My wives family visited Strike Zone's bowling alley 12-16-06. There was 18 in our group. Their were problems with the lanes from start to finish. The balls seem to get stuck the whole time. It took 2 and 1/2 hours to bowl 2 games. My wife and me never said anything negative or bad about this to the workers their. It seem to me that the worker was doing all that he could to fix the problem. When it came time to pay for the bowling some of the other family members complain about the lanes and the service and the cost of bowling. I paid for my immediate family which consist of 5. I never said a word about anything, to the workers or complain about anything. My wife was dealing with out 3 kids trying to get them ready for a long drive home to Indiana. Before we left the kids decided to go back to the bathroom. At this time a lady worker there approach my wife and ask her if she was part of the group that was harassing her daughter. My wife told her that we did have problems with the lanes but she did not say anything to anyone. The worker went on to asking my wife where she lives and that she our the family should never come back. She was chasing my wife with our 3 kids out of the place. The confrotation kept up outside the alley. Both women started cursing and calling each other names. I thought I was about to see a fight. The whole mess could have been avoided if the lady would have never said anything to my wife since she had never said anything to her daughter or any of the workers. I would tell anyone not to ever go to this bowling alley. I can understand the problems with the lanes, but the action of the employee who berated my wife was uncalled for.
