This bowling alley S*CKS!!!!! The mangager is a total JERK. He kicks people out for NO REASON. I have heard the same stories from several people, and I hope the owner of this place knows what kind of a**h*l* he has running this joint.

the first time I went to the bowling alley I walked through the door and the owners walked up to me and told me "I thought I told you to never come back"I was like what the Hell?other than that its a really crappy place and there are a lot of kids and fights up there I would not recommend this place at all to anybody but if you want you can try it out I just think it is a crap hole

Man, this alley freakin' S*CKS! I went bowling there a couple of months ago, and got permantntley kicked out. Just for being a couple minutes late for a tournament. Why, I have no clue. But, if someone asks me about freakin' boardwalk, I would say it is very s*ckish. My dad used to fork in the same shopping centere, so we went there alot. It accually used to be a walmart. But, as I said, this alley S*CKS! And I would never reccomend this place to anyone.

My daughter bowled in the state tournament on June 1 at Boardwalk and I was quite impressed with the facility, and with the people running the tournament. All of the volunteers were helpful and did a great job and we would enjoy coming here for another tournament. There was one major negative and that was the terrible organization at the snack bar. Myself and several other parents and families were trying to get lunch before the next round of the tournament started, and to say that the snack bar staff was confused is an understatement. The cashiers did not do enough to let the staff know where orders were supposed to go. The people who were putting orders on trays kept picking up orders, putting them on a tray, staring at them in confusion and putting them back atop the snack bar. The whole situation would have been a great comedy routine if it wasn't real. I finally got someone to give us our order after we saw it sitting atop the snack bar for a while, and in the end the order was wrong. So, great bowling establishment with one bad part, but without considering the snackbar issue, the experience at Boardwalk was good.

What is the point of having 80 lanes when you have a waiting list and 25 lanes not being used???? We waited 1.5 hours as they called waiting list numbers by the threes. I realize that all revenue at a bowling center is not generated by bowling but it has to be at least 50%. Well, long story short we left without bowling a frame. Iím not one to complain but this is a bunch of kids running a large center without any supervision that I could see on a Saturday night. I may have missed the supervision or maybe it was one of the kids I saw at the main desk but I have to tell you that it is one poorly run operation that could generate better margins simply by filling the open lanes.

This is a great atmosphere for family fun. We recently took a trip and had a great time. I would definately recommend it, but I would suggest that you take a good look at the price list because if you're not paying attention, the young cashiers will overcharge you. The guy who assisted us advised that it was cheaper to pay for an hour and then charged my kids, who are under 10, the adult price for shoe rental. We didn't realize this until we were leaving and picked up the price list on the way out. It actually would have been cheaper to pay per person for a game, since it was 5 of us and my kids should have been charged less for their shoes. I was very disappointed, but it won't stop us from going - we'll just be sure check the price list first. Happy Bowling!!!

My daughter recently competed in the High School Singles Tournament this past weekend, 1/5/08. This event was hosted by the UCF Bowling Team. This was a wonderful experience. It was exciting to see such a vast aray of talented young bowlers. All of them acted mature and downright professional. There were a few parents that needed to tone it down. Maybe they should have read the rules a little closer. I feel that Pat and her team put on a very well planned event and it was refreshing to see young adults work together with such enthusiasm. I wish we could return next year but my daughter is a senior. Good luck UCF team.

Great place for birthday parties. It's clean, safe and with good options for kids and adults. Only cons are price, and snack bar. Price is a little bit high and food doesn't taste good. Staff is great, except the snack bar area which is good. Overall, a great place to have fun.

I would like to thank you. You did a great job hosting the kids state tournament. See you next year.

My son recently bowled here in a state tournament. This place seems to have most every aspect of entertainment covered...bowling, miniature golf, huge game room, and billiards. And for adults, a bar and pro shop. Overall, we had a fabulous experience here. The only negatives would be prices that seem high (although, I live in Spring Hill, so am relatively sure this house has higher taxes, wages, etc. to pay) and snack bar staff that was not real friendly or customer service oriented. I suppose some of my issues about the snack bar was due largely to a sign that seemed to make it confussing as to were to line up for service. Otherwise, this is a great venue and I will be back for the next state youth tournament in a year. PS...FireHouse Subs to the front of the parking lot left coupons on the cars during the tournament, so my son and I tried them out. What a great decision that was...the subs there were absolutely mouth-watering!

MASSIVE! They should have a shuttle for restroom visits! I have bowled here a few times in tournaments, and have always been impressed with the staff, the lanes, and the atmosphere. Lots of fun!

Go on Sunday mornings where the earlier you go, the cheaper the game! Or bowl by the hour, 2 of us can fit in 4 games in an hour. And a golf cart will come by your lane if you need a drink! This place is great, especially when it's hot and rainy outside!!

Boardwalk bowl is a great, clean facility. Yes, it's a wee bit huge, but the building where it is used to be a Wal-mart...go figure. It's a little pricey but all in all I enjoy going. 9 of 10

Clean and nice facility for bowling as well as nice arcade for kids.

Its big all right, its like an amusment park, a little high in price, but i guess thats what you pay when you go to a park, not a personable place like other centers i have been to.

Oh Man it was the best. I had the best of time. I went there with my girl Angelina. Me and her had so much fun bowling. The Food is out of this world it0 so good. The arcade wasn't too bad, but almost everything was broken but overall it was a 8 out of a 10. Peace Out

This bowling ally is HUGE. Kinda pricey for games but very clean and enjoyable. Even the bathrooms were not bad! I was in there with a few friends and we had a great time. Our server was very good at her job.... I Think her name was Caty. The only bad things I can say about this place would be the Snackbar, and the Arcade. The Snackbar was too slow, and the food didn't taste real good, for sure was not worth the price you pay. As far as the arcade..... almost everything was broken!! Will give it a 7 out of 10

Man o man what else can I say about this place besides that it is an awesome place to go if you're in the mood to bowl. Everything about it was perfect. The lanes, the balls, the food, the ice cream, the miniature golf, the bathrooms, and the bowling shoes. I was almost fooled as if the shoes were new. I give it a ten and would wish everyone in the UCF area to go there if you want to bowl. Best of the best when it comes down to it...

Boardwalk Bowl overall was a nice place to be. I did the miniature golf and the attendant (Erik I believe) was very helpful. We also bowled on our visit, however the service to the lanes was dramatically slow. Our server took forever to get back around to our lanes and eventually I found myself waiting at the bar for my drinks as an alternative. The snack bar was very quick with our food and it was still hot. I liked how the food is brought out to your lane for you, very convenient. There was also an icecream cart going around that I thought was hilarious, it served no purpose. Overall I would go back for the minigolf, food, and bowling.

This place is awesome. The air hockey tables are kept in good repair. This is a great place for kids. My son had his 6th Birthday party there. Everyone had a great time.

I really liked the bowling center. I bowled decent for my first time there. The food is good but the snack bar isn't run that well, as it took a while to recieve my food. They have a glow in the dark miniture golf course it is 9 holes- short, but fun. They even have servers which were people who came up to me on my lanes and asked me if I needed anything which I thought was cool. My server was really nice and made sure I got what I needed. Her name was Jessica and you should get her if you want great service when you go. Don't forget to try the golf!

I recently went there for States Competitions and may I say that place was BEAUTIFUL! I fell in love completely. The place has a great variety of activities to do and awesome games in the arcade; everything is nicely kept. Besides the synthetic lanes, this place is just perfect. I highly recommend it. :)

I think Boardwalk Bowl is an awesome bowling center! The food and service was great! My server, Tina, was so sweet and helpful! Thanks for the great time!

This is a really great facility, with a sports bar, and a HUGE game room. The only bad thing about this alley is the snack bar. Very poorly run, you can never get your food in a timely manner, and it is always ICE COLD.
