|The pinsetters are in serious need of an overhaul. We hardly have a week go by without one lane breaking down. Lane conditions are inconsistent - the shot seems to change about every 4 to 6 weeks. Here's a big hint - experiment with the lane conditions during the Summer leagues, decide on a shot and once the Winter leagues start leave it the heck alone!!! I'm so tired of adjusting to different shots - about the time I have it figured out it changes! If you're wondering my skill level, I average between 212 and 227 depending on conditions.|

|We have been bringing our students annually for a team get together. Again this year, I called and reserved 8 lanes for 32 of us to bowl on. Three kids each "buy" a teacher and the teams compete. I called the week before to confirm we needed 8 lanes. When we arrived, not only did they not have the 8 lanes (they gave us 5),they did not apologize although they definitely had a record of my reservation, and were extremely rude to us and the students about the whole situation. Two of the teachers were not able to bowl(although they paid to bowl) because we were only given slots for 30 people. The three empty lanes next to us we were told were reserved for leagues which were to begin a half hour after our starting time. We never saw any leagues enter those lane areas but instead saw them used by individual groups. The experience was enough to cause us to rethink returning here with our school groups. |

|We paid $43 to have the lane for an hour. They return system is so slow that we only got a game and a half. Not to mention the fact that they turned our lane off early because the league arrived. It didn't seem to matter that we rented the lane for an hour, nor did they mention this up front.
Find another alley to bowl in, or pay per game. If you rent a lane, you get screwed.|

|We planned a big bowling party, and we're told by the staff that the lanes would be free (specifically asking if any league bowling would interfere). Only to find out that league bowling had all lanes tied up when we arrived.
I guess league bowling has more priority than us little guys!! Just have to find another sport to occupy the kids!
