sounds like you are telling a sad sob story just like the man at the counter... :,[

I've been going to this bowling alley for a few years, I even bought my bowling bowl from here. The lady at The bar is nice and so is the bowling shop man, but the guys at the counter, couldn't be more rude. If I wanted to be insulted and looked down upon, I would have stayed at home. I asked if my party could do a crosslane, and he said "no, wouldn't give crossline to 5 people or 6 people so I wouldn't give crosslane to 4 people." Okay that was fine, I tried to conince him for a moment longer, and gave up, so I paid for myself and went back to my lane. That was plenty of time for him to tell me any further information. I told my party what he told me, and we accepted it, if that's the rules, okay. We could get out of here faster if we got crosslane, and the alley wasn't even half full, but... whatever, rules are rules. But Rules aren't rules to these people, because 30 minutes later, the lanes next to us was crosslaned with only 3 people. Now, that's not fair. How are we not to notice these loud teenagers next to us who got special treatment? So my party was already angry, and since I was the one to ask in the first place, I took it upon myself to go talk to this man again. I usually wouldn't place myself in a confrontation, but I was upset enough that it was ruining my game. So he actually has the nerve to tell me that he told me , that I could come back closer to closing time and get crosslane, like those teenagers had done. Well, if he told me that, I surely would have asked for it, wouldn't I? He claimed he told me as I was walking away, "everyone always walks away from me when I am trying to tell them something." Maybe he should have told me before I purchased my games, when we were discussing crosslaning, not when I was walking away after paying?! And then he gives me that sad story about how ignored he is. Give me a break! As a Sales Manager, I would fire my employee for talking to a customer like that. The proper way would be to apologize for the miscommunication, and before he sent people to crosslane next to us, he should have offered us the chance to crosslane. Like others have already said on these reviews, they are not professional and it is obvious in everything they do.

Why would you ever post a comment if you haven't been there in awhile? Idiot.

It's been a few years since I bowled there, but they were the nicest people there. I miss bowling there, and I miss the bowlers. Chris that used to run the place was great.

This bowling center has cool prices, like they provide the hourly game with an attractive price with free shoes and a free picher of soda. if you are in group of six or more this always works out cheap. And of course the lanes are cool and I think there is some music as well.
