I was invited to a friend B-Day party once and it was FANTASTIC! We all found perfect ball with our favorite colors party host was always around and severed us well. It was a blast!

It's unfortunate that people use these forums to post malicious comments. While there are occasions that a customer (or employee) may be unhappy with the service (or lack of) they were provided, Saddleback Lanes has an excellent staff and prides itself on providing excellent customer service. We always address problems or concerns that are brought to our attention. We aim to please and customer service is of our upmost priority!

place is awesomes been going there forever but the guys that work at the front desk are complete {deleted} with horrible attitutde towards customers.. maybe it cause they are handing out bowling shoes to customers in there late 30s early 40s but im not quite sure

Congratulations sir :) you got away with saving your friends a whopping 3 dollars. When you do get caught and they shut off your lanes til you rent the shoes I hope I'm there to laugh my a** off at you.

Everytime I've been there we've gotten away with sneaking in a few friends into our game without having to pay. Super cool place :)

I miss all my coworkers as I loved working there.Most of the people u work with there were always supportive and that is what counts. It really did seem like I had family all around me.

It's to bad they fire people without really knowing what's going on. Seems to be alot of favortism which is clearly unfair.It was a nice place to work until false accusations were told to mgmnt.

We had our son's birthday party at Saddleback Lanes last week and it was a huge disappointment. When we got there, our table was not set up yet. It was very hard to find light balls for kids. Once we started the game, we had to stop the game several times because of the mechanical problem. The party host kept disappering and we had to keep hunting for her. She was NOT friendly or hepful AT ALL. All she did during the party is she set up the table, brought out pizza and drink(no serving) and brougt out the cake(no serving). The staff need a serious re-training about customer service. I will never have any party at Saddleback Lanes again. I will NOT recommend to anybody. It was such a terrible experience.

Me and my co-workers go here once a week during our lunch break and we enjoy it. The lanes seem okay and the ball return works most of the time. The guy who works at the food service is always smiling, courteous and remembers us. Overall we have a fun time.

I can't comment on the whole birthday party thing because I go to the bowling alley to bowl. In that respect it's a nice place. The lanes seem to be conditioned regularly, to the point where you'll even see the guy come out and do it during operating hours. And the guy who runs the pro shop (Frank, I think) will take good care of you. He's friendly and knowledgeable, and the ball I bought and had fitted there fits like a glove. Thumbs up.

We just had a party at Saddleback Lanes for my son's 8th birthday. The kids all had a blast, (the adults too!) and the pizza was great. Our party host was very attentive and it went smoothly from start to finish.

My child was at the recent posters child's birthday. I thought how cheap this parent got off having it at this bowling alley. I didn't know that the parent in the forementioned post didn't notice..but the help was out back smoking..and it wasn't menthols. You'd think the local authorities would know a little more and patrol this place. I was very disappointed.

I just had party today for my children. The gentlemen at the desk were friendly and helpful. BUT The party tables were not set up when we got there. There were not any smiles from the help. Once they hurridly set up the table the help disapperaed. Bowling was fun! When it came time for pizza they were good. I got lemonade and I had ordered Sierra Mist and then once again the help disappeared. I was clearing my own plates and had to hunt someone down to get plates and help serve the cake. After that they disappeared again. So there we were with all our trash from gifts etc. Finally we figured out that our original help had gone on a break. I was not impressed at all. Poor customer service! Too bad. Won't recommend this to others.

I had a party for my child and came in and the place was nice the desk staff was wonderful. BUT the person in charge of my party, her name started with a L, and that is all i will say. But I saw her at the beginning and then never saw her again. She was never there the front desk and I, myself took care of the party. I had to get my party's pizzas myself and drinks. It was very bad so if you need help with a party ask for Brandon - he hepled alot and was very friendly but the over all rating of the party as a parent was a 2.

Saddleback Lanes has the best customer service. Whether it's just to bowl or if it was our son's birthday party, our experience was fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever we go. The service we received for the birthday party was incredible! The staff was attentive and ready to answer any questions. Maybe our only bad news is that it's always busy, but that is to be expected when a business is doing the right things.

Yea this is Mr. Chipeska, my friends and I recently took the night out and headed for Saddleback Lanes ,where we had reservation for 8pm, apparently we were 10 minutes late and the manager said "You were late so we gave your lane to someone else", and had no respect and we felt very upset. He also said we would have to wait another 45 minutes. ... so we called Lake Forest Lanes which was like 10 minutes away but it was worth it. The people set us up like that, and they had this 25 cents a game going on which made the night a blast. Sincerely BOB CHIPESKA (AGE 33)

What a rip!! I don't mind paying $5 a game, but you'd expect your ball return to work more than half the time. You'd also expect to be treated a little better than "There's nothing I can do.". Not here!! I'll go back to Forest.

Saddleback lanes is better than Lake Forest Lanes. That's why they're booked up all the time. I booked my daughter's 14th birthday there and they had a wonderful time. There was a total of 20 teenagers and they accommodated everyone of them. The service that we got could not be described in words. We always had our pizzas and drinks well stocked. Everything that we needed was taken cared of. All I can say is Mahalo to that Hawaiian girl and her crew for a job well done. My daughter's birthday at Saddleback was the talk among her friends. I will continue book many more birthdays for my kids at SADDLEBACK LANES. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

What a pleasure to look at bowling at Saddleback Lanes. It looks nice but I wouldn't know. Please give me some feedback on this bowling place - great place to bowl even though I never got to go inside cause everytime we go there it's CLOSED!!!!

What a disaster. I called weeks before my daughter's limo, lunch, bowling, 13th birthday and was assured that we would have no problem getting 2 lanes on a Thursday at 1 p.m. We had finished lunch and were just getting into the limo, when I called Saddleback and was told they had nothing available till 9 p.m. Luckily, Lake Forest Bowling saved the day. They had some lanes and the staff was wonderful. I will NEVER bowl at Saddleback again.
