|Normally I don't do reviews but thought this was a must. I took my son there to bowl as I need the practice as well since I just joined a league there. My son is only 5 years old and sometimes the ball doesn't make it all the way down the lane. At one point, the ball only went about 10 feet because he uses 2 hands and didn't have enough strength that frame. My son started to walk past the foul line to get it when the guy behind the desk came over and yelled at him. His exact words after yelling at him was "were you born a moron"? I heard it very clear and asked "what did you say to my son" He said "you heard me". I was very close to putting this guy through a wall. I asked him for his name and he said "i'm the boss, thats who i am". Another employee said his name is Shawn Ayello. The next day i called up and asked for the manager. a very nice guy his name is Ed. i told him what happened and he said that his name is Shawn and basicly he gets to do whatever he wants. He wasn't happy with how we were treated. Anyway, I quit my league and will never go there again,,,ever! I wanted to share this with everyone especially if you have kids. Holiday Bowl is sure to lose business with this guy there. It's truly a real shame.|

|A friend of mine went to get a ball from the pro shop. The old man who runs it never watched him bowl and had no idea where to put the holes in the ball based on his style. My buddy is new to bowling and they knew that. They sold him a $200 ball with no knowledge on how he bowls. He throws the ball straight so he didn't need a ball over $100. They also charged him for drilling and inserts and he doesn't know what inserts are for. He took the ball to another pro shop and they felt so bad, they sold him the same ball AT COST and it was $109. WHAT A CROOK HE IS. As i'm typing this, my colleague tells me their names are JOE and CARSON. Thats some racket they have going on there. DO NOT SHOP AT HOLIDAY BOWL PRO SHOP! Good luck everyone.|

|I love this bowling alley! My friends and I come here often.. they run great specials (we played for 25 cents a game on Sunday!) and it's always clean. The snack bar has a pretty big selection of food, a little pricey though. Really nice staff and they even stayed open later than the listed closing time to let us bowl a bit more. Highly recommended!|

|House is nice but the staff is pathetic. The a A Hole behind the front desk kept hitting on my wife and invited her to a poker game. I guess the ring on her finger meant nothing even AFTER she showed it to him. His day will come. Someone said his name was Shawn. The shot is nice, the leagues and people are great. May quit bowling there if that guy continues to work there. My wife already quit because of him. Anyway, T-Bowl here we come!|

|One of the cleanest alleys in north jersey. Great staff except for the girl behind desk on saturdays(nasty attitude). Shot is always easy, but thats what everyone wants. Prices are very good also|

|Yuck! Does everyone on the clock here drink? Nasty attitudes all around but snack bar is fine. Pro shop OK but don't let him resurface your ball. Lanes tooooooo easy so you prove nothing by bowling here. EVERYBODY GET A PERFECT GAME. BIG DEAL.....but can you make a spare. "I go on tour and kick a strike. BEER FOR EVERYONE. Oh you're listening again. Let's shoot pool now. Seriously, fun place. Don't. Knock over the garden nome though.

|this place is a joke. the shot that they put out gives bowling a bad name, house bowlers should not be averaging 240 and higher, im 19 and carry a 220 average in this house but i know i am not that good. maybe when the place puts out a harder shot and doesnt insult a bowlers intelligence i will be here more often. until then, cya later.|

|its a nice bowling alley but it makes you think you are better than you really are. people that have great averages here complain wen they go to an actual shot. THIS IS AN ARTIFICAL SHOT. if youre looking for a real shot thats challenging try frontier lanes in Warwick Ny. My first game was a 268 here and i wont be practicing here because i know that it wont make me a better bowler in the end.|

|This alley is a'ight. It smells like smoke most of the time, which put my daughter in the hospital. The food is pretty good, and it's family- friendly. (sorta) Its a pretty good weekend hangout. =/|

|Tough shot! Only guy I know that hits it here is this guy the call Slippery Pete. The guy hasn't bought a ball in 20yrs, the stuff he uses is borrowed and dont even fit him. Nice bar & atmosphere, just dont get the Turkey Rueben.|

|State of the art lanes and good event staff make this one of the best lanes in NJ. Can't say enough about bowling here. Other centers should follow or get out of the way.|

|Holiday Bowl has been terrific in accommodating our multiply disabled bowlers. We have been practicing at Holiday Bowl for over 5 years now, and they have bent over backwards to see that our Special Olympics bowlers have every opportunity to participate. Joe Tolvay and Ed Casler are extremely friendly and courteous. As a result of their kindness and help, our school now schedules bowling field trips exclusivey at Holiday Bowl. Thank you Ed and Joe - you both score a perfect 300! |

|This place used to be a BAT CAVE! Dark, dreary, almost scary - NO MORE. Congrats to the whole center for a great experience! All new Holiday Bowl offers just about everything you could hope for in a bowling center! Great shot! Nice size bar! Snack bar is clean & THEY HAVE A PROSHOP! ASK for Adam.
24 Synth. Lanes offer a shot that any person can hit & state of the art scorers. I like this place. Friendly people-friendly place! Give it a try. I give it a 5 out of 5!|
