Yes, I have a comment. The person named "Shocked" accused the place of racism for having rules! "Shocked" listed the rules, and of course, there was NO mention of race, or anything REMOTELY RELATED to race or racism. My deduction is much better than that of "Shocked." My deduction is: "Shocked" is the racist!

I just paid a visit to my EX-FAVORITE BOWLING ALLEY 300 ATLANTA on 7/27/09 and they have a posting with a list of House Rules(below). The 1st thought that came to my mind was wow, racism @ a bowling alley????!!!!!!hmmmm...some things will never change. 300 House Rules 1. No unaccompanied minors after 10pm. 2 No rude or offensive behavior. 3. Must be able to lift 6lb. ball with three fingers. 4. We need you in appropriate attire, so the following items will have to hit the gutter: *Athletic wear *Excessively baggy clothing *Sleeveless t-shirts *Plain White-Shirts *Construction Boots *Headgear *Chains *Excessively ripped of soiled clothing Have a Ball, 300 Management

dis place takes you money..Hustles people by not charging a set rate to get in.then when you in there, their aint no lanes to bowl in so you just wasted all you money for what,to sit around to watch a bunch of drunk people act stupid. But if you underage feel free to get hustled at the door$20 to get in,but all the drinks you want cause they dont i.d a damn person after you in...i hate this place.the business is ran {deleted}.Of course you aint gonna post the truth but you really should,on the real tip cause you {deleted} of alot of your customers with how this business is being ran.

o.k place for the casual bowler looking to have a good time, but it's not for me. Way too expensive (for 2 games I'm spending over $10??) and the waiters/ waitresses are very annoying (don't ask me 5+ times if I need anything when I told you the first time I'm o.k.). I'll stick with a traditional bowling alley.

This bowling alley fabulous! I love the food, drinks, music, atmosphere! It is the best bowling alley I have been to! I don't know about the material of the lanes because I just bowl for fun!

Overall this center is well maintained and their food is defiantly a notch up from what I am used too but I am going to have to agree with some of the previous comments about the lanes. I think they were synthetic, not wood. These lanes were nothing but oil all the way down and the mechanic did not even know what shot was on the lane. Final thoughts: I went with coworkers and had a great time but I would not bowl this center on a regular basis.

Unbelievable!!!!! This place is awsome. They have HPL Synthetic lanes, despite what the last guy said, which are well maintained.. They changed the name to 300 Atlanta and is now more of a nightclub than a bowling alley... And it WORKS!!!!!!!!! Plan on making reservations cuse the place is always packed.. Truely a fun place to be anytime.

The remodel job is great..... the nicest looking bowling alley in Atlanta....great service.... nice place to take a date... the lanes are wood, and dry..need a plastic ball... very difficult lanes to play..... if they added new lanes, it would be my favorite bowling alley in Atlanta.....

March 28 was the first time I have ever been to AMF Chamblee Lanes to bowl in a league with one of my friends. The place looked nice but the lanes are terrible, who ever oils those lanes dont know what they are doing, the manager didnt even know what lane patterns they were using there. The lanes were just a big patch of oil all the way down to the pins, I think they even oiled the pins too because they kept falling down when the pin setter came down. These lanes are so bad I dont even want to bowl anymore games there until they get someone in ther who knows what they are doing!

We just took our family on a Saturday at 11:00 AM and the lanes were half filled. We got on right away. These lanes have always been busy with league play during weeknights, even before the renovation. We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a club sandwhich, fries and soft drinks and we thought the food was excellent.

Chamblee lanes took a major facelift. I feel like I'm in a restaurant instead of bowling alley. It is very crowded. I had to wait an 1 hour for two lanes.

I've seen the new chamblee lanes and I would have to say even though they have improved on their services, the place is so crowded now you can't fit in there sideways. Before, I could stroll in at any time and get 2 lanes now I have to wait an hour just for one. I am not happy with the changes as far as the wait goes.

The good thing is the lanes are closed for repairs. Opening 12/4/05. Supposed to be a "full service center" after that. Wait persons available to bring food and drink to the bowlers and replacing all the trashed, broken down lane equipment. I'm looking forward to the improvements. They sure needed them.
