Sadly, this house is now PERMANENTLY CLOSED. It was the last bowling alley in Alliance. Sad to see it now gone. I hope someone takes it over and re-opens it.

Trust me I've seen him bowl plenty, no one wants to bowl on anything tough anymore, cause 99.9% of bowlers are lazy, America in general is lazy and no I usually score better on the hard stuff than easy cause it's called being fundamentally sound bowling.

popshoe, (if that's your real name), seems to me mckays' comments are objective, showing a desire to get better. i suppose you don't s*ck on the "hard stuff"? just where have you seen this guy bowl under more challenging lane conditions?

For non-locals, this house is now called Superbowl Lanes, located in the outskirts of Alliance, OH, not far from US 62. It is a 32 lane Brunswick center with automatic scorekeepers. Their prices per game are VERY reasonable, ESPECIALLY during the summer months. As of summer 2006, they had times were they charged ONLY $1 a game! The center is clean, generally well maintained, and the staff are nice people. HOWEVER... if you are REALLY looking to improve your game, THE LANE CONDITIONS AT THIS HOUSE WILL NOT HELP!! It's a typical top-hat, "wally world" shot. If you just want "bombs away" and 200+ games left and right without really needing to work at it, YOU WILL LOVE IT! I rated them a 2 on lane conditions, simply because I'm the rare type of bowler who HATES "walls", and likes flatter, sport type lane conditions -- which this house typically does NOT have, bar any type of sport shot or PBA Experience leagues they may have going on there now. Otherwise, they do a great job there; house and lanes are well maintained.
