do you guys have any Idea what your staff says about you? And did you know they are doing a few illegal violations to code when not being properly supervised!I should blow the whistle on this establishment! You better keep an eye on your staff!

your waitresses, need to clean up their act, they let it all hang out, thinking they are going to get better tips,It's embarassing as i brought some business men from out of country here. We were going to enjoy a friendly enviroment, instead it was anything but that! Plus they all were talking about management and not in a professional way! Someone needs to take the helm! Thank you, Allen Napoli!

I was at this center on saturday, wonderful staff and theres a new manager named Tom he went out of his way to help us, the place was super busy. There extreme bowling is well worth the price now. We got a pizza and it was really good, but there sause is kinda spicy. This place is turned around. I would visit again.

I was appalled to see your employees selling homemade jello shots in your establishment. If I see it again I will tip off the health department. I was wondering why the employees brag about being unsupervised?

The gals you have waitressing are beligerant to some of the guests. Depending on race, sex. They should be taught to keep their opinions to themselves, we will not be coming back, as I usually bring a young group once a month to your facility. They are young adults from all walks of life and should be treated with respect, we have always left a very large tip to your waitresses. Feel very dissapointed and rate you a big fat F. Not mentioning names but I and they know who they are!

I am very anguished by a couple female employees you have bartending and waitressing, they should not be presenting themselves in a provocative way around children, I don't believe I will do the leagues this time, you need a dress code and a business code for the employees! Thanks for your ear!

Place not to bad, clean, great menu, more lanes would be nice, but overall, nice family enviroment, a couple waitresses could be retrained, but I would rate it an 8!

What's going on with the attitude of the help.I have never been so humiliated in all my life, sure I am overweight, I know that and do not enjoy your employee making bullying remarks, I will never return to your establishment again, I just wish I had gotten her name. Thanks for listening and I do an on writing in some rochester reviews.

your retarded lady .... thats how most leagues are run ... i bowl in 3 mens leagues if you miss a night and you didnt get a sub then you dont get to bowl.. duh !!! and yes you are still responsible for your league dues ... it isnt dewey that does this its the league ... know what your getting youself into before you make a commitment !!! Dewey Rocks !!!

Dewey Garden Lanes is a rip off. When you miss a day of league when your sick you can't make it up and they make you pay anyway. I asked for a refund and the man Jeff that works there was rude to me when I called. He refused. I will not give this place business anymore.

It's Typical AMF ...expensive for crap. This place is dirty and could use some real cleaning..especially the snack bar and concourse area. That's why I call it "Dirty Gardens" Most of the people that work there are nice. I'm not one for "corporate bowling" so I only bowl at independant centers for league.

Of all the AMF centers in the Rochester area, including Fairview in Fairport, NY and Empire in Webster, NY. Dewey Gardens is the one that is the sleeper of the group. We practiced for Lilac City Tourney. It is a very good shot. In the Rochester area, AMF has the smallest house: Fairview: Fairport, NY (24 lanes); the medium sized house is Dewey Gardens (36 Lanes); and 3 large houses: Gates (48 Lanes); Terrace Gardens (56 lanes); and Empire Lanes (Webster, NY; 64 Lanes)

What do you expect, it's an AMF house. They all have s*cky lanes, expensive games and expensive food. They don't care about league bowlers or tournaments. They only care about birthday parties and open bowling.

Can't wait to bowl there for the state tournament!

It is AMF. AMF is out for your money. Go to Clover Lanes and feel welcome there.
