to all people who bowled at this bowling center,or the ones who been here before,my advice to you would be,if you have problems with this center or any amf house.i would call amfs' 800 number.it's 1-800 dial-amf.the person you'd want to talk to would be mr.mckinley.he deals with all centers operations.that's what i'd do.explain your situation and tell them what you encountered at the center.my opinion is that's bad customer service.worse yet,the center was almost empty,at that time.

This place is a joke. This AMF house needs a Brunswick house for competition. This AMF house doesn't not care about league bowlers...the mainstay of every house. They are more interested in ripping off the kids with their moonlight & extreme bowling. Regular league members should receive some discount on recreational bowling. The prices are way too high and management doesn't give a damn.

I am a kindergarten teacher. We have been going on field trips to Savannah lanes for the past three years. The previous two years were great. We went again today. Our experience was disappointing. I was told we had one hour of bowling, and lunch for a set price. This is the same package deal as the previous two years. I was told we could eat at 11:30 by the first manager over the phone. When I spoke to a different manager a few days later, she said it would be 12:00 to eat. Okay, 12 could work. I didn't have a problem. We arrived at 11:00 (one bus was a little late due to LaidLaw problems.) We were then told we could not eat until 12:30. We started to bowl and at 12:15 we were looking to start getting ready to eat. They had not started cooking yet. We did not start eating until 12:45. This left 15 minutes for 103 kids to eat and be back on the bus. Then, when the food was ready, the hotdog buns were cold and falling apart and there were no chips to go with the hotdogs. The manager said this has been the same for the last two years. I know for a fact it has NOT. The previous two years we have been served a hotdog, chips and a drink. This is a real lunch. All of our children were hungry still after eating the hotdog. Also, we were served much earlier the past two years. (They started cooking as soon as we got there and served the hotdogs as soon as they were ready. We paused our game for a few minutes to eat and then continued to play when we were finished eating. No one had to sit and wait for food before.) Today, the manager acted as if we absolutley could not eat first because we might go over one hour. I feel as if we were treated rudely. Without our field trip today, they would not have made much money. There were only a few people in the whole building the entire time we were there. We paid over 600 dollars. I think they should be trying to work with us to make the field trip a success. Unfortunatly,we will probably not go back. I will also relay this experience to our fifth grade teachers who were interested in a field trip to your bowling alley.
