The only thing that REALLY annoys me about T and C is that during tournaments, they announce food orders being ready. Tournament bowlers KNOW that they have to have someone keep checking on their food orders. In tournaments where bowlers change lanes, a person may be on lanes 23/24 when they order the food, but by the time the food is ready they may be on lanes 27/28. So the food service person announcing the order has lane 23 on the ticket and calls it: "Food order for lane 23 is ready." Well, everybody on lane 23 now is trying to find the person who has food to pick up; no one on 23 has food on order. Person who ordered the food when on Lane 23, but now on 27/28 doesn't realize that the call was for him/her since they are now no longer on lane 23. So food sits and gets cold. People get pissed over all the annoying announcements adding noise to an already noisy environment.

I give T and C credit. They are trying to elevate bowling by offering and holding more sport condition events without trying to alienate recreational bowlers. Tough act to carry out. Big enough to handle some good sized tournaments. Seems to realize more than most houses do that the lanes have got to be clean, clean, clean, if a shot is to play true especially sport shots. Nothing wrong with trying to strive to be the best despite some people seeing it as a pure ego trip. T and C doesn't just talk the talk, but can usually walk the walk as well.

Town and Country Lanes. What is there to say? It is very selfish in the respects that it cannot allow anyone to be put at a high standard or priority level, it always has to be the best and have the world revolving around it. While there are some employees there that are kind and have positive attributes, there are also a few, well, under privileged workers when it comes to brains and a heart. Let's just say, they would be perfect candidates to audition for the Wizard of Oz. They provide me with a substantial enough reason to want to avoid the place as much as possible. Please understand that it really is a nice place to bowl and some of the people in charge there are very kind and understanding; however, I would really appreciate if it could dim the flame a little in order for others to be able to at least attempt to live up to T&C expectations.

ive been bowling at t&c since i was six years old and my parents were bowling there long before that. we live in channahon about 2 minutes from channahon lanes but we go to t&c instead. the lanes are better, the workers are amazing, and the alley is really clean. as a member of the youth league for 10 years and a bowler on my high schools team for 3 years, i have been to many bowling alleys all over the state and i can definately say i am glad i bowl at t&c. i owe a big thank you to all of the workers at the bowling alley and the pro shop they really are a great help.

Ihave been bowling at T & C now for numerous years...I think the staff is great and friendly and I don't have to worry when my kids go to the lanes on a Saturday night because I know that they will be taken care of...Keep up the good work!! Keep T & C safe

I love this place. It's clean and fun. The employees and the owner always seem to be happy to see you, and have always made me and my guests feel welcome. The even remember my name. Thats important. Their lanes are well kept, which makes the bowling experience more enlightening. Their full service pro shop helps bowlers of all levels feel comfortable on the lanes. It's a great place to be. We go every weekend. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
