|It is distressing to read how unhappy you were at Transit Lanes. It is our policy to offer the best possible experience and customer service to our leagues consistently.
Mark, you correctly state that your lineage was
$ 18.00 per team, however the balance was deposited to your prize fund. Distrbution from that prize fund was as your league requested; trophies, monetary prize fund distribution (pay outs) to players as well as the End of the Year Banquet. Our records indicate that your team received 6 placques and 6 trophies as well as payouts to the players. Your year end banquet was Pizza and wings, however the cost of that was under $ 350.00.
Lastly, it is the policy of Transit Lanes to allow leagues to run their 50/50 and Transit Lanes does NOT financially benefit from this in any instance. We do not share in the proceeds.
We wish you well in your bowling career and hope that you will consider Transit Lanes for your league participation in the future.

|Wow. The leagues are awful. We played mixed doubles for 6 months. $24.00 per team for 20 weeks. They said $18.00 of that goes to lane fees, the other $6.00 per team goes to end of year party. That is $48.00 a week for 20 weeks. Almost $1000.00. We get 2 sheet pizzas and 100 wings for $1000.00!!! They do not allow you to do your own 50/50 only the center can do it with the 50 going to Transit lanes not the league! This is a very nice center with a great staff, but they do NBOT know how to run a league at all. Rapid Lanes in Niagara Falls is head and shoulders above Transit. Go to transit to bowl on off nights but stay far away from the for leagues.|

|We were faithful bowlers for 20+ years and Transit Lanes decided that we didn't have enough teams in our league, so they would not renew our contract. This was very poor customer service and this is bad for any league that was faithfully commited to this facility. We hope that no other league has to go through this very taumatic experience of breaking up their league because the bowling venue was more interested in making a dollar than in their customer service. |
