| This bowling alley is always busy and it's a great place to bowl.
Most of the bowlers in our league are excellent because they practice frequently. Several bowlers will have all strikes in nine frames often. When other people in the league stop making so much noise after the eleventh strike is thrown, a lot of 300 games will be accomplished during each August to April season.
Everybody is friendly and helpful, but some people get too excited and focus too much attention on bowlers who are close to having perfect games. Quiet rooting is hard to accomplish when there are no referees or announcers to make bystanders shush. So I'm still looking forward to hearing a loud cheer after somebody completes a 300 game.
This bowling alley will be even more enjoyable when the ball return and scoring systems are updated. It's amazing that the time spent waiting to get pins reset by a worker, because the ball return is mal-functioning for the fifth time, doesn't annoy the beejeezus out of high scorers.
The entire Marlow Heights staff is also friendly and exceptionally helpful. Their pleasant attitudes almost make up for the outdated equipment. Maybe that's why this bowling alley stays busy.|
