12 lanes of tenpin equipment have been removed. 12 lanes of duckpin equipment, which were removed from AMF College Park, are being installed beginning 7/7/14. Work should be completed by 9/1/14. AMF Laurel will then have 20 tenpin lanes and 12 duckpin lanes.

Just had a birthday party organized beautifully by the Assistant manager Theresa. Her and her staff were thoughtful and well verse in the art of customer service. The two individuals who were assigned to help us, Marcus and JJ, were great. I appreciated both. All of our party guests were delighted with the bowling and the food (about 30 kids with a few adults). I would not hesitate to revisit this bowling ally and plan on doing so. We had a great time. Thank you.

I went here for my best friend's birthday and The lanes totally broke down on us before anyone got to bowl a second game. So we had to comletely stat over. It turns out that While we were down I had to get a new bag for my ball and 1 of the guys in the pro shop, I think his name was Stan, helped me out. Management is decent they could be a little better in Assiting us. Overall its nice but could use a little more FUN. I would give it a 4 out of 10

AMF should leave their good Managers in place. The new one is clueless. The Manager - Tammie Bates was finally getting the place in shape and they got rid of her! She was getting rid of the old dead weight. The twins had run the place down. Seems like AMF wants people that have not a clue so that they will be their puppets. Bring back Tammie Bates!

last stop on my tour of DC. New manager, better operation than before . What happened to the "twins"...never saw them more than a foot apart.

New GM....hopefully this one will actually show up for work. Lots of room to improve. Good luck

Removed the pro shop.I guess AMF needed more room for food supplies.Just turn it into a restaurant and be done with it.No decent management, crappy scores, high prices and poor service:what more could anyone possibly want?

I guess AMF just posts operating hour signs for fun.Two Saturdays in a month I went here only to find them closing at Midnight instead of the posted 1 am.I guess the managers don't care if they upset customers. They were busy both nights but closed anyway. Where is the supervisor for this place? Maybe they should come out on a weekend to see what is going on? Good news, the crappy food manager is gone can only hope the manager is next.Maybe then it will return to being a decent place to bowl.Probably not, it will still be run by AMF.

Went there for the last time. The lanes are horrible for lefties for the first time ever.Nobody seems to care. Manager never in, food manager is a joke.I'm going to Greenway where they just spent a ton of money. It's beautiful and the lanes play "fair" for both right and left handed bowlers.

Some nice improvements...too bad the managers spend more time with each other than the customers...Get rid of the stool behind the desk.
