told hi the scorer was messed up. what kind of employee makes the customer look like an ass? thought the customer was always right, especially about something so dumb? I will never return.

i really like the way this center looks. the new owners have really spent some bucks and upgraded this palce. new scorers, seating, the whole works. looks like they spent a million bucks. and the staff is realaly hip and helpful people too. great birthday parties and sound system is super

The staff service has really fallen off since the old management at Colonial Bowl took over. They seem to have forgotten that the customer is king, and they think they are running their own little game where the customers are their pawns. The lanes have also become very unpredictable from day to day, which wasn't the case under the old owners.
